Inhyrning av maskintjänster : ett alternativ till att använda egna maskiner vid vallskörd?

The economic conditions for Swedish dairy farmers are constantly changing. The numbers of producers are declining and the economic conditions for dairy production are weakening debilitating. To improve the economic situation for a farm a hired contractor is a possible solution since previous studies show that machinery cooperation may be beneficial for the farmers. The aim of this study is to examine the possibility for farmers to cut costs by hiring a contractor for harvesting silage. A comparison between using own machinery and hire a contractor is the starting point of this study. Another aim is to discuss the farmer?s decision process when achieving today?s situation and to determinate what factors affect their decisions. The study is based on cases selected from four farms that today have chosen not to or only to some extent, hire a contractor for harvesting silage.

Denna uppsats handlar om hur enskilda, mindre butiker inom klädbranschen arbetar med konkurrensmedelsmixen sexhörningen för att konkurrera på marknaden. I inledningen får läsaren en inblick i vad uppsatsen kommer att handla om och vi vill här förmedla hur just en konkurrensmedelsmixmodell kan påverka enskilda butikers marknadsföringsåtgärder. Bakgrunden till denna uppsats är den starka konkurrens som finns inom klädbranschen i dagsläget och vi vill studera enskilda klädbutiker som till skillnad från butiker som tillhör integrerade kedjor har en större påverkan på sina marknadsföringsåtgärder.Frågeställningen som ska belysas är hur de enskilda klädbutikerna idag använder sig av olika konkurrensmedel och hur de kan använda sig av dessa för att effektivisera sin marknadsföring. Vi har därmed utformat en problemformulering som lyder: Hur utnyttjar de enskilda butikerna konkurrensmedelsmixmodellen sexhörningen för att skaffa konkurrensfördelar på marknaden och vilken del ska de lämpligen arbeta mer med?Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur de enskilda klädbutikerna arbetar med konkurrensmedlen i sin dagliga verksamhet och de teorier vi tar hjälp av för att kunna uppfylla syftet är affärsidé, kundsegment/målgrupper, butiksmarknadsföring, konkurrensmedelsmixmodellen, modell för butikens konkurrensmedelsmix ? sexhörningen (Läge, pris, sortiment, kommunikation, människor och service) och positionering.

The purpose of this essay is to explore how educators are supposed to prioritize their work at the preschool so that all children are listened to and the conditions necessary for kids to dare to express their feelings and thoughts are in place. How is the relationship important for the child's learning? How do I become a committed educator who knows how to interpret and prioritize my work so it benefits children's learning? In the light of the substantial growth of assets in institutional funds, an important question for international finance is the degree to which institutional investors have diversified their portfolios internationally. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the international diversification of portfolio investments of institutional investors in Japan, the US and the UK and deepen into international diversification in portfolios of Japanese institutional investors. Demarcations: Institutional investors can use their power directly in companies or indirectly through capital markets.

Relationen mellan ledare och medarbetare i en decentraliserad organisation. : Hur tar den sig uttryck i en LSS-enhet

We have completed our investigation on a LSS organization located in Västra Götalandsregionen. This organization has four leaders who has responsibility for multiple devices but do not have any physical contact daily. We have seen that organizations constantly living in some kind of change, which means that organizations are becoming more decentralized. This decentralization affects leaders' way of working in the organization, because the employees are geographically dispersed in the municipality. Our survey shows that the physical meetings between managers and employees are an important factor in creating a motivated team.

ORGANISATIONER I FÖRÄNDRING -EN JÄMFÖRELSE AV SOCIALT ARBETE MELLAN EN OFFENTLIG OCH EN PRIVAT VERKSAMHET

ABSTRACT This study consists of a comparison between a public and a private organization that works with people with mental unhealth. The first organization is an authority that conducts investigations to determine if their clients are qualified to receive some sort of help in their daily lives as a part of the Swedish welfare system. The private organization works with offering different kinds of daily activities for people with mental unhealth as a work-training program or to help them create a daily routine in their lives. Our purpose with this paper is to compare the work of the two different organizations based on their organizational framework to see what similarities and differences there are in their work and their chosen approach in meetings with their clients. Our chosen method is that of semi-structured qualitative interviews with three different employees in each organization.

This study is about a social workers? knowledge of shame. Shame in this context is the embarrassment and humiliation that many people feel when they have to apply for financial assistance which equates to approximately half a million people each year in Sweden. The aim of this study is to understand if and how social workers in this field become acquainted with shame, and how it is exposed and then handled by the social workers in the meeting and work with clients. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we also to some extent, need to study knowledge and how social workers obtain knowledge in social work.

"Tidningar är som tveeggade svärd" : En jämförelse hur den indiska tidningen The Hindu skrev om ämnet hiv/aids och hiv-positiva personer under 16 dagar år 2005 och 16 dagar år 2007.

We wanted to know how the subject HIV/AIDS was handled in the Indian newspaper The Hindu, which is written in English, during a period of 16 days (30 October-14 November) in 2005 compared to the corresponding period during 2007. Because we liked to study what kind of differences there were in the reporting between these two years. In addition we also wanted to learn how people living with HIV and AIDS are represented in pictures and text. To find out this was the purpose with this investigation.The study is made from the theory of stigma, semiotics and from a professional model of the normative theory. The articles about HIV/AIDS were quantitatively analyzed with help of a schedule of codes and we performed a qualitative analysis on several articles, four from 2005 and four from 2007.

Användning av CAD-data vid NC-programmering

The degree project is performed at Metso Kamfab. The production is aimed on machines everything from handling of fiber to paper pulp. Metso Fiber and Kamfab are using Pro/Engineer for design and blueprint production. The processing department types the NC-programs in notepad on the basis of the blueprints, the CAD-dates that already is there are not used. The aim with the work is to study if Kamfab can use CAM-system for processing and production of programs for their NC-machines.

This is a study with a qualitative approach and a social psychological perspective. Our purpose is to describe and analyze authority officials descriptions of individuals with a social disability and their perception of how the interaction in the encounter with its implementation. We are interested in how they experience their power as authority representatives. The following issues are highlighted.? How do people in authority describe individuals with a social disability?? What is the authority officials view on the interaction in meetings with individuals with a social disability?? How do authority officials experiencing his or her position of power in relation to the meeting?Our results are based on semi-structured interviews with five persons in authority, which is active in Insurance and Employment Service in Örebro County.
