Hemp is a versatile plant with many uses that has been around for thousands of years. The plant is highly Adaptable andwill cultivate in almost any soil. It has excellent remediation properties and has shown to be relatively consistent when itcomes to crop yields. The aim of this literature survey is to examine how hemp can be used to be considered asustainable energy crop in Sweden through database searches and interviews. Buoyancy and stability are important properties as the pontoonboat should also be able to serve as a workboat. Many of the vessels on the market today that is being used for similar purpose are stable enough, but their hull is often similar with barges and thus too slow. Project Safe Sleeping Position (SSP) contains all parts in a product development phase. The project comprises the whole cycle from idea to a complete product where all aspects are included. The scope is to develop an innovative solution for a common known problem and work with all parts within the man-machine-way. The result is an inflatable product which secures a child in the correct way for the seatbelt to work properly in the rearseat of a car. This report is an examination paper in computer science at University of Växjö. The report will focus on the possibility to create Adaptable systems and to cost calculate the work needed to modify a system to meet new demands. A project [demos] developed by Interactive Institute studio [12-21] in Växjö is the starting point in our work. The thesis examines how language, culture and family structures interrelate and affect the process of migration. Vital is how women from a different ethnic background integrates during migration and in a dialogue context with us as researchers and native Swedes. The thesis is interdisciplinary and analyzes empirical data through a qualitative method by using the perspectives gender, ethnicity and identity. The empirical material consists of 7 interviews, which have been transcribed and then broken down in to quotations. Thesequotations have then been analyzed using the perspectives mentioned above.

AimThe purpose was to make researches into and illustrate how the leadership looks like at sporting event, concerning human communication.The following issues have been treated: What is characteristic for leadership during a sporting event? What does communication look like within the managerial? What kind of problems appears or can appear on account of defective communication at sporting event.MethodThe method being used is qualitative, based on interviews with three group leaders and one project leaders, all working for a summertime sporting event. As a form of basis a search for existing literature and articles on this subject were accomplished. The selection was made after having consulted a person of proportionately high station, active at the invested sporting event.ResultsAs a result of the essay, I have brought out, that leadership is different from group leaders and project leaders. Their difference in assignment demands different leadership, and that explains the occasion.
