Theory of mind involves the ability to take another person?s perspective in thought, emotions and intentions.  There is today a lack of instruments to assess children?s development of Theory of Mind (ToM) in Swedish. ToM is considered by many scientists to be the basis for development of pragmatic competence. The relationship between these two abilities is complex and not fully resolved. Both abilities are important components for the development of social skills.    The purpose of this study was to compare 4 and 5-year olds ToM-ability measured with a Swedish version of Wellman and Liu?s ToM-scale, Sally Anne and Social Emotional Test with estimated pragmatic competence measured with the Children?s Communication Checklist (CCC).

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att i rollen som specialpedagog undersöka och beskriva de uppfattningar ett antal pedagoger ur ett arbetslag har beträffande två elever med inagerande beteende samt att belysa ett för pedagogen tänkbart förhållningssätt till inagerande elever.

The consumer often chooses the store depending on the quality of the fruit and vegetable department. A study has proven that about half of the purchases in this department are impulsive. This gives the store a good possibility to influence the consumer?s behaviour in the fruit and vegetables department. Compared to other products, like pasta or rice, there are few brands represented in the f & v-department.

In this project I have worked with porcelain och and porcelain decors. The project was based on questions like why porcelain is such a richly decorated product and how you can maka a shape and a decor feel like a entirety. In December 2009 I went to China in search for answers and to study porcelain decors. This trip has been my inspiration throughout the whole project and also the main theme for the idea, the shape and the decor. That is why I decided to make a teacup with a plate that also has a function as a lid.As I first started working with the shape I was thinking to make a rounded teacup, inspired by the chinese rice bowls, but since I had to produce the porcelain by myself I decided to make a much more simple shape.

Until the sixties potatoes have had a unthreatened position at the Swedish dining tables, but then different alternatives such as rice and pasta have become popular. In 2005 the Swedish potato-consumption have more than hafted compared with the sixties, we have gone from circa 90 to 40 kilograms per person and year. This paper aims to provide those who are involved within the potatoe business with an overview of the attitude and behaviour towards potatoes that are being held by Swedish consumers. In order to reach to the conclusion, in- store interviews had been held with customers in the cities of Stockholm and Malmö. The interviews showed that the typical potato-consumer prefers to choose and in pick their own potatoes to a bag in the store in favour of the pre-packed alternatives. Based on the outcome of the interviews a number of conclusions could be drawn. The consumers were of the perception that the pre-packed alternatives were too big for their households.

I följande uppsats har en nyfikenhet kring hur högläsning och boksamtal används i förskolor varit huvudområdet. Det har undersökts på tio utvalda förskolor och bland tio yrkesarbetande utvalda pedagoger.Genom observationer på två förskolor och en enkätundersökning bland tio yrkesarbetande pedagoger på tio utvalda förskolor har Marie-Anne Lyckman och Ann-Cathrin Jönsson kommit fram till ett resultat och en tolkning av det. Detta redovisas i två metoddelar för respektive förskola samt en metoddel för enkätfrågorna till de tio utvalda pedagogerna. Tillsammans med varje metoddel finns en resultatdel.Vad forskare och teoretiker beskriver i sin litteratur har tillsammans med metoder och resultat bildat en helhet där tolkningar och undersökningar blivit diskuterat..

This essay revolves around the organization Mobile Art Production, MAP, and their artexhibition Street View shown on Kungsportsavenyn, Gothenburg two weeks in April 2010. Beingan alternative to traditional art institutions, MAP sets out goals for their activities and the aim ofthe essay is to examine whether the main goals of the organization were fulfilled through theexhibition. In Street View six Swedish artists participated with a total of seven artworks.The theoretical framework is formed using Arthur C. Dantos today classic essay ?The Art World?,Anne Ring Petersens definition of installation art and Nicolas Bourriauds term and bookRelational Aesthetics.

The purpose of this paper is to examine and to analyze the arguments about a possible Swedish law against the veil. I have therefore highlighted how notions about the veil creates and reproduces power-structures and meaning-systems. I structured the arguments in a pro et contra schedule and then analyzed them by using a theoretical framework consisting post-colonial feminism, orientalism, multi-culture and intersectionality together with research produced by Joan Wallach Scott (2010), Pia Karlsson Minganti (2007) and Anne Sofie Roald (2003). The results of the study shows that the people who either argue for or against a veil-law agree that the veil is an oppression of women and that it must be resisted. To be objective in the discussion of the veil seems to be impossible and the women it affects deprived voice.

Similar to work of the feminist movement in the seventies, you nowadays can see an increased level of textile art expressions with feminist standpoints. In this thesis I compare two textile artists from each time period. These are Maria Adlercreutz with her composition I hennes ögon bevaras folkets ljus from 1972, and Lisa Anne Auerbach?s exhibition Chicken Strikken from 2012. The aim is to put the two artists in a contemporary context and explore their feministic approaches in the textile field.

ABSTRACT The potato has had an important role in the Swedish dietary customs for quite some time. However, during the last forty years, consumption has decreased from 87 kg/year and person to 46 kg/year and person. Other products such as pasta, rice and bulgur are competing with the potato. Many of the competitors have been developed and refined while the potato has not changed much. The potato is still a bulk product while competing products have been differentiated. Stakeholders within the potato market has realized that something has to be done and today there are a number of organizations and networks that all actively work to preserve the Swedish agriculture and specifically the potato as a product. The purpose with this essay is to examine how store managers in the Swedish grocery stores view the handling of the potato in the store, the quality and packaging, marketing and future consumption.

By collecting and examining the chants used at Catherine's translation it is possible to see what kinds of music was used at this occasion and also to determine some thing about how and why these chants were chosenBy using manuscripts containing the chants which are close to the occasion in time and place, the melodies and texts are presented in the versions most likely to have been those used in the translation.

För att tydliggöra och urskilja de förändringar som skett i hur författarna gestaltar sina vampyrer undersöks Dracula (Stoker, 1897), En vampyrs bekännelse (Rice, 1976) och Om jag kunde drömma (Meyer, 2005). Även de samhälleliga förändrigar som möjliggjort dessa förändringar, den förändring från folktron till den tidiga vampyrlitteraturen som skett och förändringen från monster till humanvampyrer undersöks. Detta görs genom närläsning och en deduktiv undersökning samt att narratologi och relevant faktalitteratur har använts som hjälp i vår analys.Resultatet av undersökningen är att vampyrerna i den tidigaste romanen är monster, men i Rices roman börjar vampyrgestaltningen humaniseras. Den största skillnaden i de kvinnliga vampyrernas förändring är att den sensuella gestaltningen anses som något negativt i Dracula, är jämställd mellan könen i Rices roman och inte finns alls i Om jag kunde drömma. De samhälleliga förändringar som skett och som påverkat vampyrgestaltningen är sekulariseringen och tillvägagånssättet att bli vampyr skiljer sig mellan folktron och vampyrlitteraturen.

In order to answer these questions, two different methods were used. One was qualitative analysis of the available text and the other one case-study (qualitative including interviews)The conclusion is that the implementation has not been successful. The process of legislation has followed its traditional way, which in its turn did not leave so much space to the thorough implementation of the Directive. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur aktivitet beskrivs i litteraturen vid arbetsterapeutisk behandling av personer med bestående neglekt. Som redskap användes Anne G. Fishers sätt att beskriva hur aktivitet används av arbetsterapeuter. Metoden som användes var forskningsöversikt. Genom databaserad och manuell sökning har tolv studier inkluderats i forskningsöversikten och analyserats genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

We have explored if the branding is consistent with the picture that Swedes generally have of themselves and Sweden, and also looked at which consequences differences in this picture may have. Method/Material: Semiotic analysis and interviewMain Results: The results of the thesis shows that SI?s branded image of Sweden agree with the picture that Swedes have of themselves and Sweden.
