Denna rapport summerar ett kartlÀggningsprojekt av underhÄllsteknikers arbetsmiljö vid DynaMate AB i SödertÀlje. Projektet har löpt mellan augusti och december 2010 inom ramen för examensarbete inför en civilingenjörsexamen vilket motsvarar 30 högskolepoÀng, 20 veckors heltidsstudier. Projektet begrÀnsades fysiskt till att omfatta underhÄllsarbete av bearbetningsutrustning inom Scania CV AB:s transmissionsenhet. Projektet syftar till att belysa brister och tillkortakommanden inom arbetsmiljöaspekter och arbetsmiljöarbete samt resultera i förslag till förÀndringar. UnderhÄllsarbete bestÄr av mindre och större arbetsuppgifter av sÄvÀl förebyggande som avhjÀlpande karaktÀr vid mÄnga olika typer av arbetsutrustning.

Speedledger is a company that is working to automate electronic accounting for businesses, organizations and associations.In the current situation bank data is sent from the users internet bank to Speedledger via a virtual printer driver. The driver transforms the web page into a PDF and sends it to a server for interpretation.The problem is that PDF is not created for this sort of data transfer and makes the interpretation of data is very problematic.The goal of the thesis is to study whether there is a possibility to develop a browser add-on that can retrieve information on the customer's banking page and send it on to Speedledgers server for interpretation. My task was to implement a add-on for one of the three major browsers Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then study the possibility of implementing it to the other two by reading the documentation.What I concluded was that it is possible to implement for all the three browsers. However, the techniques will differ slightly when developing these add-ons.  .

The capacity to extract information from vehicles has the potential to be very beneficial. Performing analysis on information about fuel usage, emission values and other driving properties of a vehicle can lead to great economic and environmental benefits.This report contains descriptions of two prominent systems for retrieving information of this nature from a vehicle, On-Board Diagnostics and FMS-Standard, and of an implementation of FMS-Standard.The conclusion drawn after this investigation is that these systems do indeed offer access to the benefits mentioned earlier, although to varying degrees and with differing prioritisation..

This study aims to examine the views on digitization of eight respondents, all working at different libraryinstitutions in Sweden, and how their views are reflected in their library's digitization strategies. The poll wasconducted on the basis of Ingrid Mason's theory of information standards, their structure and sociopoliticalnature. The informantion standards are divided into three aspects, curatorial, semantic and technical, and theyaffect selection of, intellectual and physical access to the digitized material, which in the end is what constitutes the digital cultural heritage.The background to the study is that the Swedish library institutions in the current situation lacks a nationalstandard or a common strategy for the digitization of cultural heritage, while it is still implemented digitizationprojects at many library institutions. The method used is qualitative, structured interviews with open-ended questions.The study shows that one of the main motives behind the libraries' digitization projects is to make librarymaterials available in a new way, creating greater opportunities for the users to take advantage of the material.The library users are the ones who mainly control what is digitized, although aspects of preservation ismentioned. Furthermore, it appears that the respondents believe that digitization offers improved capabilities tosearch and learn more about the collections, but the actual work of image capture, the addition of metadata,presentation to users and long-term preservation is very complex.Views on what it is to be digitized, how the material should be selected and provided with metadata and howit should be presented to users is what creates the standards that libraries use when they digitize their materials,and digitization of library materials creates new conditions for new users to access and use library material.This is a two years master?s thesis in Archive, Library and Museum studies..

I ett sÄdant förs stÀndigt ett arbete med att effektivisera processer med hjÀlp av olika tekniker och strategier. En teknik för att öka omsÀttningshastigheten i ett lager genom snabbare identifiering och spÄrning av gods som hanteras Àr Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).Syftet med studien Àr att belysa de stÀndigt Äterkommande problemomrÄden som uppstÄr i ett cross-dockinglager samt hur en RFID-lösning skulle kunna stödja dess verksamhet.

Computer based information systems play an important role in modern military combat vehicles. The crew needs to be able to quickly get information about both the vehicle and its outer surroundings in order to quickly make the correct decisions. In this report, we describe the development of a prototype new information system for the BvS10 vehicle, manufactured by BAE System HĂ€gglunds AB in Örnsköldsvik.An important aspect of the system is the time it takes from the point that the information is generated by the vehicle sensors until it is presented to the user. The system must be able to ensure that it never displays information that is out of date. Thus, it is important to create a layer and component based architecture for the solution, making it possible to control, in detail, the information?s age as it moves through the system.

Background: A group severely affected by health issues, the experiences of homeless alcohol and drug abusers in the coverage of their medical care needs is not satisfactory. Aim: The aim of the study is to explore which factors experienced by homeless alcohol and drug abusers in Uppsala in regards to their living situation affected their health, their perception of access to healthcare, the character of treatment received and coping strategies used outside of the healthcare system. Method: Nine people who had experienced both homelessness and substance abuse problem were recruited for the study during their visit to Stadsmissionens facilities for the homeless. Data was collected through qualitative, semi-structured interviews including two women and seven men. Data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis according to Giorgi modified by Malterud.Results: Among homeless substance abusers interviewed experiences of unwelcoming and prejudiced healthcare were described.

Ett nystartat företag ville skapa en hemsida som sÄg ut och fungerade som Outlook.  Denna sida skulle senare kunna kopplas till Exchange eller nÄgot liknande e-postserverprogram. Under arbetets gÄng sÄ installerades en labbserver med Exchange. NÀr servern var fÀrdig sÄ skulle det gÄ att koppla upp företaget Teleriks webmaillösning för att sedan kolla om den klarar av Exchange. MÄlet var att en sida liknande Outlook, till utseende samt funktion, skulle skapas. Denna sida skulle sedan kopplas ihop med en fungerande Exchange server.

I detta examensarbete har ett anvÀndarvÀnligt verktyg skapats för att möjliggöra undersökningar av vÀrdeutfallet vid kubbsÄgning pÄ VIDA Alvesta AB. Verktyget har skapats i Microsoft Excel som för mÄnga Àr en kÀnd miljö. Just nu Àr det svÄrt att fÄ lönsamhet inom sÄgverksbranschen. Det hÀr verktyget har vankantsandel som viktigaste variabel eftersom det maximerar vÀrdeutbytet genom att anvÀnda maximalt tillÄtna vankanter.En undersökning för produkten 47x100 har gjorts med avseende att dölja vankanter med hjÀlp av rundade hörn med radie 3 och 5 mm.

Eftersom man aldrig kan förutspÄ vilka frÄgor och funderingar en bok kan vÀcka hos en elevgrupp ska man aldrig anvÀnda sig av en bok för höglÀsning som man sjÀlv tidigare inte har lÀst. Jag har i mitt utvecklingsarbete lÀst in mig pÄ barnlitteratur, gjort en sammanstÀllning av dessa verk och utvecklat en litteraturbank för de tidiga skolÄren med hjÀlp av Microsoft Visual studio 2010. Efter att jag har lÀst ett skönlitterÀrt verk har jag utformat en rad diskussionsfrÄgor som man kan föra löpande med höglÀsningen och en konkret uppgift att arbeta vidare med efter att man har lÀst boken. Sedan har verken med dess diskussionsfrÄgor och konkreta uppgift kopplats till LÀroplanen för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet, Lgr 11. Slutligen har jag gjort dessa verk sökbara efter givna kriterier, sÄ att man snabbt och enkelt ska kunna hitta en lÀmplig bok att arbeta med i klassrummet..

The transformation of the Swedish Armed Forces is bringing about major changes in many areas. Indirect fire is one capability affected by these changes. Financial savings, a shrinking organization and higher eligibility requirements mean that fewer soldiers will gain access to exclusive high-tech support resources such as the JAS 39 Gripen aircraft and the ARCHER artillery system. This thesis aims to examine whether access to indirect fire capability can be increased through the use of civilian products and communication networks. Technology development in the civilian mobile communications area is exponential and nations such as the USA, facing challenges similar to those of the Swedish Armed Forces, devote substantial resources to research and development.

In the past year, Ozempic has been observed internationally, as well as in the Swedish press, due to its rapid rise in popularity, its off-label use for weight loss, and the ethical and societal debates surrounding availability and impact. The purpose of this study is to examine how Ozempic is portrayed in the four largest Swedish daily newspapers: Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen and Aftonbladet. The aim of the thesis is to identify the frames within which the drug is described to acquire knowledge of how it influences public perception of it. Every article published between the first of March until the first of November has been included in the study, if it bottoms in the defined phonomenon. The method used is a qualitative text analysis in consideration of Entman?s framing theory, which is focusing on identifying dominant themes, problem definitions, proposed solutions, and the actors attributed responsibility in the coverage of Ozempic in Swedish press.

Introduktion: Övervikt och fetma Ă€r ett globalt vĂ€xande folkhĂ€lsoproblem vilket leder till enorma ekonomiska samhĂ€llskostnader. Fetmakirurgi, bland annat Reglerbart gastriskt band (Adjustable Gastric Banding, AGB), har visat lĂ„ngsiktiga effekter pĂ„ viktminskning, medan icke-kirurgisk fetmabehandling har visat mindre tydliga effekter. Detta har lett till att fetmakirurgin ökat dramatiskt. Trots detta har vissa kirurgipatienter svĂ„righeter i att upprĂ€tthĂ„lla viktminskning över tid. Fetmakirurgi kan Ă€ven leda till senkomplikationer och biverkningar.
