The aim of this study is to explain and try to get an understanding for how women who are partners to substance missusers handle their Lifesituation. To fulfill the aim of the study a qualitive method is used with a focus group as a data collection method. The theoretical framework is coping theory and system theory. The results show that women who are partners to substance missusers describe that they have a Lifesituation filled with stress and worry. Because of their situation the women create and adjust their behaviors.

The purpose of this essay was to, by the ecology of human development theory, examine 10-year old childrens own experience of their Lifesituation outside the time of school. The study was based on qualitative interviews with six 10-year old children from a smaller community in Sweden. The main guestions was:1. What is the experience of being 10 year?2.

Background: Fibromyalgia is a psychosomatic disease that emerges without any known cause. For a long time, it has been believed to be a part of the menopause. Between 0,7 and 4,8 % of the women in Scandinavia are diagnosed. The most obvious symptom is pain. Aim: The aim with the literature review was to describe how women with fibromyalgia experience their Lifesituation.

The role of Islam in integrative work in Swedish societyThe main purpose of this report was to describe the role of Islam in integrative work in Swedish society. Questions connected to the purpose were: Is Islam a possibility or an obstacle to integration? Which arguments are used to describe Islam as a possibility or an obstacle? How are the different views on Islam expressed in integrative work? Which are the consequenses of such views?A qualitative method with an empirical research and a thematic analysis has been applied to the material. The empirical research consists of interviews.The results of this report describe Islam neither as a possibility nor as an obstacle from a political view. By muslims and researchers Islam can be regarded both as a possibility and as an obstacle in integrative work.

The purpose of this study was to examine and illustrate how young adults look at themselves and their Lifesituation in relation to the late modern society. More specifically its aim was to find out if the respondents have been affected by the ideals and norms of the late modern society in their lifechoises and their view of happiness. This study was based on interviews with eight young adults in the ages between 25 - 33. Out of the eight three were singles, two were married with children and three were in relationships. During the process four themes were identified: The importance and developement of an identity, fullfillment in the respondents Lifesituations, the experience of happiness in the respondents lives and how the late modern society have influenced the respondents in their lives.

The application of performance-based pay system among enterprises is becoming more frequent. Performance-based pay systems is used by organizations in hope of increasing productivity and have become more flexible. Employees may perceive the performance-based salary as a motivator or a threat depending on Lifesituation and personality. At a perceived threat, the employee may become stressed. Work-related stress has become a serious social problem that can have consequences for both companies and individuals.

Bakgrund: Årligen insjuknar cirka 13000 kvinnor i Sverige i hjärtinfarkt. Det är en av de vanligaste hjärt- och kärlsjukdomarna i Sverige. Det är en av de vanligaste hjärt- och kärlsjukdomarna i Sverige. Biologiska skillnader mellan kvinnor och män innebär att sjukdom och hälsa kan upplevas olika. Kvinnor har beskrivit insjuknandet i hjärtinfarkt som en overklig känsla och en skam över att bli sjuk.

Bröstcancer utgör den främsta cancerdiagnosen hos kvinnor i Sverige. Storbetydelse för uppkomst av bröstcancer har de kvinnliga könshormonerna. Behandlingav bröstcancer sker genom operation, cytostatika, antihormoner och/eller strålning.Behandlingen kan leda till fysisk och psykisk påverkan. Syftet med dennalitteraturstudie är att beskriva hur yngre kvinnors livssituation påverkas avbröstcancer samt hur sjuksköterskan kan möta dessa kvinnors behov. Artiklarna tilllitteraturstudien har sökts fram i databaserna Cinahl, Medline och PsycInfo samtgenom manuell sökning och resultatet kom att omfatta 16 artiklar.

Bakgrund: När en person blir svårt sjuk, är döende och behöver vårdas palliativt berörs inte bara den sjuke, utan även personer i dennes närhet. Det har framkommit att närstående inte alltid uttrycker sina behov i situationen. Närståendes involvering är ett faktum, och deras upplevelser varierar. Närståendes upplevelser knyts i resultatdiskussionen an till begreppet om Känsla av sammanhang.   Syfte: Litteraturöversiktens syfte är att beskriva upplevelser av att vara närstående till en palliativ vårdtagare.Metod: En kvalitativ litteraturöversikt, inkluderande elva studier, har genomförts där dessa studier granskats, bearbetats och analyserats utifrån Fribergs femstegsmodell.Resultat: Det framkom att närstående upplevt förändringar i vardagen sedan deras närstående blivit sjuk. De upplevde åsidosättande av egna behov och intressen.
