Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) är en neuropsykiatrisk funktionsnedsättning med negativ inverkan på multipla livsområden. Huvuddelen av patientgruppen erbjuds farmakologisk behandling som inte alltid är tillräckligt effektiv. Det finns begränsat med forskning på psykologiska behandlingar för vuxna med ADHD. KBT och även DBT har båda visat goda resultat. För att öka tillgängligheten för denna patientgrupp skulle internetbehandling kunna vara ett alternativ.

Internationella undersökningar visar att svenska elevers matematikkunskaper är sämre än finska elevers matematikkunskaper. Vidare visar sig en negativ trend i Sverige då matematikkunskaperna har försämrats över åren. Ett av de områden som visat sig problematiskt är algebra. Läromedel fungerar som ett viktigt stöd för lärare i syftet att planera och genomföra matematikundervisningen. Därmed får valet av läromedel en betydande roll för vilken matematik som eleverna bemöter.

A literature study of energy savings, energy use in schools, maintenance and insurance as well as how energy efficiency improvements are related to the Swedish environmental objectives has been made. Visits were carried out in Ludvika, interviews were also carried out with operation technicians and local strategists in Ludvika as well as employees of insurance companies.Schools often have neglected maintenance and problems with ventilation and indoor environment. Schools also have a large energy saving potential due to their low utilization, mainly because they are empty parts of the year.

In this thesis we study the development of post-earnings announcement drift (PEAD) in the Swedish equity market from 2000 to 2009. By forming portfolios based on the stock price reaction to quarterly reporting we show that the characteristics of PEAD have changed. We demonstrate that negatively surprising companies show a positive drift during a holding period of six months sufficiently large to render the trading strategy unprofitable. This development holds from 2005 and onwards and these results contradict many a study which finds the same portfolio construction to be indeed profitable. We argue that this development is a trend that will not only affect our study but future studies as well..

This essay examines the decline of reading comprehension in Swedish schools, and also aims to provide insight into the debate concerning a literary canon and its usage in schools. While some claim that the literary canon is only a list of irrelevant white dead men which only serves to perpetuate feelings of alienation in, for example, female students, others see it as a means to bring society together using the only literature that stood the test of time. This essay will look to studies concerning reading comprehension, and questions regarding reading habits which our own students answered. It will also explain the different viewpoints of both sides of the canon debate.There are several studies that show this decline in reading comprehension, PISA and PIRLS being the foremost of them. They point to a trend where the reading skills of boys are much worse than those of girls, a trend which still has not panned out.Bloom and the different researchers who are the basis for Verhaest's thesis are of the opinion that canonical literature serves a purpose in that it teaches students aesthetic literary values.

Denna undersökning har visat på hur experterna argumenterade för en ökad brödkonsumtion och varför just bröd var ett bra alternativt livsmedel genom att ta del av Socialstyrelsens arkivlämningar med intervjuer av experterna bakom kostrekommendationen..

Test for Auditory Comprehension of Language -3 is an American picturebasedtest developed to examine children?s auditory comprehension of language.The aim of the study was to create a translation and to examine if the test wouldcontribute to the information about a child´s language comprehension received bysimilar tests that are used today. In the present study the test items were translatedinto Swedish. The translation was evaluated with 32 children in three different agegroups at a school in central Gothenburg. A linguistic examination of thetranslation and a list of the grammatical structures that are tested were made.

Vi ämnade att med hjälp av statistik undersöka ett eventuellt samband mellan analys¬enheterna, arbetslöshet och BNP, och stöd till presidenten för att se om det finns ett samband till presidenters val att använda sig av avledande taktik i form av att gå in i väpnad konflikt.Resultatet av undersökningen blev att det inte gick att påvisa en genomgripande trend bakom valet att gå in i väpnad konflikt med Vietnamkriget och Irakkriget (2003) som fallstudier. Allt fler flyttar in i städer och 2050 tros över 90 % av Sveriges befolkning vara bosatta i städer. Samtidigt minskar grönområden runt om i städerna. Forskning visar på olika problem som uppstår i städer och dess miljö men också på hur växter och deras naturliga egenskaper kan vara till nytta. Syftet med detta arbete är att visa olika alternativ på hur man kan använda sig av befintliga outnyttjade områden i Stockholm och grönska dem. En litteraturstudie och exkursioner har resulterat i tolv olika gestaltningar av platser tagna ur sex olika grupper som presenteras som resultat.

Datortekniken har utvecklats vilket innebär att man kan göra mer högupplösta 3D-objekt (se ordlistan) som ser mer realistiska ut än sina föregångare vilket har skapat en trend där 3D-objekten ska vara realistiska. Vi vill bryta den realistiska trenden genom att ta inspiration från det konstnärliga fältet vilket ledde oss till att undersöka de metoder som surrealisterna kan ha använt. Surrealismen innebär att konstnären vill fånga sina inre visioner och drömbilder. Undersökningen sker med fokus på metoden kollage, utklippta bilder som sätts ihop till en bild, såsom bland annat Max Ernst utförde det. Vidare testas våra egna varianter av kollage och därefter diskuteras arbetsflödet i de olika varianterna.

However, the use of, as well as the laws restricting alcohol, narcotics, and tobacco are, and have historically been, highly political issues. Individuals, groups, institutions, and states may all have different opinions on how these substances should be regulated and of their place in society, which in turn may lead to conflicts of values and different approaches. One can not expect parents or guardians to share the views on alcohol, narcotics, and tobacco policy presented by schools, laws or state regulations.
