The purpose of this study was to examine the mediators' views on their work; mediation by reason of the breach. The starting point was to find out the mediator's approach and attitude in relation to the perpetrator and victim, and the prevailing regulatory framework. After review of the literature, we came to the realization that knowledge of this area was very limited and thus presents an unexplored topic. It emerged from the results that the mediators emphasize the importance of maintaining impartiality and neutrality in the process of mediation and that it is important to create a good relationship with both parties. The methods used by the mediators is not so different much about, but the mediators apply Crime Prevention Council handbook.

The purpose of the essay has been to clarify why and how small companies, whose major resource is knowledge, establish strategic alliances and which opportunities it brings. We have increased our understanding for the concept of strategic alliances through empirical search and through well-known scientist work. The method, which has been used in the essay, is principally qualitative interviews and gathering secondary data from articles from well-known authors. Our study has given that we have found that entering strategic alliances can make growth and by that way create competitive advantages for the company in question. We also found that there are risks with strategic alliances and the company can protect themselves by legal actions.

The aim for this study was to investigate, analyze and compare the way Sweden's main five news outlets portray and frame Swedish supporter culture surrounding football. In order to do so we formulated four research questions, all with the purpose to operationalize both the questions and the theories into data and results. The questions reads as follows: 1. Bitcoin is a digital currency that is used by people all around the world. The goal of this paper is to give an idea about how much trust there is in bitcoin among its users. This paper has used an online survey aimed at bitcoinusers and a content analysis to collect data about this trust.The conclusions show that there seems to be some trust in bitcoin as a technology and this is based on that the users have a good understanding about how bitcoin works. They also share their knowledge about bitcoin to people around them. The trust between people in the bitcoin network on the contrary doesn?t seem as high because certain technological properties hurt this trust.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att a) kartlägga vilka former av vänskap som i praktiken förekommer mellan revisorer och uppdragsgivare på mindre orter i Sverige samt b) skapa/utveckla en teoretisk modell för vilka former av vänskap som är acceptabla inom teori, praktik och lagens råmärken.Metod och teori: Författarna har för att uppnå studiens syfte använt sig av en kvalitativ metod där fem revisorer från tre mindre orter intervjuats om deras syn på bland annat vänskapshotet. Som teoretisk referensram har författarna använt sig av gällande lagstiftning och teorier inom området oberoende, samt en modell för vänskapsnivåer från tidskriftsartikeln Friendship networks through time: An actor-oriented dynamic statistical network model, Van De Bunt G.G. (1999).Sammanfattande slutsats: Relationen mellan revisor och kund på mindre orter har visat sig vara en mycket svårfrånkomlig problematik. Hotet ökar med långvariga uppdrag där en relation mellan revisor och kund ter sig ofrånkomlig. En strikt yrkesmässig relation med ett absolut oberoende mellan revisor och uppdragsgivare är en utopisk syn på verkligheten.

This thesis deals with the supranational organization of European trade unions. The European trade union movement is, via its umbrella organization the ETUC, an institutionalized social partner within the European Union. Quadrotor UAVs are self-stabilizing, autonomous flying machines that has recently become more popular than ever. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles have their roots in the military, where they were developed for use in reconnaissance and combat. During the last few years, advances in the fields of electronic sensors, electric motors and microcontrollers have enabled smaller designs and autonomic flight control even for private use. The quadrotor, which is the particular kind of UAV we are looking closer at in this paper, has 4 rotors in an X-like formation. This configuration has many advantages such as good lift capacity, non-complex mechanical structure and serviceability.In this project we aquired a current overview of the domain and determine whether it is possible to construct a quadrotor UAV designed for use in a WISENET sensor network on a low budget and short time schedule.Based on existing community project AeroQuad, a quadrotor is constructed with a budget of about 500 euro.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to seek understanding, describe and analyse how auditors practically reassure and maintain their independence towards clients.Methodology: The study is conducted with a qualitative method with a deductive approach. The study is based on interviews with both experienced and recently graduated auditors.Conclusion: Our empirical results show that there are economical incentives that contradict the requirements to fulfil the auditor?s independence. The conclusion is that the media view is narrow and biased. Furthermore the auditors agree that an acceptable level of comfort is achieved by offering a high value, being a part of a large network of professionals and the ability to set materiality and evaluate risks. .

Detta examensarbete handlar om hur datatrafik över en satellitlänk kan optimeras för att minska laddningstider och överförd datamängd. Syftet med studien är att undersöka i vilken omfattning datatrafik mellan fartyg och land via satellitlänk kan styras så att trafiken blir effektivare. Genom att använda DNS-mellanlagring, mellanlagring av webbsidor samt annonsblockering med pfSense som plattform har examensarbetet utfört experiment emot olika hemsidor och mätt laddningstid samt överförd datamängd. Resultatet visade att det fanns stora möjligheter att optimera nätverkstrafiken och de uppmätta resultaten visade på en minskning av datamängden med 94% och laddningstiderna med 67%..

AbstractIn this essay, policy change and learning is studied in the case of the Social Democratic Party and their policy concerning independent schools. Their policy differs clearly from the right-wing parties. Between 1991 and 1994, the right-wing government made substantial reforms concerning independent schools. The question posed in this essay is whether the policy of the Social Democratic Party has changed as a result of these actions, and if they have approached their right-wing counterparts.Using the Advocacy Coalition Framework, defining a policy as a result of the values the actor holds, the question is studied by applying the theory's assumptions of policy-learning across coalitions. The argumentation of the Social Democratic Party, as it is expressed in official text documents before and after the right-wing government, is analysed.
