Turbo generators work with high efficiency and in this project, the main task is to simulate a generator while taking into account that the generator must be designed against self-oscillation, centrifugal force, exhaustion and heat. The turbo generator must be simulated without being too expensive and complicated.In this project, the dimensions of the turbo generator depend on the efficiency of it, and where the losses are in the generator. Furthermore, the optimum values need to be chosen with the help of the ACE simulation program. The purpose of this essay is to analyse and compare pneumatology in Eftertanke in Kyrkans Tidning, in a Swedish evangelical Lutheran context, with pneumatology in Luthers Small Catechism and Luther's Large Catechism. Through a descriptive, inductive and hermenutical approach the essay intends to answer two main questions regarding how these sources 1) describe the character features and 2) the function of the Spirit. The conclusions of this essay show that the character features of the Spirit in Eftertanke differ from the catechisms in describing the Spirit with words connected to nature and life, while the catechisms only describe the Spirit as holy. The discussion that follows implies that the Spirit in the catechisms is depicted as more personal whereas Eftertanke depicts the Spirit more as an impersonal force. There are similarities in how both the catechisms and Eftertanke depict a dialectic relationship between human beings and the Spirit. However, they differ in function: in Eftertanke the Spirit is foremost a giver of life and a creator of positive emotions as well as a giver of guidance, while in the catechisms the Spirit is foremost a sanctifier.

The purpose of this study is to examine how entrepreneurs through destination marketing reach their target market and with the intention to identify marketing channels that the entrepreneur uses.

This thesis is a product development project that was performed at Alfa Laval Tumba AB. In the past Alfa Laval have manufactured gas separators for engines where gas flows were cleaned from oil. A new business area for this kind of technology has shown to be the manufacturing industry where oil mist has to be separated from the vented air. Therefore a new and bigger design is needed to be able to handle the greater gas flows. A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Eight such training runs lasting 15 to 25 minutes were analyzed with regard to the Blue team?s communication during launch situations, i.e.

The purpose of this study is to examine certain aspects of work with men who use violence in intimate relationships. In a Government bill in late 90s the Government presented its action plan on what is expected to be done in each municipality, but investigations show that the work is stationary. 46 percent of the men, who are in treatment, choose to cancel it. We wanted to find out how society will meet up with men who use violence in their intimate relationship and how to go about in the meeting. Those who lead us to the answers in this qualitative method are three social workers and a therapist who has the task of helping these men. The study is based on interviews from three municipalities in southern Sweden, the municipalities made ??as in between 30-60 000 residents and businesses are startups; theoldest has been in operation for five years.The results showed that they had chosen to put these activities under the sections of the Social Services but is counted as a separate project, as the driving force may apply for funding via the County Council.

Sammanfattning:Det svenska flygvapnet har lång erfarenhet av simulatorer och de används för pilotutbildning och träning inom många av de flygsystem som flygvapnet opererar. Dock visar statistik på att nyttjandegraden av dessa anläggningar inte är fullständig. Det tillsammans med att det i vissa fall saknas en tydlig och tillräcklig inriktning för verksamheten, väcker frågor kring hur effektivt simulatorerna egentligen används.Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka om piloter som tjänstgör på en insatsdivision i det svenska flygvapnet upplever att deras träning i simulatorer tillför något till deras kunnande och utveckling, samt hur deras upplägg och genomförande av träningen i själva verket ser ut.Undersökningen genomfördes som kvalitativa intervjuer med insatspiloter under en träningsperiod i Flygvapnets Luftstridssimuleringscenter (FLSC). Deras svar analyserades sedan med hjälp av operationella indikatorer härledda ur såväl allmänna träningsteorier som mer specifika forskningsresultat kopplade till simulatorers egenskaper i sig.Resultatet visar att piloterna anser att simulatorer är ett värdefullt komplement till deras flygträning och om flygvapnets simulatorer nyttjas på ett ineffektivt sätt, beror det med stor sannolikhet inte på insatspiloternas inställning till simulatorträning eller bristande kunskaper hos dessa kring hur simulatorer bör användas..
