Inledning De senaste årens företagsskandaler utmynnade i Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning,vilken är formulerad enligt den självreglerande principen om attfölja eller förklara. Bolagskoden kom att år 2005 omfatta alla större noteradebolag. Utöver dessa bolag finns emellertid en rad andra bolag som påfrivillig basis valt att tillämpa bolagskoden.Kommande fas vad gäller implementeringen av bolagskoden handlar omatt den ska omfatta alla noterade bolag. En nyligen genomförd undersökningvisar att det råder stor osäkerhet bland mindre noterade bolag angåendetillämpningen av bolagskoden. Närmare hälften av bolagen befaradeatt anpassningen till bolagskoden kommer att bli kostsam.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur begreppen tillgänglighet och förebyggande i skollagen 2010:800 andra kapitlet 25 § beskrivs implementeras i grundskolekuratorers och en skolsocionoms arbete samt att granska budget på stats-, kommun- och förvaltningsnivå som berör skollagens fastställande av elevhälsa. Empirin utgjordes av enskilda intervjuer och olika officiella dokument. Intervjurespondenterna var fyra grundskolekuratorer och en skolsocionom. Dokumenten var i form av fem grundskolekuratorers arbetsbeskrivningar, deras procentuella tjänstgöring och elevantal på de skolor de arbetar samt budget på stats-, kommun- och förvaltningsnivå. Frågeställningarna var: Hur beskrivs lagens begrepp tillgänglighet och förebyggande av skolkuratorerna och skolsocionomen? Hur skildras fem grundskolekuratorers arbetsbeskrivning och hur skildras deras tjänster i procent i förhållande till det antal elever de ansvarar för? Hur beskrivs det i budget att stats-, kommun- och förvaltningsnivå har bidragit till implementeringen av lagen i elevhälsan? Vi använde oss av kvalitativ metod med kodning och komparativ analys.

Detta kandidatexamensarbete har gått ut på att undersöka och beskriva hur landskapsarkitektens designprocess kan se ut. Syftet har även varit att se vad landskapsarkitekten har för potential att använda jordsaneringsmetoden fytoremediering, som ett arbetsverktyg. För att ge läsaren en inblick i designprocessen, dess komplexitet och natur, har vi dokumenterat vårt arbete med uppstarten av ett pilotprojekt i Småland. Under kursens gång har vi arbetat fram ett gestaltningsförslag av ett förorenat området utanför ett gammalt glasbruk, i orten Boda Glasbruk. I gestaltningsarbetet har metoden fytoremediering varit projektets utgångspunkt.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra till klarhet av och förståelse för vilken eller vilka aktörer som påverkar FASB i deras beslutsprocess vid införandet av en ny eller vid förändringen av en befintlig redovisningsstandard. Metod: Denna uppsats är en dokumentstudie av deskriptiv karaktär. En deduktiv ansats har legat till grund för att uppnå uppsatsens syfte. Urvalstekniken är ett så kallat stratifierat slumpmässigt urval. Teori: I uppsatsens teorikapitel presenterar vi resultat från flera studier som behandlar olika aktörers inflytande över FASB.

The main purpose of this Master thesis is to investigate the journalists' attitude towards Internet as a news medium. The thesis also gives a general synopsis of the changing role of news media as enter the scene of Internet. The major part of this study consists of empirical studies though there is not much research-work made in this area. This case study is based on qualitative interviews of journalists. This method was the most suitable as the aim was to see tendencies and attitudes in a more individual light.

Sammanfattning Vi har i denna uppsats valt att studera hur företag arbetar med finansiering på den kinesiska marknaden. Vi har gjort detta genom att analysera dels hur etableringssättet påverkat företagens riskhantering samt hur den kinesiska politiken påverkat företagets finansiering. För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte har vi arbetat utefter en kvalitativ forskningsmetod och genomfört en fallstudie där vi intervjuat sex personer som innehar kunskap som är relevant för uppsatsen. Vi ger också rekommendationer om hur företag kan arbeta med att hantera finansiella risker på den kinesiska marknaden.Den teoretiska referensramen innefattar företagsfinansiering, etableringssätt och den politiska risken. Teorikapitlet behandlar dessa dels ur ett generellt perspektiv men också i relation till den företagsfinansiella kulturen i Kina.
