This report describes a study of two different methods to achive the best possible result in Setting out apartment details. These two methods are the Setting out of details with a measuring tape from baselines and the Setting out procedure with an instrument (totalstation).Through our knowledge in surveying and mapping technology and help from a carpenter, this investigation has been implemented. The Setting out using a tape has been performed by letting the carpenter to set out windows, bathroom and water- and drain-details from baselines and drawing. The Setting out using a surveying instrument was carried out by means of a Trimble Total Station. These two methods have been compared in order to detect and show the difference that occurs.The report shows the investigation background story from the practice of Swedish Mätcenter in Karlstad.A result of differences in accuracy and time is described in the report, as well as their theoretical consequences.

The purpose of the present investigation was to identify how knowledge about goal-Setting is developed and applied in practice of male players in the Swedish national floorball team, by using a qualitative methodology. Participants were 6 players playing for the Swedish national team. They were asked to respond to the interview questions in relation to their perception of Setting goals for a successful outcome in sports, how their goal- Setting process has developed and how they deal with goal setbacks and goal attainment. Results revealed that Swedish national players in floorball employed goal Setting often for both individual and team goals in practice and competition. In addition, many interesting findings regarding the process of goal Setting emerged in the result.

This paper aims to find out how media in different countries in the same part of a continent portray the latest development in the Korean conflict. To achieve this, the articles published by two newspapers, The Japan Times and The Korea Times, in the last five months have been analysed. The theory used to analyse the published articles is the agenda Setting theory. Mitt syfte med uppsatsen är att studera hur ett blogginlägg på en blogg vid namn Klamydiabrevet, som uppmärksammades i samband med valet 2010, påverkade dagordningen i de traditionella medierna. Mina frågeställningar rör hur blogginlägget påverkade de traditionella mediernas agenda, hur och varför den uppmärksammades samt hur denna uppmärksamhet kan tolkas utifrån dagordningsteorin samt om det går att utläsa hur giltig är denna teori är idag? Jag har genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med representanter från olika medier samt med en mediestrateg som är insatt i sociala medier. Jag har haft min teoretiska utgångspunkt i ?agenda Setting?-teorin och ?gatekeeping?-teorin samt i en utveckling av den senare som kallas ?gatewatching?.

The aim of this thesis is to get an idea of how service companies set their prices. The method used was a case study approach, which was conducted at three real estate companies. The study showed that when Setting their prices, the main aspect is their own costs. However, we have found that several other aspects play a big role when Setting prices on services in real estate business such as individual customer behaviour and market competition. This essay deals with the results and observations made during excavations in an iron age cemetery in Alsike hage, located in Alsike parish. This study intends to examine the impact of a well known debate page in one of Sweden?s biggest newspapers, Dagens Nyheter. We have done this by analysing Ekot, Aktuellt, Göteborgs Posten and Västerbottens-Kuriren to see to what extent they ?take? news from the debate page.The method used was content analysis and to describe some of our thoughts about how we placed the hits in different categories we chose eight of our hits to exemplify.The material from the newspapers, radio and television was examined to discover the potential impact from the debate page.To carry out this study we have mainly used theories about how media get influenced by each other?s news and how they do follow-ups and refer to the original media. Other theories of importance for our study are for example those about what kinds of events that become news and how media influences people?s thoughts about what?s important.One of the most important conclusions we were able to draw after carrying out our study was that the debate page in Dagens Nyheter has quite a small impact on what our chosen media reported on.

In my study, I aim to examine how the printed Swedish media depicts Jews and Judaism.How the agenda is for the depiction of Jews and Judaism and how it can be related todidactic challenges within the school subject religion. The study is based on 194 articlesfrom the Swedish newspapers, Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet, in July and August 2014. I use a qualitative and a quantitative text analysis where I put articles in different categories. The study?s theoretical framework is The Agenda-Setting Theory and my study leans against Bachner (2006), von Brömssen (2012) and Revell's (2010) thoughts on the media having great influence over our image of religion and religious groups.My study shows, among other things, that Jews and Judaism are mainly mentioned in the media in relation to the conflict in Israel and Palestine, World War II or anti-Semitism.

Abstract Back ground: Home based care is a meaningful activity giving patients and their families a chance to live their lives as close to normal as possible. Advanced palliative care is today provided at home, although geography does play a role in shaping that care. A rural Setting can mean that conditions for such care differ from those in urban areas.Purpose: To describe the experiences of district nurses in palliative home care Settings in a rural community.Method: Semi structured interviews with seven district nurses. The interviews were recorded digitally and transcribed in a precise fashion. A method of qualitative analysis of the contents, inspired by Burnard, was used to analyze the material.Results: Palliative care places high demands on the competency and experience of district nurses.

A controversial party?s entry into parliament - a review of Expressen?s depiction of the Sweden Democrats (Sverigedemokraterna)The purpose of this essay was to study how Expressen presents the Sweden Democrats, as well as reasoning about the effects this depiction could have on the citizens? opinion. Using a quantitative method I studied 122 articles, and through a qualitative method four of these could be further analyzed to reach a deeper result. The theoretical perspective that was applied in this study was primary agenda-Setting and framing theory, to illuminate the power of media. The result showed that a prominent theme was to present Sweden Democrats as racists.
