The theme of my exam project, the practical work and the essay will be the phenomena of dreams. The dreams you have when you are asleep, the dreaming state of mind, places where your mind takes you, when you no longer decide what to think of. It is a fascination about what our mind creates itself. This essay brings up the theme out from seeing the dreams and the Unconsciousness as a source of inspiration, both in personal development and from an artistic point of view. How has the world of dreams bin used as inspiration in the art? .

In this essay I analyse three of my own texts included in an unpublished collection entitled till Narcissus' minne. Genres are discussed and a detailed study of how the writing process has progressed is done. The essay does not follow any specific literary or scholarly method of analysis, but to some extent the sphere of interpretation is explored. By associative interpretation the special logic of dreaming, the activity of the Unconsciousness and the expansive accessibility of the memories, which characterize the texts, is traced. These structural features open a link to the way of psychoanalytical interpretation, but the essay does not strive for a complete account.

Background   The patient's rights to self-determine their own health care is described in Swedish legislation and guidelines. However, due to infancy, Unconsciousness, severe brain damage or certain diseases, some patients might be unable to make such decisions. Ethically difficult situations do occur, not infrequently associated with culture. Since the patient is vulnerable, there is a risk that the patient in the treatment and care can not be bothered to maintain right to autonomy and that the nurse violates patient integrity.Aim                 The aim of this study was to illustrate the nurse's dilemma when the patient refuses vital caring efforts.Method           A literature review of eight scientific articles with a qualitative approach was performed.Results           The results revealed the following domains to describe the nurse's dilemma when the patient refuses vital care interventions: patients? reasons for treatment refusal, the nurse's understanding of the patient's refusal of care and contradictory legislationConclusion     More knowledge and discussion of the patient's decision-making competence is needed for both the nursing profession and those who make decisions on legislation..

This work investigates how educationalists on a multi-cultural school work with language development of bilingually children. The children in both investigated classes have a different mother tongue which means that they have Swedish as a second language, they are bilingually. It?s relevant for me to know if there is any consideration taken for these bilingually children. If yes, then in what way? The method which is used is a two weeks observation of two classes in the third grade, complemented with semi- structured interviews with the two class teachers.

Slaughter of animals should consist of two steps in order to be considered humane. The first step of the slaughter process is stunning, with the purpose of inducing Unconsciousness and insensibility in the animal. The second step is exsanguination, which causes bleeding and eventually death. What death really means in these situations has been discussed intensively, but still no agreed definition has been accepted. Nonetheless, it is conceded that animals are declared dead when consciousness is irreversibly lost, and absence of respiration and blood circulation are observed.

Avsikten med denna studie var att undersöka vilka spår av teknikundervisning somfanns i grundskolans år ett till tre. Våra upplevelser var att lokala arbetsplaner ochmedvetet arbete inom teknikämnet saknades i år ett till tre, vilket vi ansåg försvåraelevernas chanser att uppnå målen för teknikämnet i slutet av år fem. Trots upplevelsenav att teknikämnet försummas, har vi ändå sett att lärare undervisar i teknik i år ett tilltre, dock omedvetet. Syftet blev därmed att studera teknikämnets förekomst och karaktärmer systematiskt och genom observation och analys kritiskt granska hur teknikämnetkom till uttryck i den vanliga undervisningen. Detta analyserades utifrån en kvalitativmetod med deltagande observationer och berättande observationsanteckningar sominsamlingsdata.
