Syftet med industriellt byggande beskrivs som att uppnå en snabb och kostnadseffektiv byggprocess med få unika lösningar. Detta medför i längden en repetitiv process till låg kostnad. Industriellt byggande för flerbostadshus introduceras med miljonprogrammet 1965-1975 och beskrivs som avsevärt höjande för boendekvalitén i Sverige fast försummande för stimulerande gestaltning. En ytlig analys av miljonprogrammet och industriellt byggandes fördelar och nackdelar resulterar i insikten om standarders essentiella roll. Innebörden av detta avhandlas ytligt där kontentan fastslås som att arkitekten måste ha en djup insyn i ramarna för standardiseringen.

Detta examensarbete har inriktat sig mot webbutveckling och avsikten med rapporten var att undersöka hur några webbyråer uppfattar de programmeringsspråk, märkspråk och standarder som finns nu och som kommer utvecklas framöver, främst med avseende på webbutveckling. Jag ville även ta reda på vad webbyråerna anser om märkspråket XML och vad som kommer ske i framtiden inom området Internetutveckling, samt vilka fördelar och nackdelar webbyråerna anser att införandet av ny teknik/nya standarder har medfört.För att besvara denna problemställning intervjuade jag sju stycken webbyråer i Skövde. Resultatet blev sammanfattat detta:- De språk som används på webbsidor är främst HTML och olika script-språk.- Standardisering av märkspråk är viktigt för företagen.- Märkspråket XML kommer att användas först då det blivit en pålitlig standard.- Internet upplevs av företagen fortfarande som relativt outvecklat, men kommer enligt företagen att utvecklas och växa, bli mer interaktivt samt integreras med annan teknisk utrustning såsom TV-n.- De flesta problem som uppstår vid utvecklingen av ny teknik är främst mjukvaruproblem, exempelvis inkompatibilitet mellan olika webbläsare..

The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the dominating discourse in the preliminary work of the Sex Purchase Act. In order to achieve the aim of this study we selected preliminary work of the Sex Purchase Act that was produced between 1977 and 1999. The selection is based on the fact that prostitution began to be recognized as a social problem and a gender equality issue between men and women in society. The ongoing debate during the chosen years resulted in the Sex Purchase Act, which was passed in 1999. By using discourse analysis as a methodological and theoretical approach, we have empirically studied and theoretically analyzed the dominating discourse in the preliminary work of the Sex Purchase Act.

To reduce emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologieshave been developed. Chemical Looping Combustion (CLC) is a CO2 capture technologywith the CCS framework, and at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg,Sweden, a 100 kW chemical looping combustor has been built.This project aimed to investigate to what degree air can replace helium as the uidizinggas for uid dynamical studies in a CLC cold ow model of the above mentioned 100 kWfacility. Experiments were performed using air and helium separately as uidizing gas andpressure data were obtained, which formed the basis for the comparison. The project alsoaimed to investigate uid dynamics in the uidized bed and study when the risk of sluggingoccuring was greatest. The results were presented in the form of figures and tables dividedinto pressure, concentration and standard deviation of the pressure.The results obtained showed that air as uidizing gas did not create the same uid dynamicsas helium over the entire fuel reactor.

The purpose of this BA-thesis is to examine how many girls, boys, women and men who appear in children?s programmes in the years 1978, 1992 and 2007. We have also studied if they are described as typical gender role stereotypes and we have looked at the power conditions between girls and boys, women and men and children and adults. From the results we then examined the changes through out the years. We have made this possible by choosing two days each year when most children were watching the programmes.With the gender role theory we have brought up the important issue of the fact that men appear more frequently in media then women and by doing so the media preserve men as the standard gender.

Both serum creatinine and measuring GFR can be used to evaluate renal function in dogs suspected to have chronic kidney disease (CKD). Although high creatinine levels usually indicate renal disease, normal creatinine levels can be present in dogs with decreased renal filtration. Measuring GFR is generally believed to be the most accurate way of detecting decreased renal filtration and scintigraphy GFR using 99mTc-DTPA has been found to correlate well with the ?gold standard? inulin clearance method.When measuring GFR by scintigraphy, 99mTc-DTPA is injected intravenously and radioactive decay of technetium gives rise to gamma radiation, which is registered by a gamma camera. Pictures and curves of radioactivity in the kidneys are generated by means of a computer program.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to investigate to what extent LS ? a standard screening test for dyslexia ?is also relevant for the purpose of finding second language students with dyslexia. Starting with an overview of recent studies in the field, I have analyzed texts from parts of the chosen material. After a brief presentation of the test, I have presented it from a second language point of view. Furthermore, I have analyzed the way in which the test measures phonological awareness, lexical accessibility and correctness in language.

Trådlosa nätverk är av naturen sårbara for avlyssning för att kommunikationen sker med radiovagor. Därfor skyddas trådlosa nätverk med kryptering. WEP var den första krypteringsstandarden som användes av en bredare publik som senare visade sig innehålla flera sårbarheter. Följden blev att krypteringen kunde förbigås på ett par minuter. Därför utvecklades WPA som ett svar till sårbarheterna i WEP.

This report describes the design and implementation of a multi-master, packet based protocol for small and tiny microcontrollers where resources are limited. The protocol was named "Tiny Controller Network" or TCN for short. The protocol is meant mainly as a control bus for automation and sensor acquisition applications but due to its flexibility can also be used for other purposes as well. It borrows some of its functionality and design ideas from the well known CAN bus and Modbus but also has a number of major differences like the use of standard hardware and time synchronisation. One of the key aspects during the design was the use of very little system resources and common on-chip hardware peripherals like a UART.

The study shows the current need for security solutions concerning work with information in different areas.Investigations will show important solutions for printers? needs to meet the increasingly harder demands forfast and safe digital communications. Important factors to be analyzed in the investigations are: access todifferent types of information, workers authority of information, access to the data base register internallyand externally, production solutions for an effective fault detection and data base solutions fororders and distribution.Planned and unplanned stops result in a standard of value in interruptions. Internal data bases areprotected by so-called ?Fire Walls?, ?Watch Dogs? and Virtual Private Networks.

Denna rapport beskriver det examensarbete som genomförts av Johan Möller. Examensarbetets syfte var att utveckla en lösning för att flytta virtuella maskiner mellan olika datastores som finns i virtuella miljöer. Examensarbetet utfördes på Atea Sverige AB som hyr ut virtuella serverlösningar till sina kunder. Arbetet är utfört på 10 veckor, där den största delen av tiden har gått åt till att sätta upp en lämplig virtuell testmiljö som liknar Ateas riktiga produktionsmiljö.Av rapporten framgår hur jag har satt upp den virtuella testmiljön. Jag redovisar även utvecklingsarbetet som genomförts för att få mitt script för att flytta virtuella maskiner mellan olika datastores att fungera på det sätt jag ville, det vill säga utföra uppgiften på ett så enkelt och säkert sätt som möjligt.

Here is presented the result and discussion of a survey concerning the psychosocial environment in a school in the vicinity of Stockholm. The theoretical background of this study was the model of demand-control by Theorell, and various aspects of stress by Frankenhauser and Ödman. The survey was constituted of an inquiry form which was handed out to six different classes at the school. A total of 86 students filled in the form, and their answers were treated with standard statistical procedures to reveal the results. The inquiry form was made up by five parts; one that concerned the background of the respondent, one that reflected the psychosocial health and stress level and three parts that concerned discrimination, victimization and school democracy.

The Ericsson AXE-based systems are programmed using an internally developed language called Plex-C. Plex-C is normally compiled to execute on an Ericsson internal processor architecture. A transition to standard processors is currently in progress. This makes it interesting to examine if Plex-C can be compiled to execute on the JVM, which would make it processor independent. The purpose of the thesis is to examine if parts of the run-time environment of Plex-C can be translated to Java and if this can be done so that sufficient performance is obtained.

The objective of this thesis was to present a design proposal on a modular mechanicalstructure for a nanosatellite. The size of the structure should follow the CubeSatstandards. This standard divides satellites in units (U), where 1U is equivalent to acube where sides measure 100 mm. 2U corresponds to the same volume and size as2 assembled 1U structures, and so on. The focus was to develop a structure in theorder of 3U and 6U.At the integration in the satellite launch rocket, there are a couple of differentinterfaces, where the structure is adapted to common ones; P-POD and CSD.

During 2001-2002 a prototype, IMIS (Integrated Mobile Information System) was developed at BTH (Blekinge University of Technology) to demonstrate how mobile IT-systems can be used in healthcare. The prototype was based on the activity theory of Engeström. An ongoing project started in spring 2003. The purpose of the project is further development of IMIS with special focus in the diabetes healthcare. Participants in the project are scientists and students at BTH, ALMI Företagspartner, Blekinge FoU-enhet, Barndiabetesförbundet Blekinge, Blekinge Diabetesförening, Vårdcentralen Ronneby and Vårdcentralen Sölvesborg.
