Syfte: Att kartlägga drivkrafter och ekonomistyrning i mikroföretag samt att statistiskt undersöka sambandet mellan mikroföretagarnas drivkrafter och deras användning av ekonomistyrning. Metod: Studien har en kvantitativ ansats med en undersökningsmetod i form av enkäter. Sammanställningen av det empiriska materialet har skett med hjälp av SPSS och har därefter analyserats. Teori: Den teoretiska grunden har kategoriserats och benämnts vilket vidare har skapat underlaget till den empiriska studien. Teorierna om drivkrafter kommer främst från tidigare studier gjorda av Elmlund, Johannisson och Lindmark. Dessa tre teoretiker har genom tiderna bidragit till en ökad förståelse för småföretagande.

The name of the study means ?The short arm - a study in diversity and arm?s length in the cultural collaboration model?. Right now there is a reform in the Swedish cultural administration where the responsibility for handing out state funds and grants to cultural organizations is changing from the state government to the local regional governments. The purpose of this study is to map the organisational changes caused by the reform and investigate how this affects the regional policies concerning cultural diversity and the arm?s length principle.

Today, digital technologies (DT) can be said to play an important role in the Swedish school system. The goal of this essay was to describe DT use by school leaders, in relation to their views on schools? goals and visions, and teachers? and students? use of DTs. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five school leaders of secondary schools in Umeå municipality, Sweden. The results show that school leaders? use of DTs center on three key tasks: communication, information and administration.

Today there is a keen competition between regions in the world for companies and inhabitants in order to improve regional development and economic growth. In many regions there is an active effort to create a good home base for companies and inhabitants. Since 2003 municipalities in nine counties in Sweden have come together in co-operative agencies in order to work towards more efficient regional development.This essay focuses on the relation between the state and the co-operative agencies in the regional development policy and which possibilities the state gives the co-operative agencies to pursue an efficient regional development policy, both legally and financially. I have researched and analysed this through models and ideas on how the state governs the administration and through the translation theory. The result of my study is that the co-operative agencies have a relatively large amount of freedom to make there own priorities, but the ability to act efficiently within regional development is limited..

Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökningen är att öka förståelsen av hur företagen ser på sponsring i dagens ekonomiska situation. Detta är av särskilt intresse för de personer och organisationer som söker sponsorer. Undersökningen kommer speciellt att fokuseras på idrottssponsring. Syftet med undersökningen är även att se hur trenderna i Sverige stämmer överens med trenderna i övriga delar av världen och då främst i USA vad gäller sponsring. Metod: En survey-undersökning med de 126 största företagen i Sverige har gjorts. Företagen har fått fylla i en enkät med sju flervalsfrågor via e-mail, telefax eller telefon.

The study is made on behalf of SCA Skog Jämtlands förvaltning which is one of five administration units that SCA Skog consists of. The purpose of the study is to investigate which reduced expenses there are according to spatial concentration of cutting areas. By increasing the spatial concentration of cutting areas it will reduce the need of movements by trailer, also reduce the number of roads that you use during the activities. To be able to perform the study, access to a annual cuttings in nine years have been made available. From this volume new annual cuttings has been created but more concentrated. The two different results have been compared and the results show that concentration of cutting areas generates reduced need for trailer transports and less km road that has to be maintained. But then, if it´s practical viable can be discussed.

Since 1928 the Swedish accounting and taxation has been closely linked by law which today as the European Union works with its harmonisation of the European accounting systems brings up difficulties. The Union strives to integrate the countries different ways of accounting in order to make it easier to use and understand foreign information. The Swedish connection between accounting and taxation means that a harmonisation would change the whole system as its known today. The purpose with this study is to examine what the link between the two means and how a decoupling would affect Swedish accounting and auditing. We also want to examine how the Swedish taxation office, who currently uses the accounting as a ground for taxation, could guarantee the quality of the declaration without a proper underpinning. The study shows that a decoupling could lead to an increase in quality on swedish accounting and that the administration would become more difficult to handle. The risk of dividend of untaxed profits is not seen as a problem in this context.

In recent years, more of high stakes (National exam- NP) have been introduced in Sweden and now (2015) the government has decided that the NP in social sciences- and natural science in 6th grade is optional in order to reduce teachers' administrative burden. Based on these reforms, to have more tests in more grades and also on the decision to remove the test, the purpose of this study is to examine how teachers perceive the work of the (NP).A quantitative research was done in the form of questionnaires. The study was based on questionnaires regarding the time for working with the NP and of the intention that the NP should be a support for teachers.The result of the study is linked to school development and the constructivist theory of learning. The results show that teachers perceive work with NP takes a lot of time, where as the time for administration seems to take slightly lesser time than the time for assessing the exams. The results also indicate that teachers perceive NP as supportive, mainly in relation to the curriculum.

Large retirement numbers and fierce competition of available labour, results in municipalities have to be more attractive as an employer. One way for the municipalities to fulfil their staffing requirement is partly to increase their recruitment efforts, and partly to educate their existing employees. Discussions about the supply of competence are therefore pressing within municipal activity. The aim of the study was to investigate how the concept of competence is used within a municipal administration. The method that has been used is Norman Fairclough?s critical discourse analysis, a method that allows multi dimensional analysis.

Uppgiften bestod i att rita en tillbyggnad till Nationalmuseum i Stockholm. Denna tillbyggnad skulle innehålla administration som kontor och hanteringsutrymmen för konsten, så som ateljéer och uppställningsrum. Mitt projekt har arkitekturhistorien som ingång, där jag anser att vi använder oss av den för lite. Jag blev tidigt intresserad av hur det är att jobba med kollage och att använda mig av redan ritade rum. Vad händer när man sätter ihop dessa rum och vilka möten bildas?Jag valde ut fyra rum som jag jobbade med, studiesalen, konserveringsateljéerna, uppställningsrummet och kontoren.

Uppdragsgivaren Ericsson Linköping har utfärdat kravspecifikationen för applikationen. Hänsyn har tagits till aspekterna webbenkätdesign och under-hållbarhet av mjukvara. Underhållbarhetsmodeller för mjukvara med tillhörande metriker, samt designmodeller och rekommendationer för webbenkäter har studerats.

Sjuksköterskornas omvårdnadsdokumentation skall fungera som stöd, arbetsverktyg och arbetsunderlag i vårdarbetet. Utvecklingen av informationsteknologi (IT) i vården har inneburit en möjliggörande faktor som har medfört nya arbetssätt, organisationsformer och arbetsprocesser. Utvecklingen och användningen av informationssystem (IS) i vården är det mest centrala informations- och kommunikationsverktyget för sjuksköterskorna i den dagliga patientbehandlingen. Det är viktigt att sjuksköterskor skaffar sig en utbildning inom IT, vilket innebär kunskap och skicklighet och stödjer dem i deras praktik, administration och forskning. Betydelsen av att sjuksköterskorna innehar en IT-kompetens i vården idag kan inte nog understrykas.

In this essay i argue that there are three different variables that may be able to control the outcome of certain foreign policy choices. These three variables are External Threats, government division and public opinion. The Essay also tries to identify former president Bush motives behind the 2003 Iraqi War. It is partly argued that the three variables had a certain amount of influence on Bush decision making process. But the main focus lies on the motives behind the attack.

Syfte Vi ska arbeta fram ett balanserat styrkort för Ronneby Kommuns kommunledningskontor med näringslivsinriktning. Vidare vill vi beskriva våra erfarenheter av denna process som vi själva deltar i. Metod Detta är ett projektarbete som bygger på ett arbete med en projektgrupp, en inre grupp samt intervjuer med berörda personer inom näringslivet i Ronneby kommun. Dessutom har en webbenkät och en ?tycka till dag? genomförts för att komplettera arbetet. Berörda personer har valts ut för att få fram relevanta fakta och synpunkter om vad som är viktigt för ett väl fungerande näringsliv. Slutsats Arbetet har resulterat i ett balanserat styrkort för Ronneby Kommuns kommunledningskontor med näringslivsinriktning.
