Utgångspunkten i uppsatsen var att undersöka om och hur oönskade effekter av kosmetiska operationer kan ge ekonomisk ersättning. En patient som skadas i samband med behandling eller liknande åtgärd inom hälso- och sjukvård, kan genom olika regelsystem yrka på ekonomisk ersättning för en eventuell personskada. Ett sätt är att yrka på skadestånd med stöd av bestämmelserna i skadeståndslagen. Ett annat för patienten enklare sätt är att begära patientskadeersättning från den så kallade patientförsäkringen enligt patientskadelagen. Oavsett om den enskilde får patientskadeersättning eller inte, kan hon/han även yrka på skadestånd enligt skadeståndslagen.

Companies use different forms of representation to promote business negotiations. The regulations for the right to deduction for the cost of representation are stated in Chapter 16 section 2 of the Swedish Income Tax Act (IL). According to the law there must be an im-mediate connection between the expenditure and the business practice and the claimed de-duction must be reasonable. The Swedish tax authority publishes general recommendations regarding representation which are used as guidelines for the tax payer to follow. The gen-eral provision about tax deduction can be found in Chapter 16 section 1 of the Swedish In-come Tax Act (IL), stating that expenses to acquire or retain income shall be deductible.

An uncountable number of companies are present in foreign markets as a result of what we commonly choose to call globalization. This is especially true for Swedish companies traditionally operating on small markets. A company that is about to establish on a new market is faced not only with possibilities but also with challenges and risks. Researchers have found that companies that establish on foreign markets will have to deal with competitors on the national as well as on the global market, and therefore need consider how they globalize their brands. In addition to this, a brand can only reach international success if its message is coherent within and across every single market.

The aim of this study is to highlight inequality in Colombia by applying Charles Tilly?s theory of durable inequality through categorical pairs. A qualitative method is applied in order to gain deeper insight to inequality in Colombia. The essay examines the phenomenon by completing a content analysis.

The purpose was to investigate the technical and customer oriented possibilities for the development of a transport security measure against cargo crime, which is a growing problem in Europe. The main goal was to develop a concept that is possible to implement in the Scania CV AB Fleet Management System. Another goal was to develop a security model that will be used as a tool during Scania CV AB?s future development projects of transport security concepts.The work was divided into three main parts: a background study, handling cargo crime, transport security Scania CV AB trucks and market analysis, a stakeholder investigation including a questionnaire and interviews, and a concept development session.

AbstractThe main objective of this essay is to come to an understanding as to why girls, together in groups, walk against the conventional image of women and take on more violent and aggressive behaviour against their surroundings. In this essay I hope to gain an understanding of how ?girl gangs? work as a social phenomenon as well as identify the characteristics of these gangs. Furthermore, this essay aims to understand what role the violence and aggression plays in the lives of these girl?s.The following questions are the focus of the essay:? Why have girls in groups become more aggressive and violent?? What is characteristic for ?the girl gangs? as a social phenomenon?? What role does the girls? aggressive behaviour play in their life?The essay touches on an escalating problem within society, which has received considerable attention in the media lately.

Syfte: Mitt syfte är att undersöka de ansvarsförsäkringar som finns på marknaden och se om dessa ger ett bra skydd och vad de kostar samt hur mäklarfirmor marknadsför dessa och vilka de samarbetar med. Jag vill också veta vilken lagstiftning samt praxis som gäller vid fastighetsaffärer avseende dolda fel, vilken mäklarens respektive besiktningsmannens roll är.Metod: Till att börja med beskriver jag den lagstiftning och praxis som finns, jag tar litteratur till hjälp samt artiklar och information som finns inom området.Sedan undersöker jag de ansvarsförsäkringar som finns, vem som är försäkringsgivare och hur avtalsvillkoren ser ut. Genom insamling av dessa villkor kan jag göra en komparativ studie där jag i en tabell jämför priser på premier, självrisk och högsta ersättningsbelopp.Slutligen analyserar jag de problem och fördelar som kan finnas när konsumenter använder ansvarsförsäkringar.Resultat & slutsats: Det är inte alltid priset är avgörande utan villkor, undantag och vad som ingår väger tyngre vid en jämförelse. En förutsättning är att det går att få reda på vad som erbjuds på marknaden. Det är i nuläget inte helt lätt och det är tidskrävande.

The purpose with this thesis is to investigate how to design a urban space so that it is experienced safe and how to implement this at an actual site. Knowledge on the subject has been gathered through litterature studies and interviews with experts. Through an analysis of the site with surroundings and studies of projects with similar problems, practical actions have been observed. Part taking in the municipalities planning process has given insight in the projekt as an whole and the interests of different parties. There are many different opinions about what the word safety means. It is a feeling depending on situation, that is affecting our daily behaviour.

I denna examensuppsats har jag granskat bestämmelsen om människohandel i 4 kap. 1 a § brottsbalken (1962:700) (BrB) samt undersökt vilket eller vilka rekvisit i lag­stift­ning­en som medför särskilda pro­blem för dess tolkning och tillämpning. Syftet med upp­satsen har varit att presentera förslag på hur problemen kan lösas genom att ta fram ett lag­förslag med de ändringar som jag anser är nöd­vän­di­ga för att få en mer lättil­lämpad lag­­stiftning. Syftet har även varit att undersöka hur dessa än­dring­ar bör göras för att säker­ställa att bestämmelsen överensstämmer med de ända­mål som Sverige åta­git genom ett antal inter­natio­n­ella instrument. Lagförslaget presenteras i en bilaga nedan (Bilaga A).Utifrån det ovan beskrivna syftet är uppsatsen upplägg enligt följande.
