Musikundervisningen på högstadieskolorna skiljer sig väsentligt enligt en nationell utvärdering som skolverket genomförde 2003, både beträffande vilka kunskaper eleverna utvecklar samt lärares arbetssituation och förutsättningar. Vilka faktorer är det som påverkar lärares sätt att bedöma kunskaper inom ämnet musik? Är musikaliska kunskaper och prestationer överhuvudtaget mätbara och vilka metoder använder undervisande lärare sig av för att göra bedömningen likvärdig?Det övergripande syftet är att ta reda på vilka moment som verksamma musiklärare i grundskolans sista år betygssätter inom ämnet musik. Finns det några moment som värderas högre än andra vid bedömningen och isåfall vilka? Vi kommer att med utgångspunkt i teorier kring olika typer av kunskap, kunskapsbedömning samt läroplanen för den obligatoriska grundskolan, Lpo 94, genomföra kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra betygsättande lärare.Vi har genom kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer tagit del av fyra verksamma musiklärares tankar kring bedömning inom musikämnet.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness training in the treatment of chronic pain, estimate the degree of mindfulness before and after intervention, and to describe the participants experience of mindfulness training. Mindfulness is defined as moment to moment, non-judgmental awareness. After the treatment of chronic pain 16 patients were offered and nine agreed to participate in mindfulness training. The intervention group took part in an 8-week group-program. The comparison group, not randomized, was 16 former patients.

Studiens fokus och tyngdpunkt beträffande empirin bygger på aktionsforskning bedriven hos ett tradingföretag där den stödjande dokumenthanteringen till arbetet med utfallsprover studerats närmare.Bakgrunden till studien kan härledas till den globala konkurrensen som medfört att fler företag i större omfattning arbetat med att förbättra och effektivisera sin verksamhet. I arbetslivet har första linjens chefer haft stora inslag av direkt ledarskap med en traditionellt hög närvaro hos de underställda. Studier visar på en ökad andel administrativa, ekonomiska och personalledande uppgifter för första linjens chefer som får till följd en minskad delaktighet i den dagliga verksamheten men också sämre möjligheter att motivera sin underställda, vilket negativt påverkar verksamheten. I Försvarsmakten har administrativa uppgifter som tidigare genomfördes högre upp i organisationen flyttats till en lägre nivå.Uppsatsens syfte är att öka förståelsen för och kunskapen om plutonchefens arbetssituation efter införandet av anställda soldater och den delegerade arbetsgivarrollen till plutonchefen. Studiens fokus är på plutonchefens avvägning mellan deltagandet i underställdas verksamhet för att utöva direkt ledarskap kontra att genomföra bl.a. personaladministration.I studien används rollteori från socialpsykologin som analysmodell, med utgångspunkt i tidigare forskning och litteratur om första linjens chefer och Försvarsmaktens ledarskapsmodell.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien har varit att undersöka yrkesverksamma lärares uppfattning om lärarutbildningen vid Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan (GIH) efter fem år i yrket.-          Vilken bakgrund har respondenterna?-          Hur beskriver de examinerade lärarna relevansen i de olika momenten i lärarutbildningen vid GIH?-          Vilka utvecklingsmöjligheter upplever de examinerade lärarna att det finns för lärarutbildningen vid GIH?Metod Den metod vi använt oss av i studien är kvalitativ intervju. Vi har intervjuat sex yrkesverksamma lärare som examinerades från GIH åren 2005-2006. Urvalet var ett flerstegsurval som grundade sig i ett antal kriterier samt ett slumpmässigt urval. Intervjuerna har spelats in på diktafon och sedan transkriberats.
