Äga eller leasa lagret i ett mindre handelsföretag?

Small companies have fewer resources which often result in an tendency to disregard  administrative tasks. A factor that influences the company?s revenues is the control of its inventories. The purpose of the current study was to analyze which of the two options, leasing or owning your Inventory, that could be justified from an economical perspective. Furthermore, the purpose was to describe the optimal Inventory level for each option. To meet these objectives representatives for the company was interviewed and a thorough investigation process was undertaken, during which methodological problems were solved.  It was found that leasing the Inventory was the most expensive option for the company. Analysis demonstrated that optimal turnover Inventory according to EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) would amount to 65,0 thousand Swedish Krona if the company leases their Inventory in comparison to 56,0 thousand Swedish Krona if the company owned their Inventory.

After the deregulation of the Swedish pharmacy market customers can be lost due to stock-outs. Optimization of pharmacy Inventory levels has thus become increasingly important. To minimize Inventory costs while considering the cost of shortages the latter must be estimated. However, the shortage cost is very difficult to compute. Thus, the aim of this paper is to estimate the pharmacy-specific shortage cost parameter and its relation to other Inventory costs.

Utvärdering av personlighetstest för LKAB

LKAB använder i rekryteringssammanhang personlighetstest i syfte att om möjligt förutsäga hur kandidater agerar vid givna situationer i det framtida arbetet som produktionschef. Företaget använder Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) och känner sig inte tillfredsställda med detta, då kandidaternas personliga egenskaper uppfattas annorlunda vid anställningsintervjun än vad testet visar. På uppdrag av LKAB har olika personlighetstest analyserats och jämförts mot LKAB:s kravspecifikation på produktionschefer. Genom intervjuer med HR-advisors på LKAB samlades information in om produktionschefernas personliga egenskaper, LKAB:s rekryteringsprocess och om personlighetstestet. Med utgångspunkt från företagets kravspecifikation för produktionschefer jämfördes personlighetstesten Gordon Personal Profile Inventory, NEO Personality Inventory-Revised, Hogan Personality Inventory, Sixteen Personality Factor och Temperament and Character Inventory med hjälp av en litteraturstudie.

Lärstilsmodeller : en jämförande litteraturstudie av Dunn och Dunns Learning Style Inventory och Vermunts Inventory of Learning Styles

Syftet med min studie har varit att belysa två olika lärstilsmodeller Dunn & Dunns Learning Style Inventory (LSI) och Vermunts Inventory of Learning Styles (ILS) för att urskilja deras olikheter.Detta arbete är en forskningskonsumerande uppsats som är baserad på tidigare forskning inom ämnet lärstilar. Vetenskapliga artiklar, översiktsgranskningar, rapporter och böcker har bearbetats och analyserats och kategorier har utformats för att jämföra och analysera lärstilsmodellerna i relation till varandra.I resultatet presenteras båda lärstilsmodellernas karaktäriserande drag vilka är lärstilsförfattarnas definition av termen ?lärstil? samt den specifika lärstilens uppkomst. Sedan behandlas centrala begrepp och kategorier som används inom lärstilen samt lärstilens pedagogiska innebörd. Därefter presenteras mätinstrumentets namn samt själva utformningen av mätinstrumentsformuläret.

This paper is an account of the Inventory I've made of documents in the archive at Museum Gustavianum, Collections storage Husbyborg, relating to the excavations in Asine, Greece, in the 1920s. The aim of this Inventory has been to establish which of the documents in the Husbyborg archives that belong to the department of Classical Studies at Uppsala University. Documents belonging to other archives have been found alongside the one mentioned above and those are the Original documentation (loan from Carolina) and the personal archive of Professor Axel W. Persson. The documents have been arranged according to the General Archive Scheme (Allmänna arkivschemat) seeing that the department of Classical Studies already had a series named Documents relating to the departments archeological collections, and the Inventory I've made will be incorporated with that.
