The purpose of this study is that the stories provide insight into and understanding of institutionalized girls experiences and views on their schooling, and from their stories also explore how schools can create opportunities for students who challenge. An overriding purpose is also that the girls? life stories in the long run lead to a school developing work. To provide a better understanding of the girls, qualitative methods with a narrative approach have been used. In the theory chapter I have used, inter alia, George H.

The single market is one of the underlying ideas of the European Union. Free movement of goods and efficient competition are central for the function of the union and are therefore carefully protected by the Treaty of Rome. Exclusive rights of trademarks in the EU can be seen as a method of dividing the common market, preventing the free movement of goods and to be anti-competitive. What comes out of this is that there is a conflict between exclusive rights of trademarks and the rules of both free movement of goods and competition. The aim of this work is to see in which kind of situations the exclusive rights of trademarks can be a part of this conflict but also to study how this problem is resolved by the European Court.

Syftet med denna studie är att genom kvalitativa intervjuer beskriva upplevelser och erfarenheter av medierad social interaktion på Internet för klienter på behandlingshem för missbrukare. Vi ville undersöka hur detta påverkar klienternas möjligheter att förändra sina liv, identitetsskapande och sociala relationer. Vi genomförde enskilda intervjuer med tre personer som jobbar på ett behandlingshem där klienterna har fri tillgång till Internet och med en klient på samma behandlingshem, samt gruppintervjuer med sammanlagt sju personer som hade varierande erfarenhet av behandlingshem.Resultatet visar en allmän negativ syn på medierad social interaktion under behandlingstiden. Den största risken som lyfts fram under intervjuerna är att Internet försvårar för klienterna att bryta med missbruksvärlden. Kontakt med vänner och bekanta i missbruksvärlden kan leda till att klienten avbryter sin behandling.

Bakgrund: Substansberoendet ökar stadigt i hela världen, vilket ökar trycket på den somatiska vårdens kunskap att vårda patienter med substansberoende. Sjuksköterskor upplever att de inte har tillräcklig kunskap och erfarenhet av att behandla patienter med substansberoende, vilket ofta leder till att patienter känner sig felbehandlade och sjuksköterskor känner sig obekväma i sin sjuksköterskeroll i olika vårdsituationer. Syftet var att undersöka hur sjuksköterskors utbildning påverkar omvårdnad av patienter med substansberoende, inom den somatiska vården. Metoden är en litteraturstudie med fokus på sjuksköterskors utbildning om substansberoende och omfattar sju kvantitativa och sex kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar från olika delar av världen. Resultatet visade sjuksköterskors upplevelse i mötet med substansberoende patienter och behov av utbildning för sjuksköterskor om substansberoende.

Modern societies are generally becoming increasingly capitalist in nature and economies of these societies are thus likely to become more focused on consumer consumption. Advertising plays a vital role in contemporary society where we, as consumers and citizens, are surrounded by it everywhere we look and everywhere we go. This puts pressure on advertisers to become more creative and to explore new ways of marketing their products and services in an already saturated environment. We believe that the added pressure and the already established role of marketing in society make advertisements an interesting and telling object for analysis. This is particularly the case with regards to the concept of selling and marketing products that have qualities that are known to be less than beneficial for our health.This paper analyzes four commercial advertisements marketing beer; a product that we argue has qualities that can be seen as potentially bad for the health of individuals and for societies.

Our purpose was to investigate the schools and the social welfare´s experiences of Roman children´s school situation in a Scanian town. We have done a qualitative investigation, interviewing 14 persons from both school and social welfare. Through the interviews we wanted to find the factors which influences the Roman pupils schooling and which efforts the professionals has to their disposition to influence these children´s school situation in a positive direction.The main result of our study is that the majority of the Romans is an isolated group, both in the Swedish school system and in the society. The Romans got access to the Swedish comprehensive school first in 1965, which implies that the Romans have a young school tradition. Most of the Roman pupils have a high absent, which is grounded in a complex of problems.

The aim of this literature study was to illuminate staffs experience in meeting with aggresive and violent patients. The aim of this study is to highlight drug experiences and the significance our interviewee?s ascribe to their drug experiences in conjunction to their everyday lives. In the concluding chapter of this study we have used the collective experiences of the participants to allow us to engage in a dialogue of why it is important to acknowledge the attributes and needs an individual attaches to his/her perspective drug in the field of social welfare in Sweden. Symbolic Interactionism as a theoretical approach is used as the framework for understanding responses of participants in this study. The word ?experience? is a comprehensive concept for the sensations that an individual feels.

AbstractAim: this paper is a report of a concept analysis of forgiveness and its practice within the social work area. Background: worldwide interest in and funding for forgiveness research has brought about a body of knowledge from many disciplines that could be clinically useful to social work. At this time forgiveness interventions are used in social work in other countries, primary in the USA. The social workers in the Scandinavian countries need to focus on this important area of inquiry. Method: forgiveness was explored from a philosophical perspective and from forgiveness interventions from a variety of areas suitable for social work.

In todays society the legal rights of the individual are a highly debated subject. Among other things there have been a debate going on in Dagens industri where the participants have discussed the National Tax Board, courts of law and law and order. The legal rights of the individual have been described as threatened and uncertain due to deficiencies in the tax assessment.There are difficulties defining the concept of law and order due to the fact that there is no generally acknowledged explanation. The concept of law and order originates from the citizens ability to predict the consequences of their actions provided that the authorities actions are regulated according to current legislation and will therefore protect the citizens from possible abuse of power that can exist within a state governed by the law.The purpose of this paper is to analyse law and order within the tax assessment through a method that experiments with real and imagined situations with the main purpose of interpreting current legislation. The paper collects essential legislation, preparatory work together with established practice and supplements the method with information from articles, dissertations and the National Tax Authority?s documented directions within the tax assessment.Through juridical argumentation concerning areas, such as legal rights essential to the citizens and the tax assessment, the paper results in aspects essential to the individual involved in tax dispute.

Mäns våld mot kvinnor blir ett allt mer angeläget problemområde och från att ha betraktats som en privat angelägenhet ses det idag som ett stort samhällsproblem. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad män som deltagit eller deltar i kriminalvårdens behandlingsprogram Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme (IDAP) säger om de erfarenheter de fått under programtiden och vad männen anser varit positivt respektive mindre positivt i programinnehållet. Syftet var även att få männens syn på hur deltagandet i programmet påverkas av att det genomförs på anstalt. Jag undersökte även om männen och programpersonalen hade en samsyn på upplevelserna och erfarenheterna kring männens deltagande i IDAP. I studien har jag använt mig av en kvalitativ metod genom att empirin samlats in med semistrukturerade intervjuer där tre klienter och två programledare intervjuades, resultatet presenterades i teman och analyserades utifrån teorierna makt och manlighet, roller och systemteori.

Bakgrund: Alkohol- och drogmissbruk är idag ett utbrett problem som drabbar minst 15,3 miljoner människor världen över. Det råder en allmän stigmatisering i dagens samhälle mot missbrukare, bland gemene man samt inom hälso- och sjukvården. Denna stigmatisering har skapats dels på grund av den bild media skapar av den stereotypa missbrukaren och dels på grund av okunskap. Sjuksköterskor hyser ofta fördomar mot denna patientgrupp vilket kan leda till bristfällig vård. Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva sjuksköterskans erfarenhet och upplevelse av att vårda patienter som missbrukar alkohol och droger.

Bakgrund: Politiker och forskare har börjat uppmärksamma övergrepp mot äldre på äldreboende som ett globalt problem. Studier visar att övergrepp sker internationellt som nationellt. Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att uppmärksamma övergrepp av vårdpersonal mot äldre på äldreboende, att ta reda på om det finns några faktorer som bidrar till dessa övergrepp, samt att ta reda på hur detta problem kan hanteras och helst undvikas. Metod: Två fokusgrupper deltog i studien, där ena gruppen bestod av fem undersköterskor och den andra av fem vårdbiträden. Ett snöbollsurval användes för att finna de relevanta personerna.
