Då samordnad individuell plan infördes i lagstiftningen 1 januari 2010 var syftet att personer med behov av insatser från fler organisationer än en skulle erbjudas en samordnad individuell plan för att tydliggöra de olika organisationernas ansvar, och förbättra för den enskilde klienten. Syftet med vår studie var att undersöka hur samordnad individuell plan förändrat samverkan mellan kommun och landsting när det handlar om personer med dubbeldiagnos. Studien har bedrivits kvalitativt med en deduktiv strategi, där fyra yrkesverksamma inom en och samma stad har intervjuats. De teorier som användes var case Managment samt systemteori. Våra slutsatser är att tillvägagångssättet bör förändras för att undvika extra arbete, det behövs ytterligare riktlinjer för hur samverkan skall bedrivas innan ett gott resultat av lagändringen kan ses, båda organisationerna lägger stor vikt vid klientens behov, klienten blir mer delaktig när SIP används samt att organisationerna behöver mer kunskap om varandras arbetsområden..

The aim of this study is to illuminate and discuss a case of political steering, specifically Managment-By-Objectives (MBO) in Swedish municipalities, from a democratic perspective. The essay examines a discrepancy between MBO in the Swedish municipalities and democratic theory.To fulfil the aim of the study one leading politician and one leading civil servant from five municipalities have been interviewed on this matter. This material is discussed in the light of a democratic theory constructed specifically for this essay. The democratic theory consists of three main democratic values in the democratic process: debate, transparence and the ability to demand political accountability.The main conclusion is that there is a contradiction in the use of MBO and the democratic values of debate, transparence and the ability to demand political accountability. MBO has resulted in a lack of debate and transparency and furthermore, it has made it increasingly more difficult to demand political accountability..

This paper is partially a literature study of human error and interruptions and partially an investigation of pilots and Air Traffic Control. The aim of the investigation was to find out where interruptions occur and how to reduce or eliminate them. The objective of this paper was to investigate what type of interruptions pilots and ATC deals with and during which phases they occur. The paper has revealed that private pilots causes more interruptions for ATC personnel than commercial pilots. The cause for this is probably the less experienced private pilot and the fact that Swedish is used before English by private pilots in communication with ATC.

The aim with this report is to formulate a strategic method to optimize selection processes of DNA-samples from a faeces inventory to identify as many individuals in as few analyzes as possible, and by that keep down the costs of brown bear management. Brown bear management in Sweden founds today on results from faeces inventory and is substantially led by the county administration boards. Data from the years of 2004 and 2009´s inventories in Västerbotten was used to test and evaluate different methods in selection processes of which faeces that should be sampled. Comparison were made between making selection by chance, by spatial distribution and by calculating variations in logistic regressions coefficient b, in other words bear density and probability in finding same individual in several faeces. We can show making selection by chance is the most uncertain method.

Under januari ? mars 2007 genomfördes ettmini-HTA vid Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset för att granska artiklar gällandeöverburenhet.

The aim of the study was to explore the methods used in horticultural therapy gardens in rehabilitating people suffering from fatigue syndrome. Nine horticultural therapy gardens were contacted of wich three chose to participate. Using case study as method e-mail interviews was carried out with the participants about their establishment and what kind of theories they based their methods upon. The material collected from the interviews was complemented with additional data from the establishments web pages and information pamphlets. Collected data was processed trough content analysis and then formed as background for the development of a program theory for horticultural therapy.
