SyfteSyftet med studien är att skapa förståelse för hur Revisionsteamet arbetar för att skapa comfort. MetodEtt hermeneutistiskt angreppssätt och en abduktiv  ansats, med en kvalitativ metod,  har använts för att nå fram till resultat för analysen. EmpiriDet empiriska materialet är baserat på intervjuer med sju stycken medlemmar som ingår i Revisionsteam. ResultatAnalysen   visade   att   många   olika   aspekter påverkar arbetet för att uppnå comfort. Ett tydligt och strukturerat arbete samt att ledaren är en nyckelperson under processen var det som främst påverkade Revisionsteamets arbete för att skapa comfort..
