Undersökningens syfte har varit att studera förskolepedagoger/lärares attityd till att förmedla information och utföra administrativa uppgifter digitalt med hjälp av moderna verktyg samt undersöka hur de kommunicerar med föräldrar idag. Studien är av kvantitativ art och har genomförts med hjälp av enkätundersökning. Enkätundersökningen gick ut till olika kommuner i Sverige för att få ett resultat som kan representera hela landet. För att påvisa hur lyckade informationskanaler kan se ut så genomfördes även två exempelfall. Resultatet visade att det fanns en mestadels positiv attityd till digital förmedling samtidigt som det diskuterades mycket om vikten av integritet och säkerhet..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att berika den befintliga teorin om verksamhetsstyrning inom offentlig sektor med fokusering på överensstämmelsen mellan mål och resurser i den offentliga hierarkin. Undersökningen är av en fallstudiekaraktär där forskningsprocessen bestått av ett antal personintervjuer. Dessutom har vi samlat in en del sekundär data som var nödvändig för att slutföra studien. Vi har valt att utgå från teorier som behandlarverksamhetsstyrning med tillhörande komponenter Empirin består av insamlat material från intervjuer som ägde rum på Malmö Stadskontor, två stadsförvaltningar samt två grundskolor i respektive stadsförvaltning inom Malmö Stad. Våra slutsatser påpekar att det finns klara avvikelser mellan mål och resurser inom de studerade enheterna.

A student at the Technical University in Jönköping was given an assignment from Falköping municipality. The assignment was to evaluate their IT systems 'users' awareness of information security and even present suggestions for IT-Users to improve their information security within Falköping municipality.Falköping municipality consists today of seven Administrations. The target groups for the study of the information security are a pilot group consisting of 30 IT Users and four different managers from various Administrations within Falköping Municipality.The purpose of this work is mainly to indicate an understanding of the importance of the information security knowledge among IT Users in Falkopings municipality, mainly those who use their smartphones and tablets for work-related activities.This work aims to answer the following questions:? How wide is the awareness of information security among municipality's IT users?? How can information security improve among the municipality's IT users?Theories that work consists of are mainly what information security is, how it is handled and the threats and risks that may create problems for the municipality, basically when IT Users use their smart phones and tablets.The Work Implementation started with sending surveys to a pilot group of IT- system users and the student even interviewed four general managers working in Falköpings municipality. Both the questionnaires results and interviews results are presented in diagram and text.The result from both surveys and interviews was very positive and it shows that the municipality investigated IT-Users are very aware and have knowledge about information security, when they use their smart phones and tablets.

In Sweden everyone has the possibility to report deficiencies in animal welfare they encounter. They report this to the county administration in their county and such a report is called a complaint case. Complaint cases are normally handled with animal welfare inspections, carried out by animal welfare inspectors from the county administration in the county where the animal keeper with reported deficiencies lives. The county Administrations in Sweden receive a lot of complaint cases that differ in grade of how severe the deficiency is. The complaint cases are given priority by how severe the deficiency seems to be.

The implementation of integration policy has in recent times been a major problem for the municipal Administrations in Swedish municipalities. The concept of integration is considered to be very diffuse, difficult to apply and implement the following decisions. To understand the concept of integration is the first step, followed by understanding its complexity in an organization.In this study, I focus on studying the implementation of integration policies for integration work with Kalmar Municipality as a case study. I am using Lundquist's implementation theory about understanding, able and willing. The survey consists primarily of interviews but also a certain document to get a perspective on how integration policy has gone into integration work with the hypothesis that it is the understanding that weaknesses of the officials in the implementation of integration policies.

 Abstract  Interest in Lean grows and spreads to the public from industrial and service sectors. Lean is currently used in administrative processes and it is called Administration but can administration be Lean? The aim of our study is to develop a useful model for a successful implementation of Lean Administration by using various scientific articles, books and information from the case study.The part of the purpose is to: ? Identify critical success factors that arise? Identify the challenges arising from the implementation of Lean Administration.We have studied a Division within Distribution at GE Healthcare in Uppsala. The model that we have developed provides challenges and success factors for a successful implementation.In order to succeed in implementation, a culture that promotes continuous improvement must exist in the organization. A key success factor is to understand Lean Administrations structure and principles.

The aim of this study has been to examine if an implementation of a One Stop Shop in the public sector and its IT-support can serve as a motor for business development. By examine the relation between the One Stop Shop and the public Administrations we have tried to answer this question. The municipality that we have examined underwent a big change, seven years ago, when they implemented a One Stop Shop including a IT-support called Flexite. But despite these seven years and the fact that Flexite has changed approach from a Case Management System to a Support System for Business Development the municipality have not adapted to this change. .

This thesis has been performed at consulting firm Sweco Position in Jönköping. The thesis is divided into two main sections: theoretical and practical. The theoretical section contains an investigation into the possibilities of implementing a geographical information system (GIS) for Administrations of wells with the integration of Bing Maps for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. The practical work comprises the development of a prototype for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.The students review the Model-View-ViewModel-pattern on a theoretical basis, compares the differences between Windows 8 Pro and Windows RT. The thesis also contains and investigation into the pros and cons of a web based application compared to a native one.The result of the thesis will be comprised of a GIS-service developed in C# in co-operation with XAML with the options of saving data locally and a WMS-based service layer for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8..

The aim of the study has been to explore certain aspects of implementation perspectives and to analyse the introduction of an environmental management system called ecoBUDGET in the Municipality of Växjö. A framework has been developed through thorough studying of earlier research in the field of policy implementation in public Administrations. The framework is made up of the steering relationship between politicians and public administrators, decision making and implementation and the ability, want and understanding of how and why decisions should/could be implemented. By using this framework in combination with interviews held with individuals that host valuable knowledge and experience of the system these questions were to be answered:-What factors in the implementation process of ecoBUDGET can be seen to have facilitated alternativly hindred the integration of the environmental management system within the municipalitys administration and companies?- In what direction has the integration of a sustainable devleopment thinking for the environment thru ecoBUDGET evolved within the organisation?The result came to be that sustainable development and the strive for this is more and more amalgamated in to the everyday work within the municipal organisation and that the environmental management system is likely to have played a part in this..

DIAMOND är ett dokumenthanteringssystem som har utvecklats av Sogeti och används för att generera och distribuera rapporter till fördefinierade destinationer. DIAMOND använder sig av en databas för att lagra referenser till de destinationer som rapporten skall hamna på och rapportmallar som rapporten skall generas utefter. För att konfigurera databasen har Sogeti ett gränssnitt men det anses som svåranvänt. Vårt uppdrag var att skapa ett nytt mer lättanvänt gränssnitt till databasen som används av DIAMOND. Under projektets gång kom det även fram önskemål att kunna se historik över de rapporter som genererats av DIAMOND.Vi har gått från att skapa två olika designförslag till att skapa prototyper baserade på dem.

Using neorealistc theory one part conlusion is the fact that the new Syrian leader, Bashar al-Hasad, in the early 21th century determined to set higher goals for the Syrian power ambition in the Middle East, threatened to destabilize the region and leave the US and its allies in a caotic situation.In the US, however, the new administration after 11/9 sharpened its tone towards states that did not cooperate in the new ?war on terrorism? or/and were likely to harbour terrorists. Syria was accused of doing both.

This report gives an overview of applications of the Greenroads rating system whichin turn is an environmental review system for roads. The focus of this report isapplications during the construction phase, ie on solutions which adhere to theentrepreneur's area of responsibility as opposed to the designer's. The study was undertaken in cooperation with Skanska (a global contractor andFortune 500 company) which provided a project suitable for an exemplatory study ofGreenroads. Please note that the project in particular was not specifically designedwith Greenroads in mind. Therefore and because of that the site provided anexcellent opportunity to study effects of application contra non-application. The approach of this study was to first review the system, thereafter to performinterviews with key personel at the site in different roles as to receive different viewsof selected points of application. Selected possibilities of application are cathegorizedand presented with comments and suggestions for adoption. Lastly Greenroads is briefly compared to the rating system which today is the mostwidely used by Skanska, LEED.

2013 a decision was made that all projects at the Swedish Transport Administration shoulduse BIM (Building Information Modeling) to some extent from 2015. BIM is an approachthat allows for streamlining of projects by the use of a 3D-model created in an early stage ofthe project. The 3D-model can carry information about the facility throughout its life cyclefrom planning to management. The use of a 3D-model can help the project to detect errors inearly stages of the project when it is easy and cheap to fix the error instead of finding theerror in the construction phase when it is costly and time consuming to fix it. 3D-models alsolead to improved communication both within the project groups and with the public.

Smoking is a health problem with a negative impact on virtually all body organs. Smoking can cause, for example, lung cancer, cancers in other organs and cardiovascular disease. There is also a social aspect of smoking. If individuals have many smokers in their environment, the risk to start smoking is increased, and for those who already smoke the chance of quitting will be less. Many municipalities today face smoke-free working to reduce smoking and passive smoking adverse effects.

The expansion didn´t lead to any discussions about how the local government should be controlled or organized. The local government should instead be organized and controlled as Administrations.
