Att delta eller inte delta i sociala medier. : En kvalitativ studie om hur journalister på P4 Kalmar tänker kring publikinteraktion, sociala medier och den digitala klyftan.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how journalists think about the interaction with the audience in social media and the fact that it can make the traditional audience feel excluded. The study shows how journalists on P4 Kalmar is experiencing audience interaction in social media and describes how aware the journalists are about the digital divide. The results show that all of our interviewed journalists think that the interaction with the audience through social media works well and that there is awareness among journalists about the digital divide. The results also show that many of the interviewed journalists had not reflected on that parts of the audience can feel excluded by the interaction taking place in social media, but some of them could understand if parts of the audience felt that way. We consider our study as part of a research field on journalist?s interactivity with the audience through different types of media, but also as source of inspiration for future research on how the digital media becomes one with the community..

Social media has changed the way that corporations can communicate with their target groups. Instead of using one?way communications that has been significant for traditional massmarketing, social media has given corporations the possibility to truly interact with their clients and through the interaction build strong relationships. The interaction is an ideal process for corporations to create brand associations and strengthen their brand equity to position their brands in the minds of the consumers. But social media is also a devious medium because everyone are invited to contribute their opinion and news travel fast in social atmosphere, success and crisis can appear fast and out ofnowhere.

Hållbart Mode : En studie om hur man genom en anpassad form av Klarspråk och en tydligare koppling mellan ord och handling kan skapa bättre förutsättningar för en hållbar modekonsumtion.

I mitt arbete studerar jag H&M:s språkbruk i information kring hållbart mode. Jag har avgränsat mig till texten På väg mot hållbar bomull, en informationstext på H&M:s externa webbplats www.hm.com. Syftet med min studie är att visa hur man med en anpassad form av Klarspråk, tillsammans med en tydlig koppling mellan ord och handling i text, kan öka förutsättningarna för större kunskap och vägledning till hållbart mode.I min studie använder jag mig av två metoder, en textanalys och en semistrukturerad fokusgrupp. Syftet är att undersöka hur läslig, läsbar och läsvärd H&M:s text är för målgruppen unga människor och att få dem att berätta om deras syn på konsumtion i allmänhet och hållbart mode i synnerhet, samt hur de tänker kring hur man kan underlätta till en mer hållbar modekonsumtion.Utifrån min empiri och mitt teoretiska ramverk har jag tagit fram en ny text, skriven med en för målgruppen unga människor anpassad form av Klarspråk. Den nya texten utgår från två utvalda textstycken i den analyserade texten På väg mot hållbart mode och är för målgruppen därefter anpassad så att läslighet, läsbarhet och läsvärdet har ökat.

Accounting firms operate in environments with high competition for graduates and students today expect employers to be present on Facebook and the like. We aim to describe whether two major accounting firms use social media in their graduate recruitment. We chose to do case studies of Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young and how they use social media channels aimed towards graduates. Through a through study of how the two companies communicated through various social media, we concluded that Grant Thornton was significantly better than their larger competitor at social media use. Both companies use Facebook as their main communication channel.

In this thesis recruiter?s attitudes and usage of social media within the media business has been examined. Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to investigate and clarify some of the factors that influence organizations to adopt or reject the social media, and if the emergence of social media influenced the organization's communication.Metohodology:A qualitative methodology has been used to execute the study. The source has been semi structured interviews with chosen representatives from several organizations.Theoretical perspective:The theoretical basis for the execution of the methodology is based on the provisional theoretical demarcation uses and gratifications theory. For analysis diffusion of innovations theory is applied.Emperical findings:The empirical material includes interviews with representatives from twelve selected organizations, defined as companies in the industry and authorities, in seven different industries.Conclusion: The main factors affecting an adoption of social media is the organization?s open structure, the ability to see opportunities with social media and that they are seen as a natural part of development in the communications field. The main factors affecting a rejection of social media is ignorance, the organization's governance and that there must be a need that social media can fill.

Barn och sociala medier : Hur sociala medier påverkar elever och skolans arbete mot kränkande behandling

This work is about the rights of children, how students use social media and how effective teachers are using social media in their work against abusive treatment. The purpose of this work is to examine what students have rights in school, what and how students use social media and how schools and teachers are working to prevent the abuse that takes place over the internet and via mobile phones. The method used to investigate this is partly a survey of students in grades five and six at four different schools and interviews with four practicing teachers, working as a teacher in each class who made survey. My conclusion is that children have a variety of rights in school, and all schools and teachers are working on this through rules, values ??clarification and collaborative exercises. More and more younger children use out of social media, the survey shows that many of the students in grades five and six uses much social media.

Upplevelsen av information och undervisning i samband med kronisk hjärtsvikt

Att leva med en kronisk sjukdom som hjärtsvikt innebär en ständig oro och ibland ångest. Information och undervisning om den förändrade livssituationen som sjukdomen medfört kan bidra till ökade möjligheter att uppleva hälsa i samband med denna kroniska sjukdom. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa människors upplevelse av information och undervisning i samband med hjärtsvikt. Resultaten baserades på 19 artiklar som sökts via databaserna Cinahl, SweMed+, Medline, Psyc Info men även manuell sökning i tidsskrifter vilka analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Fyra kategorier framkom i resultatet: att känna brist på och inte förstå information, att få individuellt anpassad information, att information ökar livskvalitén och att behov av information och undervisning är större efter utskrivning.

Social mediestrategi - En studie om medarbetarens roll vid agerande i sociala medier

Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships.
