The UN has a goal to gender-mainstream all politics, but its politics in climate change is not gender-sensitive. The Swedish government has the same goal concerning gender mainstreaming, but does the Swedish politics of climate change reach this goal? The aim of this paper is to examine the relations between the Swedish politics of gender and climate change. In addition, the aim is also to investigate how gender is constructed in the climate politics. To reach these aims, an institutional, policy and gender analysis is used.

Today there is a large consensus about the importance of Swedish schools providingconditions enabling students to develop the ability to manage and learn through information technologies (IT). The goal of this study was to describe and examine how national education goals for the use of IT transformed into municipal IT-strategies for the school. A content analysis was conducted of thirty-eight municipal IT-strategies collected from Swedish municipal websites on the Internet. The content in the municipal IT-strategies was compared with the content in both the Swedish education act and the national curriculum. The results showed that the content in the Swedish education act and the national curriculum in fact was translated into municipal IT strategies, but that the range of strategies concerning technology, pedagogy and content in relation to IT was broad.

Uppsatsen redogör för en studie vars syfte är att studera hur effektivt Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrifter implementeras i det praktiska arbetsmiljö-arbetet på arbetsplatser och att identifiera och pröva en lämplig metod för detta. Den metod som valdes var policynätverksanalys och en jämförande studie mellan tre arbetsplatsers arbetsmiljöpolicynätverk utfördes inom tjänste-näringen hotell. Föreskriften Systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete (SAM) valdes som studieobjekt och en teoretisk modell om den kausala effekten av policy-nätverkets form och egenskaper för policynätverks effektiva fungerande och prestationsförmåga användes. Det förväntade utfallet av studien formulerades: När ett arbetsmiljö-policynätverk fungerar effektivt och har hög prestationsförmåga, imple-menteras föreskriften SAM på ett ändamålsenligt sätt i samverkan med alla parter enligt gällande regelverk. Vilket ger som effekt ett välfungerande praktiskt tillämpat systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete på arbetsplatsen.
