The aim of this essay was to describe how school social workers can help and support students with parents who abuse alcohol or other drugs. We wanted to see how school social workers room for action is presented and how it affects their work with students living with parents who are abusing. We used a qualitative method to elucidate how school social workers handle this issue in a more profound way. By conducting semistructured interviews with six school social workers in one province in southern Sweden we gained exhaustive and detailed answers. In the analysis we used street level bureaucracy and theory of recognition.

Denna uppsats syftar till att göra en religionsvetenskaplig analys av filmen Thor från 2011.De grundläggande metoderna som använts i arbetet är en diskursanalysmetod som är influerad av Simon Lindgrens populärkulturella arbetsfält, och en komparativ studie av Joseph Campbells teoriom monomyten.Våra tolkningar och arbetet kommer fram till att Thor passar in i Campbells teori om monomyten.This essay aims to make a religious scientific based analysis of the movie Thor from 2011.The basic methods used in this work are a discourse analysis, influenced by Simon Lindgren?s popular culture field of expertise, and a comparative study of Joseph Campbell's theory of the monomyth.Our interpretations and this work concludes that Thor fits into Campbell's theory of the monomyth. The results imply that Campbell's theory proves to be applicable in modern times narration on film. The aim of this study was to examine how individuals with disability pension reason about a return to work. Action theory, as presented by Berglind, was used as theoretical approach. Qualitative interviews were conducted with five individuals who have disability pension due to mental illness. The respondents describe how they weigh benefits and disadvantages against each other. The main reason for a return to work is economical.

Fifty years after Selma´s death were her correspondence released and ten thousand of letters were found in the collection. The purpose of this master's thesis is to examine children's communication and interaction during story time at the public library. The aim is also to examine how to develop the story time ? in terms of participation and equality ? at a specific library.Action research was used as a research strategy and participant observation, log, tutoring and interviews as methods to collect data. Detta gjordes genom att skapa en kortfilm producerad med detta effektiva arbetssätt. In my essay I will study the injustice within science in movies, in this particular case: Archaeology. This essay will also examine whether there is reason to believe that there is aconnection between this unfairness and what's being displayed of the archaeologist in popular culture. In my case I have decided to focus on the movie industry because it's a dominant part of our daily life. I have chosen to explore two different groups of students studying an occupation. Hur förhåller sig läromedel riktade mot grundskolans år 6-9 till aktuell forskning och gällande styrdokument? Med fokus på hur filmiska uttryck får plats i svenskämnet försöker jag reda ut detta i denna produktionsuppsats.Arbetet bygger på en kartläggning i vilken det innehåll som förespråkar film som undervisningsmedium, i en läromedelsserie, har lyfts ut. Sedermera relateras detta resultat till vad såväl aktuell forskning på området som grundskolans styrdokument säger i frågan om filmens roll inom svenskämnet.Mycket fokus i läromedlen, såväl som i svenskämnets kursplan, ligger på att studera litteratur och det är i relation till detta delområde som filmen ges mest plats. Ofta talar man om filmen som det främsta, alternativa mediet i fråga om att tillgodogöra sig texter. Vad forskningen dock talar om i samma fråga är att man måste arbeta djupare, hitta bredare frågor och studera filmen som ett eget medium, inte studera boken genom filmen.Intressant är dock att man i läromedlen tydligt kan se hur man etablerar grundläggande filmiska kunskaper och ger en ytlig överblick kring studiesättet i årskurs 6.
