To enjoy work, and be satisfied in the work you do, is important to most people. Work scientific research shows that dissatisfaction with physical or the psychosocial work environment often gives negative effects on the performed work. The purpose of our study is to chart the experience in work satisfaction and psychosocial work environment amongst nurses within psychiatric care. It is an empiric cross section study. The participants in the study contains nurses who are either employed on a conditional tenure or have a temporary post (>3 months) in policlinics and wards in general adult psychiatric care (n=126).

We investigate various factors that might be important in their choice of gaming gear when they play, and how they train to use these artifacts more efficiently to get maximum performance.

Övervikt och fetma beror till stor del på ändrade levnadsvanor och är ett problem att ta på största allvar eftersom fetma kan leda till allvarliga följdsjukdomar och sänkt livskvalitet. Preventiva åtgärder är nödvändiga för att hindra den fortsatta fetmaepidemin och här kan sjuksköterskan fylla en viktig funktion som stödjare och rådgivare för obesa personer. Syftet är att beskriva vuxna obesa personers upplevelser och hantering av viktnedgång. Metoden som använts är litteraturbaserade studier av åtta kvalitativa artiklar. De obesa personernas upplevelser framkommer i tre teman. Upplevelser innan viktnedgång beskriver olika stadier som obesa personer genomgår innan de beslutar sig för viktnedgång samt beskriver även upplevelser av fördömande attityder.

The main focus for this essay is to describe the relationship between human and nature through a material investigation that takes its shape through sculpture. With the help of a fairytale-like story the reader can share the creation of the sculpture and how my thoughts flow through the process that will result in an exam project. Rooted in earlier projects I discuss the crash between civilization and the wilderness as well as talking about the likeness of the creative process and child play. I also discuss the body's place in the forest and the loneliness that we humans created that has cut us off from the rest of the creatures and plants in the forest. My aim is that in the final piece I will create a fiction place where these can be joined together again.

This study of literature from the period 1920-1955 has shown that the profession of gardeners in Sweden went through several structural changes in the early and midst 20th century. The gardeners knowledge, which used to cover the whole horticultural spectra, was due to that no longer appreciated or useful. Prior the 1920?s the gardeners, especially the skilled craftsmen working for the upper-classes, were the ones who led progression in the horticultural field forward and their qualifications were many and diverse. Due to many factors, such as low economic and social status, functionalistic style and the fact that the branch were rationalized and modernized in general, lead up to a point where the gardener of old no longer fitted in, in the much more globalized and modern world of the 1950?s. .

Mobile technology is developing quickly and becomming a part of daily life and communication. Bluetooth Low Energy is presented as a new way of mobile interaction. However there are not enough studies in this field on the interaction between mobile devices and the physical world. In order to understand user needs, and to encourage users to interact, we simulated an interaction process through designing and testing a prototype in a specific indoor environment. ABSTRACTMultiple sclerosis (MS) is the leading cause of adult disability inSweden. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) can be used as a treatment option for patients with MS where the disease has an aggressive course. The treatment is preceded by high-dose chemotherapy which lowers the patient's immune system. It is therefore of interest to study infectious complications associated with HSCT in this patient.Aim: The purpose of this study was to identify infection problems in this population associated with HSCT, and to study differences in infectious complications between this group and patients diagnosed with lymphoma who have undergone the same treatment.Method: The study was a retrospective descriptive study with quantitative data. A medical record review was conducted.

There are many good reasons to ponder about what it is that makes life worth living. To observe and reflect on what it is that gives a person a good quality of life is arguably the essential core of social-work. The aim of this research was to investigate how 15-year old youths interpret quality of life. The key areas that we explored in order to meet the research aims were: what did the youths interpret as a good quality of life for a 15-year old and for an adult, how did they view their own quality of life, and did they think that the regional context (i.e. if one lives in a big city or in a small town) affects how one interpret quality of life.The studywas based on interviews with four boys and four girls.
