(The derogation clause - knowledge, attitudes and application of secondary school). Specialpedagogik, Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Lärande och samhälle, Malmö Högskola. Syfte Syftet med detta arbete har varit att undersöka om och hur väl förtrogna betygssättande lärare, specialpedagoger, speciallärare och rektorer ute på kommunala skolor är med Undantagsbestämmelsen. Att undersöka om lärare känner till och tillämpar Undantagsbestämmelsen samt vad de har för attityder gentemot den är intressant eftersom vi i vårt framtida yrke som speciallärare kommer vara den elevgrupps, som bestämmelsen berör, röst och företrädare vid till exempel betygskonferenser. Frågeställningar ? Hur ser betygsättande lärare/speciallärare/specialpedagogers samt rektorers allmänna kunskaper om Undantagsbestämmelsen ut? ? Hur är betygsättande lärare/speciallärare/specialpedagogers attityder till, och synen på Undantagsbestämmelsen? ? Hur ser betygsättande lärare/speciallärare/specialpedagogers samt rektorer på betyg, bedömning och tillämpning av Undantagsbestämmelsen? ? Hur ser betygsättande lärare/speciallärare/specialpedagogers och rektorer på Undantagsbestämmelsen och livschanser? Teoretisk ram Tidigare forskning kring betyg och bedömning visar att lärare, när de känner osäkerhet, inte bedömer enligt gällande betygspraxis (Klapp Lekholm, 2008; Selghed, 2011).

Gamla Årstabron i Stockholm uppvisade efter 80 år i drift omfattande skador på de bärande betongkonstruktionerna enligt en utredning som genomfördes 2006 av dåvarande Carl Bro AB på uppdrag av dåvarande Banverket Region Öst. Det konstaterades att omfattande reparationer och förstärkningar av brons betongvalv var nödvändiga för framtida rationell drift av bron. Det beslutades efter vidare utredning att de första tre valven på Södermalm i Stockholm skulle renoveras med injekteringsbetong. Renoveringen av de tre valven på fastlandet på Södermalm var ett prov i full skala för att hitta den optimala metodiken för den fortsatta renoveringen av resterande 17 betongvalv. Det här examensarbetet syftar till att utvärdera metoden med injekteringsbetong med hänsyn till injekteringsbetongens egenskaper, material och produktionsteknik. Bakgrunden till detta examensarbete är att det finns ett stort behov av att följa upp renoveringsmetoden med injekteringsbetong eftersom den inte har använts i någon större utsträckning i Sverige sedan slutet av 1970-talet.

Fönster blir idag en allt viktigare del av en byggnads klimatskärm. Det ställs därför krav på olika funktioner vilka måste uppfyllas oberoende av fönstertyp. Då glas blir vanligare i moderna konstruktioner ställs det högre krav på värmeisolerande förmåga. Cirka 35 % av en byggnads värmeförluster sker genom fönster. Detta ställer krav på tillämpning av energieffektiva fönster vid ny- och ombyggnad. Underhåll av fönsterkonstruktionerna är en oundviklig detalj och måste ske någon gång under en byggnads livslängd.

Flamskyddande kemikalier används idag inom en hel del olika områden. Ett stort område är textil, där hemtextil är dominerande. Det finns en mängd olika typer av flamskydd på marknaden. Alla har till uppgift att sakta ner brandförloppet eller helt förhindra att en brand uppstår. De halogenerade flamskydden är de mest effektiva men har många kopplingar till miljöproblem.

Accessibility is today a topic of high current interest. It is a requirement for equality and a democracy question. By the year 2010, easy measured hindrances in all of Sweden's municipalities should be cleared away; this is stated in Swedish law. The physical accessibility to our public places is particularly important for functionally disabled people since it affects their possibilities to be outdoors and also their participation in society. When designing these places, it is difficult to find solutions that fit everybody, especially since good accessibility not only should fulfill all physical requirements of accessibility but also values of experience.

As a member of the EU, Sweden has, in some cases, transferred the controlling rights to the Union. This means that the rules defined by the EU must be followed in all member countries, including Sweden. The European Agricultural policy constitutes the largest part of the EU's annual budget and is in contrast to many other areas fully funded at EU level. The last decade, many new regulations on chemicals and pesticides have been introduced which brought great changes and a lot of work throughout the Union, including Sweden. Sweden has always had a strict policy on chemicals and has been at the forefront when it comes to sustainable agriculture and environmental management.

The first regulation concerning the protection of shores was introduced in 1950. The purpose of that regulation was to "secure the general publics condition of an outdoor life". The protection has been sharpened over the years and in 1975 a general protection of the shores was introduced, which meant that all land was protected within 100 meters from the shoreline. In 1994 a supplement was made with the purpose to "preserve good conditions for animal and plants on land and in water". The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) did an inquiry of the shore protection regulations commissioned by the Government in 2001. The inquiry pointed out that there were big lacks in the exemption decisions.

The study was performed in southwest of Colombia in close collaboration with the interna-tional centre of tropical agriculture, CIAT and supervised from the university of Valle, Uni-valle, Cali, Colombia and from the Department of Landscape Management and Horticultural Technology, SLU, Alnarp, Sweden. The main purpose of this thesis was to evaluate six different non-conventional insecticides and their ability to control whitefly Aleurotrachelus socialis in cassava Manihot esculenta. The aim was also to evaluate the most appropriate application technique for these products which were: Agronim, Biomel, Bioneem, EcoSwing, Coco soap + chilli and L´Ecomix. The products are mainly based on vegetable oil, soap and plant extract and cause primarily a physical contact effect which affirm that it is fundamental to obtain a high coverage of the underside of the leaves, where A. socialis is present.
