Abstract Co-operation difficulties in the work place can be a problem serious enough. Co-operation difficulties can occur between employee and employer, as well as employees among themselves. Irrespective of between which individuals the co-operation difficulties occur, it will have negative consequences. These can consist of, for example that individuals might suffer mentally, inproductivity and also an unwished economic disadvantage for the employer. From the employers? side it is pointed out that it is important with employees who are possible to co-operate with in a satisfactory way.

Den explosivt ökande mängden information som finns tillgänglig på Internet har även sina avigsidor. Att hitta meningsfull information och kunskap på Internet idag blir allt svårare. Behovet av verktyg som kan hjälpa individer och företag att ta fram värdefull information, speciellt tidskritisk sådan på ett effektivt sätt, är och kommer att bli mycket stort. With this essay we would like to examine to what extent the ancient Icelandic literature could count as a part of Sweden?s literal cultural heritage in schools today, if it through seeking information is possible to say whether this literature have any connections to Sweden. Our questions of issue are:1. What kind of connection is there between ancient Icelandic literature and Swedish literary cultural heritage and what are the ancient Icelandic literature premises? in the Swedish upper secondary school?2.

We have conducted ethnographical studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. Strax efter milleniumskiftet har ett flertal svenska filmer gjorts som är influerade av populärgenrer som förhållandevis skiljer sig från vad filmpubliken i Sverige är van vid, däribland science fiction och skräck. En så kallad Internet-community, är en mötesplats i cyberrymden där människor träffas och håller kontakten. De flesta communities har därför en del funktioner där kunderna bland annat kan lägga upp texter, bilder och videoklipp. Dessa kallas användarens prestationer som ett samlingsnamn i denna uppsats. Vi har försökt att utreda om arbetsplatserna blir mer jämställda i och med arbetet med jämställdhetsplaner. Detta har vi gjort genom att analysera förarbeten och doktrin för att beskriva den rättsliga utvecklingen av jämställdhetslagen med dess aktiva åtgärder och jämställdhetsplaner som ett rättsligt medel för att öka jämställdheten i arbetslivet. Vidare har vi för att belysa hur jämställdhetsplaner fungerar i en del av verkligheten använt oss av litteratur på området, mailkorrespondens med JämO, utfört en telefonintervju med en fackförening samt varit ute på fem företag och intervjuat.
