Jag har gjort en intervjustudie med utgångspunkt ien sociokulturell syn på lärande. Syftet var att studera hur fritidspedagoger beskriver lärande, hur de uppfattar lärande på fritidshemmen samt vilken roll de uppfattar att kvalitetsmätning har i fritidshemmens och fritidspedagogernas verksamhet.I min bakgrundsdel beskrev jag fritidshemmets historia. Jag gav också en bild av hur det ser ut idag. I teoridelen redogjorde jag i korthet för lärande utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv samt för teori om lärande i fritidshem.Jag valde en kvalitativ ansats och en halvstrukturerad intervju som redskap. Tanken med den halvstrukturerade intervjun med öppna frågor var att få berättande svar.Intervjupersonerna var ovana att tänka på sin verksamhet utifrån lärandebegreppet.

I JAS 39 Gripen finns funktioner, kallade uppdragsberäkningar, som informerarpiloten om hur mycket bränsle och tid som förväntas gå åt för att slutföra detaktuella flyguppdraget. Uppdragsberäkningsdelen är stor och komplex och genomatt göra en modell av uppdragsberäkningarna kan man enklare simulera och verifieradem innan införandet av en ändring. I detta examensarbete har en modellav koden implementerats i MATLAB/Simulink.Under arbetet har en bränsleberäkningskärna och en accelerationsberäkningsfunktionmodellerats. I samband med modelleringen har modelleringsmetoder utvecklatsför vanligt förekommande dataobjekt och funktionaliteter i koden, såsom variabler,loopar och if-satser. En stor del av arbetet har handlat om validering av modellen mot originalkoden.

 The 1st of July 2006 Sweden made a change of authorities in the system concerning the reception of separated asylum seeking children. Prior to the change, the Swedish Board of Migration was held completely responsible for the reception of these children, who arrives in Sweden without their parents or any other relatives to care for them. Since the alteration of the law (1994:137) the responsibility for the housing of these children now lies within the Swedish municipalities, while the Board of Migration still handles their legal commissions. The change was intended to fundamentally improve the conditions under which these children were taken care of. However the implementation took a severe wrong turn when the municipalities weren't prepared for their new responsibilities and the immediate result was alarming. This qualitative study is based upon interviews with the people responsible for the reception of the separated asylum seeking children in the municipalities of Kronobergs County, as well as one of the two people in charge of the new system at the Swedish Board of Migration.

Title: Register now and stay in touch ? a study about the relationship between CRM-system and business performance.Purpose: The purpose with the study is to identify if there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance in Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Audience: This essay is addressed to the Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Methodology/ Approach / Design: We have applied a qualitative method, with a deductive approach. Through an in-depth interview with the case company Benzlers AB, which provided the empirical basis, supplemented with the CSI-values.Conclusion: The study has presented evidence, that there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance which has been confirmed by the positive increase in the CSI-value after the implementation of the CRM-system.Originality/ Value/ Contribution to knowledge The study contributes with its own results that fill in the knowledge gap about the subject in Sweden. The study finds that the CRM-system effectives the interaction with the customer and thereby business performance increase, with the CSI-value as unit. This therefore increases the value and importance of investigation of Swedish multinational companies, whose purpose is to satisfy the customer and at the same time, increase the business performance.Future research: For future research we suggest publishers to base the empirical basis through additional in-depth interviews with added case companies. Under hösten 2008 implementerades ett nytt löneadministrationssystem, Personec, hos Social resursförvaltning vid Göteborgs Stad. Syftet med denna uppsats är dels att utvärdera hur implementeringen gick till samt kartlägga attityderna till Personec hos de personer som arbetar i systemet. Vi har valt att behandla implementeringen av Personec som ett förändringsarbete, då det inneburit en stor förändring av respondenternas vardag och arbetsuppgifter. Det finns många anledningar till varför individer motsätter sig en förändring på arbetsplatsen och vår uppgift har varit att ta reda på vilka typer av motstånd som kan tänkas finnas inom Göteborgs Stad. Uppsatsens empiriska material har insamlats genom kvalitativa intervjuer som vi har genomfört på Social resursförvaltning.

Examensarbetets syfte var att skapa ett generellt mät- och styrsystem som är möjligt att fjärrstyra över Internet. Systemet består av en kontrolldator och ett antal separata moduler, vilka var och en realiserar någon typ av mät- eller styrfunktion. Användningsområdet för ett sådant system är brett; det kan exempelvis användas inom automation av bostäder, för process-övervakning och styrning inom tillverkningsindustrin, eller inom under-hållningsbranschen.Eftersom ett fullt utbyggt system kan bestå av ett drygt 100-tal olika mo-duler, är det här examensarbetet av praktiska skäl begränsat till att rea-lisera en handfull av dessa. Då systemet är enkelt att skala upp, är den be-gränsningen i antalet realiserade moduler i prototypsystemet inget som påverkar de erhållna resultaten. Exempel på storheter som kan övervakas är temperatur, avstånd, lufttryck och ljusstyrka.

Abstract During object-oriented system development, programming should be preceded by analysis and design to assure that the system fulfils the demands of the customer and simplify during the development phase and documentation. When modeling the analysis and design phases, several different notations may be used. One of these is the UML (Unified Modeling Language) which this thesis will cover. The aim is to compare the use of the UML i practice versus what is said in the literature. The investigation is built upon interviews at different companies to receive their reflections about the UML.

The purpose of this project is to analyze earthing systems for houses. By practical measurements and theoretical analyzes consequences of possible faults, that can occur within the facility and in the low-voltage distribution network, is illustrated.  The reason for this project is that nowadays one has to arrange with a main equipotential bonding system for buildings. Apart from that, if necessary, bathrooms must be provided with a supplementary equipotential bonding system.The practical measurements verify that potential differences in facilities may be due to voltage drops in the PEN conductor between the origin of the electrical installation and the power transformer.Based on the theoretical analyzes of possible faults, it is considered that the requirement for  supplementary equipotential bonding systems for bathrooms in most cases can be questioned, when basic insulation, fault protection, residual current devise and main equipotential bonding system already provides an adequate level of protection.A PEN conductor loss may result in a situation where metallic parts attached to the equipotential bonding system starts working as earth electrodes. Equipotential bonding system may also increase the incidence of stray currents. If TN-C-S systems is provided with a local connection to earth a redundant system against PEN conductor loss is obtained.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att få kunskaper om hur elever med svenska som andraspråk förhåller sig till slöjden som  ett kommunikationsämne. Syftet är även att få mer kunskaper hur jag i det pedagogiska arbetet kan arbeta med elever med svenska som andra språk. Utgångspunk tas med hjälp av sociokulturella teorier. I den sociokulturella perspektivet betonas kommunikationen mellan människor. Samtal mellan människor gynnar språk och kunskapsutvecklingen.

Denna uppsats handlar om att utveckla ett balanserat styrkort till Individ och familjeomsorgen på Rosengård i Malmö. Individ och familjeomsorgen är en del av Socialförvaltningen. Det balanserade styrkortet är från början utvecklat för den privata sektorn, men har på senare tid börjat användas i den offentliga sektorn. Vi har använt oss av den institutionella teorin och den strategiska teorin.Syftet med uppsatsen är att se om ett balanserat styrkort kan fungera som ett kompletterande styrverktyg till budgeten och på detta sätt bidra till en mer effektiv verksamhet. Som metod har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ fallstudie.

Stump wood is a hot alternative when the heating plants demands more and more forest fuel. The aim with the study has bean to calculate the costs in four different systems for transportations of stump wood, examine if there are any differences in fuel quality for the stump wood in the different systems, analyse if the fuel quality in stump wood is affected with the time it lays by the road side and how much space the stump wood demands on the road side. To calculate the costs for the different systems a system analysis was carried out, where some of the costs were collected through field studies on Holmen Skog stump experiment and other costs were collected from literature and contacts. Data for the fuel quality study was collected from Eons heat plant in Norrköping. Data for the study of how much space stump wood takes along a roadside was collected from field studies.

An automatic milking (AM) system should be combined with some form of controlled cow traffic to minimize the time spend on fetching cows to milking and to increase the milking frequency. By restricting the hours spent on pasture per day you optimise the AM system use during pasture period. A reason for this is becuase cows do not return to the stable for milking during night which cause that the milking unit stands empty those hours. In organic production it is required that the cows should be able to graze a certain amount of daily dry matter (DM) intake on the pasture. In the county of Dalarna where the farm is located the yield of the pasture is about 3000 kg DM per grazing season and hectar.This means that the pasture area should be 14,25 hectare to 57 milking cows.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka vilken matematik pedagogerna upptäcker att de yngsta barnen använder sig av i lek inomhus såväl som utomhus. Vidare är jag intresserad av hur pedagogernas anpassning av miljön påverkar de yngre barnens matematiska intressen. Hur gör man för att stimulera dessa? .

To measure losses in a transformer with today?s methods is either slow or insecure. There s a new method developed by Alstom that hasn't been actualize in to a test-system and that has been the assignment in this project. The idea is built on a switched system and a CLR- circuit in the resonant frequency. The test-system has a calculated power-loss that make the efficiency to be as high as 99,8% and in reality over 95%.

Tomo Hugglink (TOMO Skog) is an innovation for harvest and transport of biofuels. The system consists of a truck, a chipping unit and crane mounted on a link and a wood chip trailer. The system works in such a way that the chipping unit is disconnected and placed on the site and wood chips are loaded directly into the wood chip trailer.The aim of this study was:- To examine the performance of the TOMO Hugglink system under different conditions such as the size, placement and quality of the pile.- To calculate the cost per raw ton for two vehicle combinations at different transport distances and to examine the effect of a reduction in set-up time and an increase in load weight.- To identify possible improvements with the TOMO Hugglink system.A time study was conducted within the thesis work to make it possible to determine production and time consumption. In the subsequent economic analysis the cost per tone at different transport distances was calculated for two different lorry concepts. Furthermore the effect of a reduction in set-up time and an increase in load weight was calculated.Under current conditions the utilization of the chipper is low and only 29 % of the total system time is occupied by chipping.
