Subjekt-Objekt intervjun: : Ett instrument att fånga hur en människa gör mening av sina upplevelser?
Subjekt-objekt intervjun (SOI) syftar till att bedöma en individs nivå av mental komplexitet. Studier gällande SOIs psykometriska egenskaper är fåtaliga och i huvudsak gjorda i USA. Föreliggande studie syftade till att undersöka indikationer på inter- och intrabedömarreliabilitet samt begreppsvaliditet i en svensk kontext. SOI utfördes på 11 universitetsstudenter mellan 20-33 år. Utöver enskilda bedömningar gjordes två gemensamma för att analysera intrabedömarreliabilitet.

Civil-militära relationer i komplexa fredsinsatser ? ett organisationsperspektiv
The response to many on-going or emerging conflicts since the beginning of the 21st century has been different forms of multinational complex peace operations. Civil-military relations are a commonly studied field that traditionally has its focus on nations. This study intends, in the context of organisations, to test the correlation between a civil-military approach and outcome in complex peace operations. A hypothesis has been deduced from researcher Robert Egnell?s theory on complex peace operations, that states that: UN peace operations with an integrated civil-military approach are more successful in achieving their goals than peace operations with a divided approach.
Röster om BBIC - Barnets Behov I Centrum
Denna C-uppsats är en kvalitativ studie om hur några utvalda socialsekreterare uppfattar och använder sig av utredningssystemet BBIC i arbetet med barnavårdsutredningar. Vi har framförallt undersökt om BBIC har tillfört en stärkt profession för socialsekreterarna och ett synliggörande av barnet i utredningarna. BBIC ? Barnets Behov I Centrum är resultatet av ett långsiktigt samarbete mellan socialstyrelsen, kommuner och forskare med syftet att utveckla socialtjänstens arbete med barnavårdsutredningar.Frågeställningarna som valts för uppsatsen är: Kan BBIC tillföra något som tidigare har saknats och hjälpa till att åtgärda de brister som visat sig finnas i barnavårdsutredningarna?Kan BBIC medverka till att socialsekreterarna uppfattar att professionaliseringen av social barnavård har ökat? Framträder barnet som ett aktivt subjekt med hjälp av BBIC?Undersökningen har genomförts i form av kvalitativa, individuella intervjuer med fem socialsekreterare som arbetar med barnavårdsutredningar samt med Kjerstin Bergman som arbetade som projektledare för BBIC på Socialstyrelsen.Undersökningens resultat visar att de utvalda socialsekreterarna uppfattar BBIC som en stor hjälp till att åtgärda de brister som de själva anser finnas i barnavårdsutredningarna och att BBIC bidrar till att göra barnet till ett aktivt subjekt i utredningsarbetet. Resultatet visar också att socialsekreterarna vi intervjuat efterfrågar mer kunskap när det gäller att skriva barnavårdsutredningar och att BBIC har hjälpt till att tillföra ny kunskap till detta område och på så sätt stärkt professionen för socialsekreterarna.

ABSTRACTWe have chosen to write an essay about competence because we think that it is an important and a current subject of interest, both to us as future team leaders, but also to all activities within the community. We have a background working with eldercare and we have noticed that there are continued changes going on. This made us want to study what team leaders and their staff think about competence and the development of competence. The purpose of this study is to analyse how team leaders work to develop competence with their personnel working in home care. We also want to analyse how the personnel experience their competence and their need for development of competence.

This paper illustrates the working conditions at the copper factory in Åtvidaberg during 1800-1890 from different views. The highest salary was given to the building contractor. Thereafter came in order the rust turners, the garmaker, the melter, the ore booker, the factory supervisor and the garmaker hand. Also the rest of the working conditions for different employees might differ from each other in this order. The mine workers generally earned a little less than the other workers at the factory, and especially the workers in the Bersbo mine.

The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate hospital librarians understanding of their professional role in working with children. Two different aspects of the professional role were focused on; professional knowledge and ethics. The following research questions were posed: - How do hospital librarians experience their professional role in working with children and young people? - What is regarded as professional knowledge content for hospital librarians in working with children and young people? - How do hospital librarians view ethical aspects in working with children and young people? The issues have been addressed through qualitative interviews with seven hospital librarians. We have used phenomenography which is both a set of theoretical assumptions and a methodology.

Changed conditions of today's working situations have resulted in an actualization of new ways and methods of working. This has contributed to a development of participating working processes in form of groups and teams. The purpose of these communal working processes is that they ought to result in an increased knowledge and understanding among the group members which in turns will generate positive results in the daily work. This drives the search for new knowledge and development possibilities to handle these changed working processes.

Grammar is one of the most problematic areas when it comes to teaching a language; to know if or when, and how grammar should be taught, are relevant questions to all language teachers. The aim of the study was to investigate teachers? attitudes towards teaching grammar, and how much, how and why they use the methods that they do. Therefore semi-structured interviews were undertaken with six 9th grade English teachers. The main results showed that all six teachers were positive to formal instruction, and they considered implicit knowledge of grammar superior to explicit knowledge.
Hur arbetar lärare med laborativ matematik? : En kvalitativ studie om hur fyra lärare arbetar främstmed avseende på laborativa inslag i undervisningen igrundskolan
The objective of this research is to unveil how respective teacher consider about the laboratory working methods in mathematics. The research even includes answers to questions such as, what approaches and attitudes the teachers have and the methods they use when instructing their students when teaching mathematics, what the materials used by the teachers are and how important working creatively is to help the students develop their logical thinking. I also looked into issues that can help understand how and why teachers use laboratory mathematics for students in young ages. As a conclusion the research showed that the teachers aim to the goal that includes helping the students understand mathematics, strengthen their logical thinking and creativity.In the method section qualitative data was used, which contained four interviews with different pedagogues that daily interact with students in elementary school. The reasons for using the method of qualitative data was to help me deeper understand and answer the specific questions I had to the pedagogues and to even compare how different pedagogues differ in their approaches and methods.

Our purpose was to investigate if Swedish University educated social workers, living as active Christians, in any way might be influenced by Christian values. The main questions; Can Christian values be a factor in the choice of career to become a social worker? How does a personal belief in Christ impact the relationship towards the clients? Is Christian belief a support in the work? In this paper we used a qualitative method and interviewed eight persons, with a background as above, four of them employed by a church organisation and the other four working in the social sector. The result we present is that the eight Christian social workers Christian belief influenced their work very individually. How much this supported them was a choice about how official and open they wanted Christian values to be.
