Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att analysera hur ett framtida specifikt skydd för visselblåsare bör se ut i svensk lag. Norsk rätt till skydd för visselblåsare och Europarådets krav på sådan lagstiftning analyseras och jämförs för att kunna besvara syftet. Svensk rätt ger idag ett visst skydd för visselblåsare, dock erhåller alla inte samma skydd eftersom yttrandefriheten enbart gäller mot det allmänna. Det partiella skydd som finns är svåröverskådligt eftersom regleringen finns inom flera olika rättskällor.I norsk rätt har alla rätt till yttrandefrihet i anställningsförhållandet. Anställda har också rätt att varsla om kritikvärdiga förhållanden när det sker på ett försvarligt sätt, då råder ett repressalieförbud.

I den här studien intervjuas 13 diakoner i Svenska kyrkan om profetisk diakoni och vadde behöver för att utföra den. Syftet med studien är att undersöka diakoners syn påprofetisk diakoni och dess dilemman, kostnader och utmaningar. Slutsatsen är att diakonerna är mycket positivt inställda till profetisk diakoni, men de harsällan tid att ägna sig åt den ? kyrkans struktur och ledarskap komplicerar arbetet. Dessutom upplever diakonerna att deras vigningslöften om att arbeta profetiskt kan varamycket tunga att bära och svåra att leva efter, vilket kan utlösa moralisk stress.

The question formulation for this work has been "is an ice-hockey audience influenced by music during time-outs in a game?". The method was to observe one period with Färjestads BK and Mora IK, but a recording was also made, together with a conversation with the arena DJ. From the recording, the audience reactions were graded from a given scale. The grades were compilated to a diagram that shows the audience reactions in relation to the time, from the first face-off to the final whistle.

An employee that informs on illegal or unethical behavior in the workplace is what has been called a whistleblower. Employees that have become whistleblowers have often faced tragic consequences, like threats from the organization, unemployment, bankruptcy and divorce. The purpose of this paper is, on the basis of different ethical perspectives to describe the justification of the whistleblowing phenomenon and apply this to the Swedish whistleblower Ingvar Bratt who ?blew the whistle? when he found out that Bofors AB, the company he worked for, were smuggling arms to the countries Dubai and Bahrein. The method that has been used in this paper is what Björn Badersten call a normative ?givet att?- analysis.

This paper investigates the grammatical construction intransitive motionconstruction with GOAL as it is used in Swedish (Swe. intransitivrörelsekonstruktion med MÅL).I examine in which ways the construction is productive, i.e. thepossibility to use the construction with new verbs as well as withordinary motion verbs with new functions. The notion of productivity isbased on the construction?s type frequency and semantic openness(Goldberg 1995, 2006; Barðdal 2008; Bybee 2010).

Syftet med uppsatsen är att komma fram till lösningar som kan motverka och förebygga att förskingringsbrott begås inom företag. Vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie med en induktiv ansats. Vi har studerat rättsfall från Högsta domstolen, Hovrätterna samt Stockholms Tingsrätt vilka sedan fungerat som underlag till intervjufrågor. Svaren från intervjuerna har vi sedan analyserat för att utröna vilka åtgärder företag kan ta till i sitt brottsförebyggande arbete. För att förhindra att förskingringsbrott ska kunna begås är det viktigt att minska brottstillfällena.

During the past 30 years the fuels for energy production in heating and power plants have changed. Fossil fuels have decreased in usage whereas bio fuels in Sweden have increased with 60% since the 1970's. Different fuels affects combustion and the release of various substances and particles into the flue gas. This is caused by the diverse components and chemical structures of fossil fuels and bio fuels. When the flue gas leave the combustion chamber and enters the path to the chimney particles in the gas are being transported out of the combustion chamber.
