This report describes the implementation of expense reporting in a mobile web application. Two different types of expenses could be reported: remuneration and time deviations. In Addition to the creation of new expenses, existing expenses should be able to be edited or deleted. The implementation would be designed in such a way that it prevents the user from making data entry errors in an intuitive way.  The bachelor?s thesis was performed for Flex Datasystem AB in their mobile web application, Flex WebApp. Due to delimitations made during the project only functionality for the expense-type remuneration was implemented..

Social media is a relatively new phenomenon that has had a huge impact in the way we communicate in recent years. Today it is used daily by almost everyone and has become a billion dollar industry where corporate existence is increasing by every day. But there is not entirely safe to work with social media since customers and visitors can make comments and investigate what others are writing about the brand and form their own opinion. The purpose of this study is to explain the potential advantages and disadvantages for organizations in vulnerable industries with a focus on insurance companies who works with Facebook. The paper takes its starting point in the convergence culture that explains a cultural shift where consumers are encouraged to search for new information and combine content from different media.

A budget consists of figures showing how much a particular activity has access to during a given year. With a balanced scorecard, these figures and guidelines can be converted in to more easily understandable non-financial instructions for the employees. One of the most significant differences between the budget and the scorecard is that the budget focuses on short-term results while the scorecard focuses on long-term visions and goals. With a long-term thinking the leaders can  set more long-term goals and also make more well-planned investments which increases the possibility for the organization to evolve and become better in the long term. By combining the two instruments a good balance between short and long term perspectives can be achieved, which creates a more effective steeringIn the 1990s, many of the municipalities introduced needs budget, one of them was Gothenburgs municipality.

This master project in landscape architecture is named Interactivation Design - places for social imagination and conversation in Lindängelund. There are two main purposes of this thesis the first being to bring forth a study of interactivity implemented in the subject of landscape architecture. The second purpose of this thesis is to present a proposal to design a confluent landscape weaving together the upcoming botanical garden of Lindängelund and the residential area of Almvik, both situated in southern Malmö, Sweden, and also weaves people and their experiences together. This project may be described as investigative and experimentative reaserch by design.The first part of this project, Interactivation, is consisting of a theoretical report which discusses different ways of approaching when, how and why we interact in public space. Literature studies in for example space, placemaking, social life, people, participation and Japanese emptiness concepts has been undertaken to gain knowledge in the aim to create interactive landscape design.The second part, Context and Design Proposal, introduces the project context area of Southern Fosie in Malmö which consists of different kinds of residential areas, people of different nationalities and a large building site for a botanical garden and recreational area.

This thesis is dealing with how students living in a student corridor experience the circumstances in their corridor. The aim is through interviews with students living in the corridors get a inside look at their situations. I want to examine how changed conditions of life, new meetings and new experiences will influence their personalities. How are the students living in the corridors affected by conflicts and how do they protect themselves from the influence of the rest of the group living there? In Addition to that I want to know what they think is important prioritises throughout their student time, like if there are anything important that a student should take time to do beside the studies.

The objective with this essay was to compare the modern epistolary novel Priority by danish author Iselin C. Hermann with the epistolary genre during its heyday in late seventeenth to early nineteenth century. I especially looked at gender: the similarities and differences between the female character in Priority and the female characters during the epistolary novels days of glory. I concluded that Priority has the same structure, characteristics as the heyday epistolary novel and that the female character does not have any typical similarities with its stereotypical female characters. In Addition I also came to the conclusion that she is reminiscent to their original model Héloïse and follows the epistolary novels heyday convention when she dies at the end of the novel..

The purpose of this project was to design an adjustable gutter bracket for Lindab Profil AB. Lindab currently manufacture a gutter bracket that is adjustable in angle, however, this model has some drawbacks.  One of it´s shortcomings is that it is somewhat difficult for the customer to mount.  Another problem with Lindab?s current model is that the design makes manufacturing unnecessarily complex. The new gutter bracket, that we have constructed, does not have these problems. It is adjustable for different roof pitches.

The purpose of this thesis was to look into how event management companies got knowledge about their customers? expectations and how they are influenced by these expectations. A case study was conducted based upon interviews with two employees from two companies that are in the business. The study has shown that event management companies do try to get awarness about their customers' expectations, especially by listening and discussing with the customer. Personal contact is an efficient way of communicating and a way to avoid misunderstandings, which is a common mistake when customers' expectations are not met.

In this paper we analyze a social network specifically designed for the elderly, people with Dementia and people with generally low computer experience. This is a relatively unexplored use for such software, and our goal is to find out whether the technique to be used is simple enough to use for the intended user group, and generally how the whole situation is experienced by the users. To achieve this we conducted an expert evaluation and interviewed a number of users at two separate occasions during their first weeks with Modernfamilies. We came to the conclusion that this software generally is simple enough to use for the intended target group. Some of the users we came in contact with experienced the software as a positive Addition to their daily lives, while some could not see any reason for a further use.

Denna undersökning vill ge en bild av hur det kan se ut i ett klassrum vad gäller användningen av språket på matematiklektionerna ? varför använder vi flera olika ord för samma sak? Den vill även väcka tankar hos lärare och blivande lärare i matematik för skolans tidigare år samt även förskolan, om hur användningen av språket i matematiken kan komma att påverka eleverna vid senare studier. För att se hur det kan se ut så har en klass på mellanstadiet och deras lärare observerats och intervjuats. Resultatet visar att eleverna själva väljer att använda andra ord än de läraren och läromedlen på mellanstadiet använder. Samtal har även förekommit med förskollärare och föräldrar för att se hur dessa matematiska ord presenteras för eleverna innan de börjar sin skolgång..

The aim of this essay is to problematize the role of living support in a group home and to examine staff reflections about the users' opportunities for and possibly limits to self determination and, in Addition to this, how they work towards supporting this right. The study is conducted through seven semi-structured qualitative interviews. The theoretical points of departure are theories of empowerment and paternalism. We have analysed the study results from the vantage point of these theories. The results are consistent with earlier research showing lack of guidance for supporters and also a lack of common approach towards users..

A titania-supported nickel catalyst was prepared and tested in methanation in order to evaluate its catalytic properties (activity, selectivity and specially, activity loss), and compare it with an alumina-supported nickel catalyst.The titania-supported catalyst did not only show higher stability than alumina, but also presented a different cause of deactivation, carbon formation. In Addition, a kinetic model was obtained for the titania-supported catalyst, and a study of the effect of different operating conditions (temperature, composition and partial pressures of synthesis gas and water) on the deactivation rate and carbon formation of this catalyst was performed.

A new system of public transportation that can simplify and shorten the trips made throughout the city, anddo that both cheap and environment-friendly. Sounds like good news. This new system, though, require anall new type of infrastructure, differing from what we are used to see in our cities. Podcar, or PRT, as thesystem is called can become a transport revolution, possibly. If that revolution does happen it is crucial that webeforehand have studied the possible effects it can cause on our city environment, from a spatial point of view.This thesis thoroughly describes the function and essence of the PRT system and presents what is availabletoday and in what forms.

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka undervisning och lärande av lärandeobjektet, bråk med olika nämnare, i årskurs 4, årskurs 6 och årskurs 9. Då specifikt jämförelsen av bråk med olika nämnare och Addition med hjälp av gemensam nämnare. Studien avser att söka vad som är kritiskt för att kunna lära sig detta. Vi genomförde en learning study som är en typ av aktionsforskning där studien genomförs i klassrumsmiljö och fokus ligger på vad eleverna ges möjlighet att lära sig. Vanligtvis genomförs en learning study i tre cykler där undervisningen gradvis förbättras mellan cyklerna. Vår första cykel genomfördes i årskurs fyra, den andra cykeln i årskurs sex och den sista och avslutande cykeln i årskurs nio.

BAKGRUND:Det finns en stor mängd litteratur kring problemlösning. Den litteratur vi tagit upp anser vivara den mest relevanta för vår undersökning. Vi har med tre artiklar som belyser detaktuella forskningsläget.SYFTE:Syftet med studien är att undersöka elevers sätt att lösa och tolka en problemformuleradmatematisk text i år 3.METOD:Eleverna i undersökningen har löst ett öppet matematiskt problem, därefter har vi genomfört17 barnintervjuer i år 3.RESULTAT:Utifrån vår analys fann vi tre strategier i elevernas lösningsmetoder. Vi har kallat dem försymbolstrategi, bildstrategi samt text- och sifferstrategi. Vi har också funnit att eleverna haranvänt olika räknemetoder i sina lösningar, dessa är Addition, multiplikation och i ett falldivision..
