Syftet med denna undersökning är att mäta och identifiera eventuella förändringar över tid, vad gäller arbetsmiljön och måluppfyllelsen, under implementeringen av Quadriceps-pedagogiken på Ekhammarskolan. Arbetsmiljö definieras i denna studie som mål vilka Quadricepspedagogiken vill uppnå. Med måluppfyllelse menas niornas meritvärden och andelen elever som når alla målen i nian.Studiens metod utgår från en kvantitativ longitudinell utvecklingsstudie genomförd som en survey-undersökning där resultaten tolkas med en ansats som lutar åt skoleffektivitetsforskning. Resultatet kvantifieras till ett antal positiva och negativa förändringar över tid. Mätningen av arbetsmiljön gjordes utifrån frågeställningar där man vill uppnå det arbetssätt som Quadricepspedagogiken förespråkar.
