During the past 10 years Sweden has updated its penal code for sexual crimes twice. Despite this few are convicted for the crime of rape in Sweden. As the majority of perpetrators being male, this is a problem concerning women?s rights to respect for their bodies and personal integrity. A possible explanation, and this study?s point of departure is a potential discrepancy between the intention of the law and the interpretation of the same as the Swedish legal system rests on a foundation of legal Positivism.

The purpose of this thesis was to trace and discuss tendencies in the debate of the computerization of the libraries, in Swedish library press during the period of 1970-1999. The set-out was the issue of how the library journals, as representatives and mouthpieces of a by tradition humanistic profession, coped with a revolutionary innovation related to a field (data technology) which they hadn't any knowledge or even interest in. The examination included three Swedish library journals: Biblioteksbladet with connection to Sweden?s most established library organization (SAB); Bis which is founded upon a socialistic base and; DIK-forum rooted in the union. The analysis of the debate was partly based on three different sets of values related to data and systems development.

In this thesis two factors that hurt a warehouse?s efficiency are introduced; inventory inaccuracies and lead-time variations.This thesis has been dedicated to analyze how inventory inaccuracies and lead-time variations arise and how to eliminate them.To be able to solve this question we have used a qualitative research method.

Dessutom är det lättare att nå ut till sin målgrupp då annonserna är riktade.Syfte Ambitionen med denna studie är att ta reda på om facebook verkligen är rätt forum för alla sorts varumärken. Huvudsyftet för denna uppsats lyder:  Hur ser unga facebookanvändare på företag som annonserar på facebook?TeoriUndersökningen tar sin grund i logisk Positivism. Jag stödjer även uppsatsen på grundläggande marknadsföringsteorier, övervakningsteorier och teorier om hur man bygger upp ett trovärdigt varumärke.MetodResultatet av studien baseras på en surveyundersökning med frågor som berör ämnet undersökningen fick totalt 88 respondenter.ResultatUr undersökningen kom det fram att en del branscher, så som sjukvård inte ansågs höra hemma på facebook.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to investigate how Paul Feyerabend?s anarchistic theory of knowledge can help our understanding of bibliographical classification and to analyse how epistemological assumptions are manifested in bibliographic classification. Paul Feyerabend?s anarchistic theory of knowledge and science is the theoretical approach of this thesis. The first part of the thesis consists of an introduction to bibliographical classification and epistemology.

Jag har i denna analys granskat den nuvarande kursplanen för religionskunskap på A- och B-nivå för gymnasieskolan tillhörande Lpf94 samt remissen på ämnesplan för religionskunskap kurs 1 och 2 som är en del i Gy2011. Granskningen är gjord utifrån vilken kunskapssyns som kan skönjas i de båda styrdokumenten. Den teoretiska ram jag valt att utgå ifrån är kunskapssynen inom den positivistiska och den hermeneutiska kunskapstraditionen. Dessa två perspektiv är valda för att de enligt tradition utifrån vad som karaktäriserar dem har ställts som varandras motsatser.Resultaten av studien visar bland annat att en positivistisk kunskapssyn är dominerande både i den dagsaktuella kursplanen och också den som komma skall. I dagens kursplan finns ett hermeneutiskt inslag i dels de övergripande utgångspunkterna som beskrivs i ämnets karaktär och uppbyggnad men också i flera mål som med undervisningen ska eftersträvas.

Syfte: Analysera och diskutera huruvida teori om kritiska framgångsfaktorer vid implementering av affärssystem för fysiska företag beaktas i e-handelsföretag. Identifiera framgångsfaktorer för implementeringen av affärssystem i e-handelsföretag.Forskningsfråga: Beaktas samma kritiska framgångsfaktorer vid implementering av ett affärssystem i stora fysiska företag som små e-handelsföretag?Metod: En kvalitativ metod antogs vilket innebar att en fallstudie genomförts som omfattat två respondenter. En vetenskaplig förhållningssätt som var influerad av Positivism men framförallt hermeneutisk. Slutligen har studien en deduktiv karaktär.Teori: Inledningsvis redogörs för vad affärssystem är och vad som skiljer i e-handelsföretag följt av en möjlig process för en implementering.

Kalla krigets slut innebar helt förändrade säkerhetspolitiska förutsättningar för de flesta stater. Då var världen uppdelad i två tydliga block med två styrande supermakter i ständig dragkamp medan vi idag har en annan verklighet med många olika allianser och asymmetriska hot av olika slag. Denna säkerhetspoltiska omdaning har också påverkat det vetenskapliga studiet av internationella relationer och framförallt under 90-talet deklarerade flera forskare det liberala perspektivets seger över realismen. Denna uppsats är en fallstudie som tittar närmare på Europeiska unionens första marina insats, EUNAVFOR - Operation Atalanta och särskilt på Sveriges deltagande i den samma. Syftet är att söka efter de motiv som läggs fram för insatsen i såväl FNs resolutioner som EUs och Sveriges riksdags beslut för att sedan analysera dessa utifrån de två grundläggande vetenskapliga perspektiven inom internationella relationer. Studien visar att sanningen ligger någonstans mitt emellan dessa två motsatta perspektiv. Båda förhållningsätten innebär ett antal antaganden och förenklingar vilka leder till blinda fläckar i studien och först när man ställer dem emot varandra framkommer helheten. Sveriges deltagande i operation Atalanta kan alltså förklaras av både strikt nationella motiv och av ett delat ansvar inom världssamfundet..

Since the 1980s, the management philosophy New Public Management has resulted in major changes in the public administration system in several countries, especially in the West. A market oriented approach and an increased focus on performance measurement are ideals that are salient in these changes. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the management philosophy?s influence on international relations through a critical analysis of some of its ideals in the management of international development cooperation, where effectiveness, quality, and results have been new dominant concepts. Through a qualitative content analysis of a Swedish Communication from 2014 ? the Aid Policy Framework ? and a debate in the Swedish parliament where this Communication was discussed, different themes that reflect the strategy of so called results based management in Sweden are identified.

I denna uppsats har vi granskat de två yrkena rådgivare och revisor för att se vad yrkena innebär. Vi har använt oss av sekundärdata och på så sätt försökt att skaffa oss en bild av hur yrkena ser ut. Vi har sedan läst och analyserat rättfall för att se hur domarna har fallit inom respektive yrkesområde. Detta har vi gjort med intresse av den nya lagen som trädde ikraft 2004 för finansiell rådgivning. Vi ville se om den nya lagen har hunnit ge några effekter i form av fällande domar.

Textbooks are the most dominant literature used in schools and are therefore an important source of information. Consequently, it is crucial that these are not misleading or biased and maintain a high quality along with a strict concordance to the School Department?s curriculum. The aims of this study have been to examine how Mormons, Jehovah?s Witnesses and Hare Krishna are presented in four religion textbooks used in senior high schools, as well as to examine what type of knowledge is being presented in terms of epistemology.

In the 1940s, 50s and 60s the two youth movements of the beats and the hippies emerged in the United States. Disagreeing with the progressive Positivism of the previous generations these youths were part of a counter culture that adhered to an ideal of living in the present.Alan Wilson Watts (1915?1973), most known for his popularization of eastern philosophy and religion in general and Zen-Buddhism in particular, became one of the most influential and well-read advocates of the new movements. Drawing upon eastern philosophy and religion as well as modern psychology, Watts challenged the western world view by rejecting the dualism of self and environment, arguing that man is one with God and nature and claiming that nothing exists but the present experience here and now.Based on Watts? view of man and reality, and in the context of the emerging youth movements, this study examines Watts? criticism of western culture and society as well as his view on happiness and the possibility of a better life for the individual living in the west.The study shows that, according to Watts, the root of the problem facing western society lies in man?s incapability of distinguishing concept from reality, preferring abstract ideas and symbols to the experience present in everyday life.
