Incident response plans are faced with new challenges as organisations expands to the cloud, this thesis aims to highlight these challenges and their potential solutions. Our work has focused on managing the Incident response in contrast to earlier work that has been focusing on preventing them.As with any development, security is seldom prioritized. Instead the focus are often aimed towards usability and functionality, which means Incident response plans are written, implemented, forgotten and finally becomes obsolete. This could result in an organization losing their ability to produce acceptable forensic images, avoid severe downtime, or prevent similar Incidents in the future, which are all important parts of Incident response.Traditional Incident response plans does not address Incidents in the cloud. Thus, an absence of guidelines for managing Incidents in the cloud becomes apparent.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay has been to analyse an Incident that received huge attention in the media that took place on February 24 2011 involving the famous fashion designer John Galliano. Galliano who at the time served as a creative director at French luxury fashion house Dior hurled anti-Semitic remarks during an altercation to a couple at Paris café La Perle. We intended to do a study of the material in two parts. The primary focus of our thesis was to analyse six different newspaper articles that involved the Incident. We chose to analyse three articles from Great Britain and three from the United States to get a versatile image of the Incident.

In the 2011th Swedish football league three games were suspended because ofbangers that exploded on the terraces. The first suspended match was played by Syrianska and AIK. We have performed an image analysis of two of Sweden?s biggest newspapers, Aftonbladet and Dagens Nyheter, to see how they reported fromthat Incident. The reports from the first Incident are important because the mediareporting from the first Incident might have determined the attitude of the press and the Swedish football association (SvFF) towards the supporters for the remainder of the season.

The purpose with this essay is to investigate which factors that are decisive for nurses? propensity for Incident reporting. The study uses a descriptive cross-section design. Included are nurses that works at a care unit and who have worked as a nurse for > 1than one year. The survey was sent out to all nurses embraced by the criteria within a subdivision at a hospital in the middle of Sweden.

ABSTRACTAim: The aim of this study was to examine differences in the documentation of the case Incident reports, before (FRP) and after (FRE) the introduction of a quality standard for fall prevention in the geriatric departments at a Swedish University hospital. Method: 51 fall Incident reports were collected before the introduction of quality standards for fall prevention and 63 after. Differences in documentation between the fall Incident reports were analyzed with a Chi-2 test. Results: Number of case Incidents in which the use of the alarm mat was documented increased after the introduction of quality standards for fall prevention and documented use of shoes and walker decreased. The majority of all documented case Incidents occurred inside the patient room according to both FRP and FRE.

Studien är av empirisk kvalitativ art och baseras på fjorton legitimerade sjuksköterskors dagboksanteckningar under en fjortondagarsperiod. Aktuell metod är inspirerad utifrån Flanagans critical Incident metod. Materialet från dagboksanteckningarna analyserades och resulterade i fyra överkategorier lindring av patientens smärta, oro och ångest, synliggöra patienten, delaktiggöra patienten samt lyhördhet för patienten..

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate if the library can be a real partner for researchers in managing and dealing with their research information. In this study, six researchers have been interviewed about their problems with information management. This study uses the method Critical Incident Technique for the interviews with the researchers. This method focuses mainly on problems and what happens around those problems.

Barn i förskoleåldern befinner sig i ett utvecklingsstadium vilket kan försvåra vaccination. Tidigare studier beskriver svårigheter och den stress sjuksköterskor upplever i samband med vaccination av barn, kunskapsbrist finns däremot kring hur barnen bör hanteras. Syftet med studien var att utifrån betydelsefulla händelser beskriva barnhälsovårdssköterskans (BHVsköterskans) erfarenheter och agerande vid vaccination av förskolebarn som inte vill medverka.

Syftet med denna studie är att utvärdera ett HVB-hem vilket bedriver miljö- och individualte-rapeutisk behandling av ungdomar i åldrarna 16-19 år. This essay is a selective review of Nordic literature with the aim to explore contemporary conceptions of male-on-female rape, to increase the understanding of how these can construct ?a real rape?. To achieve this two questions were formulated: What circumstances can cause an Incident not to be defined as rape? What circumstances can cause an Incident to be defined as rape? Searches in international and Swedish databases led to initial selection of peer-review journal articles and dissertations that were reviewed against set criteria. These criteria were met by 8 studies, that were assigned codes, from which comprehensive categories were developed.
