Bakgrund: Fingersmärta är ett centralt besvär hos personer aktiva inom klättersport.Det råder idag brist på studier som beskriver förekomsten av fingersmärta hosklättrare.Syfte: Beskriva och jämföra skillnad mellan en grupp klättrare med fingersmärta ochen grupp klättrare utan fingersmärta avseende olika individ- och klätterspecifikafaktorer.Metod: Studien är en enkätstudie med en icke-experimentell design av tvärsnittstyp.Populationen bestod av 472 deltagare som via ett icke slumpmässigtbekvämlighetsurval fått svara på en elektronisk eller manuellt insamlad enkät.Resultat: Ingen signifikant skillnad fanns mellan de två testade grupperna avseendekön, ålder, BMI och antal aktiva år inom klättring. En signifikant skillnad fannsmellan grupperna avseende svårighetsgrad inom klättring.Konklusion: Den enda faktorn som är signifikant vid jämförelse mellan klättrare medoch utan fingersmärta är avseende svårighetsgrad inom klättring. Övriga faktorer varicke signifikanta vilket inte stämmer överens med tidigare gjorda studier inom ämnet.Vidare studier kring faktorer som skulle kunna påverka fingersmärta hos klättrareefterfrågas..

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit, att undersöka vad några lärare anser om barns inlärning genom musiskt lärande. Jag har undersökt om det finns barn som inte skulle klara av det musiska lärandet. Genom litteraturläsning har jag lärt mig att människan hela tiden strävar efter helheter i sin vardag. Integrering av bland annat sinnen sker ständigt för att vi ska förstå oss på vår omvärld och kunna leva i den. Att arbeta integrerat i undervisningen skulle därför bli en naturlig del för eleverna.

Självskadebeteende hos tonåringar och unga vuxna har fått ökad uppmärksamhet de senaste decennierna. Beteendet kan fungera som ett sätt att hantera svåra känslor, men innebär också ett stort lidande. En fungerande vårdrelation är central för att få till stånd en fungerande vård av patienter med självskadebeteende. Men vården av denna patientgrupp rapporteras ofta som problematisk, då sjuksköterskan upplever frustration och patienten upplever vårdlidande. Fortfarande saknas mycket kunskap om självskadebeteende och effektiva behandlingsmetoder.

The form of my essay is that all human communication, can be seen as a practical knowledge, witch can be trained. I describe how I came in to a pedagogic activity, which is aimed to train people?s communicative ability in their working life and in school. This is made in the form of lectures, seminars and training program. In this essay, I even describe my personally background and what it was, that made me work with people outside the theatre.

This thesis is based upon the work done at Westinghouse electric company (WEC)inVästerås during the spring semester of 2015 and describes the development of a quickcoupler with associated blade changing tool. These are meant to be used togetherwith a sawing tool that the company uses for the dismantling of nuclear reactors,which is performed under water.The aim of the thesis was to develop a complete manufacturing documentation withdrawings and related CAD models which Westinghouse later can use to manufacturethe tool and the quick coupler. It was also included in the assignment to, if necessary,modify parts of the saw tool to adapt these to the intended blade changing tool.A number of visits to the company's workshop was made during the time to study thesaw that the thesis is based upon. The purpose of these visits was to get a better ideaof the dimensions, construction and the field of use of the saw. On three of thoseoccasions various engineers and consultants accompanied us to discuss possibleproblems with different ideas.This was interspersed with information in the form of literature studies on quickcouplers to create a clearer picture of the nature of the task.When enough information had been gathered a functional analysis was made to dividethe main problem into subthis phase the idea and concept generating process took place.The methods used for this was mainly brain writing and brainstorming.

This study will focus on how patients that suffer from self-injurious behaviours experience the relation between their self and body according to some professionals. The purpose is to enlighten why a person who has mental problems chooses to injure his or her body. We believe that the reason behind this is based on the early attachment between the parent and child. We also believe that a person only continues with this behaviour if he or she gains from it. The research questions this study raises are:· How does a person with self-injurious behaviour experience the relationship between their body and their self?· What is the effect of self-injurious behaviour on the body and what is the effect on the relationship between their body and their self.· How did the relationship between body and self evolve?This study is qualitative and is based on interviews from our respondents of whom all work or have worked with self-injurious behavioural patients.

Syftet med studie var att undersöka om intensiv knäträning i grupp kunde förbättra rörlighet, funktion och styrka i knäet efter artroplastikoperationen i jämförelse med sedvanlig rehabilitation. Interventionsgruppen tränade 2 gånger/vecka i cirka 14 veckor i jämförelse med kontrollgruppen som fick rutinmässig träning via primärvårdens sjukgymnaster. Interventionen utvärderas med Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) och smärtskattning (Visuell Analog Skala) och funktionstest med modifierad Functional Assessment System (m- FAS), före operation och fyra månader efter operation. Resultaten visade att det fanns ingen signifikant skillnad mellan grupperna efter interventionen beträffande någon utvärderings parametrar. Resultatet visade en liten tendens (inte signifikant) för bättre rörlighet i knäet, mindre smärta och bättre funktion i det dagliga livet och bättre livskvalitet för interventionsgruppen.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the quality notions used by the library personnel responsible for the video game department at Malmo City Library. Furthermore, the thesis aims to assess how these notions of quality relate to properties of the actual collection of video games. The empirical results are based on interviews with the responsible library personnel. The result is then analyzed by an interpretation of Carl Gustav Johannsen?s library adapted, theory-based, model of quality definitions.

Background and aims: The population of older people in our society is increasing. Agerelated changes in the skin results in a diminished perception of pain and pressure and a decreased microcirculation in the skin affects its ability to adapt to injury. Occurrence of pressure sore on geriatrikal clinics are 5-10%, witch means that between five and ten thousand patients gets daily treat for pressure sores. When the patient gets a pressure sore the need for help increases. A common apprehension is that if the patient?s affects with pressure sores it?s because of deficiency in care.

The overall purpose of this study is to make a survey of the extent as to which youths have witnessed acts of violence and or violence in close relationships, and which underlying factors, sex, class, and ethnicity ? characterize youths with such experiences. The study also aims to explore their attitudes and strategies and what the consequences are for youths of witnessing acts of violence, with respect to attachment to adults and other social networks. The primary data have been collected in two upper secondary schools. The study includes 101 students.

Individer som smittas av Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) och utvecklar Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) ställs inte bara inför en livshotande sjukdom utan drabbas dessutom av stigma som är relaterat till fruktan för HIV/AIDS. Stigmatisering är ett globalt problem som kan leda till diskriminering och försämrad livskvalitet för personen i såväl den privata som den offentliga sfären. Orsaken till stigmatiseringen är komplex och problematiken existentiell. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att jämföra påverkan på individen vid sjukdomen HIV i Europa respektive Afrika söder om Sahara. Resultaten i studien baseras på 17 vetenskapliga artiklar där fokus ligger på anledningar till att berätta om eller dölja sin HIV-status och vilka konsekvenser detta val kan få för individens liv.

These new standards came to be called as IAS/IFRS. The standards? are supposed to make sure that the differences between the different countries won?t be so split.

The aim of the thesis is to study young peoples, defined as boys and girls between 14 and 16 years old, attitudes to library in two municipalities. Notwithstanding the fact that young people, and children, often is given priority in library work, the reality often seems to be another. Attitudes are founded primarily in childhood and therefore it is of great importance to examine how young people regard libraries. Besides studying former research about young people and libraries that has been performed on library and information science, we also have been using concepts and theories from social science. We give a brief outline of youth research and its development and look at official records and legislation to see if and in what context young people are mentioned.

Slaughter of animals should consist of two steps in order to be considered humane. The first step of the slaughter process is stunning, with the purpose of inducing unconsciousness and insensibility in the animal. The second step is exsanguination, which causes bleeding and eventually death. What death really means in these situations has been discussed intensively, but still no agreed definition has been accepted. Nonetheless, it is conceded that animals are declared dead when consciousness is irreversibly lost, and absence of respiration and blood circulation are observed.

Commercial expropriation occurs when real property is compulsory acquired by a private operator. This phenomenon is relatively new and has been criticized not only because of the rules concerning compensation, but also from the point of view of permissibility.An intervention in the protection of property must fulfill the requirement of important public interest set out in RF 2 kap. 15 § in order for it to be allowed. There is no definition regarding what constitutes an important public interest, the only thing that exist is a non-exhaustive list in the preparatory work. This in turn has led to the creation of a broad discretion when it comes to determining what constitutes important public interests.
