När ska vuxna delta i barnens lek? : En jämförelse mellan verksamma fritidspedagoger och forskningslitteraturen
This study aims was to examine if working recreation Instructors and the technical literature have the same or different outlook on when the grown ups should attend in children?s play, and what it is that separate them. The work method has been qualitative interviews. The number of interviewed recreation Instructors is four. The study shows that the working recreation Instructors that I have interviewed consider that it´s important to protect children´s freedom in there play without the grown up´s interference.
Kartläggning av skidinstruktörers hälsostatus : Generellt förekommande skador inom detta yrke
Good physical, psychological and social health is pursued both at work and at home. There is no current research into the health of ski Instructors despite the physically demanding nature of skiing and high injury rate. The purpose of this study is to map out ski Instructors physical and psychological health and see if there are common injuries amongst them. This study is a descriptive and correlating study including a survey of ten questions with self reported data from the Instructors. Five ski schools from Sweden participated in the study and 86 surveys got sent out to the ski school directors.The result from this study shows that ski instructor´s physical, physiological, well being at work, stress level and self efficacy is good.
Överpronation kopplad till ryttarens sits
According to ?Fotförbundet" (2012), Overpronation occurs frequently (80 %) in the Western World and furthermore overpronation of calcaneus influences the position of the pelvic and thorax (Fotförbundet, 2012; Behnke, 2008).
The aim of this study is to investigate whether or not it is possible to connect overpronation of calcaneus to the problem in the rider?s seat as observed by the Instructors of Strömsholm. The study will also investigate if the riders seat problems as noticed by the riding Instructors are comparable with the problems found by the analyst during testing. One purpose with the study is to raise the Instructors and riders awareness that anatomical deviations in the rider might influence the rider?s position in the saddle.
The questions of the study are:
- Is it possible to see seat problems in riders with overpronation of calcaneus?
- If it is possible to see more seat problems in riders with overpronation of calcaneus, do the Instructors in the study considers the seat problems be similar with each other?
- If there are seat problems in the study, is it the same according to the Instructors and the analyst in human biomechanics?
The hypothesis of the study is that overpronation of calcaneus has an effect of the rider?s position in the saddle.
The study is conducted as a blind study where the test subjects have been filmed (from knees down) as they walked barefooted and later while riding.
Vilka roller får fritidspedagogen i klassrummet
The purpose of the study was to look into the subjects which the students express when they cry out to their recreation instructor, if there are similarities and differences in the subjects when they turn to their recreation instructor or when they instead turn to their teacher, which different roles and positions the students place their recreation Instructors and the teachers in. I have used focused observations during three days in two different schools. Using the ideas of J.Butler on performative perspective, I´ve analyzed the way the students have positioned their recreation Instructors and teachers through speech and actions. My conclusion is that students early on see hierarchical structures in school and help maintaining them..

In this study I have brought up what pupils within vocational training, with focus on upper-secondary school have apprehended about the course ?Projektarbete 100 p? (Project job 100 point). In my analysis I interviewed twelve pupils from upper-secondary school who had 20 % or more truancy during their three years of studying in upper-secondary school and achieved a result to these pupils had problems with absenteeism then primary school. The pupils agreed about the school?s existence but they need schools of practical type.
Mindfulness as business : Vad några mindfulnessinstruktörer anser att mindfulness kan tilllföra arbetslivet
The purpose of this paper is to critically examine and question the use of mindfulness in the workplace. Mindfulness in the workplace can be understood as an organization recipe and is now a so called trend. We believe that there may be an issue of how mindfulness at work is advertised when it is described in such a way that it could be the solution to many organizational problems, such as reducing stress, increasing efficiency, creativity and productivity. To get a better understanding of what mindfulness is and what it can bring to a stressful work, we conducted semi-structured interviews with four mindfulness Instructors. We analyzed the interviews from a theoretical analytical framework consisting of both a constructivist perspective and a power perspective.

Gruppdynamik och social gemenskap inom fallskärmssporten : ett elevperspektiv
The aim of this study has been to examine what students within the sport of skydiving think about their education and the social spirit of the community. The purpose of the study is thereby to answer the study's aim through the following questions; how does group dynamics and social solidarity work within the skydiving community, how do the students feel about group dynamics and social solidarity within the skydiving community, and what factors makes the students feel included or respectively excluded from the spirit of the togetherness?The theoretical part of the study focuses on group dynamics and groups overall. Further on earlier research within adventure sports and skydiving regarding group dynamics and community spirit is presented. My survey is based on 35 interviews with skydiving students.The result shows that the community spirit within skydiving sports is described by the students as very special, unique, and strong among the members.

This paper aims to shed light on what must and what can be included in a good Driving instructor education and proving a proposal for how this might look like. Erfarenhetsöverföring vid svenska utlandsstyrkan : Vilka faktorer påverkar och hur?
The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the experience transfer at the rotation of the missions. This is to identify the respective influences are inhibitory factor, which contributes to a less efficient transfer, or if it contributes to a more efficient handover. The method used for the production of this paper is a qualitative case study of squad leaders who have done service in Kosovo or Afghanistan. Through interviews with focus on the transfer of experience, both on individual and organizational level, the factors that affect are being identified. The model used is expressed in a general perspective, where each factor is categorized as inhibitory or contributing to success, and if it appears on an organizational or individual level.

In Sweden, exercise takes a great part in people?s lives. Health and a good conditioned body go hand in hand. Many Swedes exercise in groups, with aerobics or a similar form of workout at a training facility. A regular workout lasts for about an hour and is accompanied by music.

The purpose of this study was to identify exerciser athlete?s motivational orientation, coping strategies used and stressors that primarily is perceived in gym training. The study also studied gender differences in relation to motivation orientation, coping strategies and stressors. A survey was conducted with a quantitative design. The study included 118 participants (43 women and 75 men) aged 18 - 42.
Relationen mellan motivation och målorientering, upplevd förmåga samt uppfattat motivationsklimat hos gymtränande kvinnor och män
The purpose was to examine relations between motivation and goal orientation, perceived ability and perceived motivational climate among persons working out in gym. Another purpose was to study differences in motivation, perceived ability and motivational climate among men and women. The final purpose was to study interactional effects on the dependent variable motivation. The participants were 59 men and 69 women. The instruments used were Task and Ego Goal Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ), Harter´s Competence scale and part of Mahoneys R-5 test.

Syftet med den här undersökningen är att jag ska undersöka lärarnas och handledarnas roller under bedömningsprocessen av den arbetsplatsförlagda utbildningen (APU) på Hotell och Restaurangprogrammet vid tre olika gymnasieskolor i Västra Götalands län, samt hur deras kommunikation sker.
Jag har valt att göra kvalitativa intervjuer med både handledare ute på arbetsplatser och yrkeslärare på HR-programmet, eftersom jag då kan få så utförliga svar som möjligt och att de får chans att prata öppet om sina upplevelser och erfarenheter.
I resultatdelen framkommer det att skolorna arbetar olika vid APU:n och att handledarna får olika underlag ifrån skolorna om hur de ska bedöma eleverna. Men det har skett förändringar och ytterligare förändringar kommer att ske då en bättre samverkan mellan skolorna i Västra Götaland är på gång. Handledarnas och lärarnas syn på kommunikationen vid APU skiljer sig också åt, då handledarna saknar en bättre kommunikation.
Instruktörers medvetenhet om ätstörningar : Tre träningsanläggningar
Tidigare studier visar att förekomsten av ätstörningar är högre inom idrotten än i samhället i stort och är enligt Riksidrottsförbundet en viktig fråga för idrottsrörelsens arbete. Träningsanläggningar är en arena där många individer befinner sig dagligen. Studier kring träningsanläggningars förebyggande arbete mot ätstörningar saknas idag. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om och i så fall hur instruktörer på träningsanläggningar arbetar med insatser kring ätstörningar bland sina medlemmar. Studien genomfördes med enkät som datainsamlingsmetod där 26 instruktörer från tre olika träningsanläggningar i Sverige medverkade.
