This article evaluates the narrative and it´s didactic role in historiographic textbooks for schools. The primary study is a comparing qualitative analysis of the narrative in the different textbooks. The result leads to a pedagogical discussion based on Kieran Egans theories about cognitive tools, and how they shape our comprehension. The theoretical background defining and discussing narrative as a concept is partly based on a semiotic view, part linguistic. The main conclusion of the work is how the narrative seems to be a product of discourse in the ways the textbooks differ at the most from each other; Broken down, how the role of the writer and the reader and their conception of the world take part I a significant comprehension of the stories told in history textbooks..

The purpose of this paper is to examine the law regarding gross violations of women and its application in the Swedish legal system. We have investigated how the legal system takes into account a holistic perspective of the vulnerable situation of women in the investigation and assessment and the extent to which psychological violence in the form of verbal abuse, threats and harassment attention. We also wanted to find out how the law's design may contribute to difficulties in the implementation and interpretation of it. In this study, we used a qualitative research approach when we decided to conduct an interview with a police officer and a textual analysis of four cases from the district court. Interview questions were semi-structured in order to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon.

Syftet med arbetet är att identifiera arbetsmiljörisker genom att analysera arbetsmomenten och arbetsmiljön vid en separatoröverhalning ombord ett fartyg. För att identifiera arbetsmiljörisker användes Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrift AFS 2012:02, bedömningsmallen KIM 1 och programmet ALBA. Resultatet av arbetet visar att det finns belastningsrisker och punkter att förbättra. Ett förslag på förbättringar är att ytterligare en arbetsyta på det undersökta fartyget bör utformas för att möjliggöra en bättre arbetsställning och minska antalet lyft. Resultatet visar även att det är viktigt att använda rätt lyftteknik för att minska risken för belastningsskador.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa metoder som vårdpersonal kan använda sig av för att bedöma smärta hos personer med demens och vilka konsekvenser som detta medför. En litteraturstudie gjordes där 16 vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades. Resultatet visade att det finns smärtbedömningsinstrument tillgängliga som kan identifiera smärta hos personer med demens som inte själva verbalt kan beskriva sin smärta. Instrumenten innehöll beskrivningar av beteenden som kunde vara tecken på smärta. En del instrument innehöll förslag till interventioner som kunde utföras och utvärderas.

Good prediction methods are also impor-tant in the breeding industry since early identification in trials of lines with high resistance or susceptibility simplify the work. To compare different techniques for these objectives this project was initiated.

This paper examines the potential benefits of using augmented reality as a tool for visualizing furniture in a buyer?s own environment before buying it. A simple prototype is developed and tested.  The steps for developing the prototype are described in great detail as well as the tools being used. The prototype is tested both on people working in the furniture business as well as people with experience in buying furniture online. This is a feasibility study that examines various aspects of building a wind farm on Malmön in Norrköping. The feasibility study deals with interests of conflict, park design, electrical connections, production calculation, financial calculations and operating- and timetable.The report is divided into two distinct parts. First a theoretical part, which deals with conflicting interests, park design and electrical connections. The purpose of this study is to examine how employees in an organization using flexible work practices, experience that passive face time influences the evaluated of them. Further, the study aims to understand to what extent that perception of passive face time motivates the employees to spend more time at the office than is necessary for their work situations. The study concludes that employees in general perceive that passive face time does influence how they are evaluated and that this perception motivates employees that are relatively newly employed by the company to spend more time at office..

Syftet med vår studie var att beskriva och analysera hur en grupp specialpedagoger arbetar med formativ undervisning. Formativ undervisning kan enligt aktuella forskningsresultat ha positiva effekter på svagpresterande elevers lärande. Vi har observerat sex specialpedagoger i deras verksamhet. Dessa sex har också sedan intervjuats. Samtliga informanter arbetar med elever i skolåren 6-9.
