Environmental chemicals are transported to the Arctic through the air and oceans, once within the Arctic they spread through rivers, lakes and other watercourses. Polar bears and sledge dogs in-gest high concentrations of environmental chemicals since many of the chemicals are fat-soluble and their diet mainly consists of marine mammals. The aim of this study is to describe how environmental chemicals spread in nature, how they reach the polar bears, and finally how they affect the animals reproduction, with reproductive hormones and Genitals in focus. The animals are exposed to a cocktail effect which complicates the assessment of the chemicals impact on the reproduction. Studies show that the Genitals can decrease in size or become malformed, sexual maturation can be affected and the reproductive hormones can be disturbed.

Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa högstadieelevers grammatikintresse. Målet är att försöka förklara och förstå vad pojkar respektive flickor tycker om grammatik. Syftet är också att se om det finns några skillnader mellan pojkars respektive flickors grammatikintresse. Frågeställningar som uppsatsen behandlar är: Hur uppfattar elever grammatikundervisningen? samt Går det, ur ett genusperspektiv, att urskilja skillnader mellan pojkars och flickors uppfattning gentemot grammatikstudier?Den valda metoden är en kvantitativ metod med kvalitativa inslag, det vill säga en enkätundersökning som både innehåller slutna, alternativa och öppna frågor.

Background; Gynecological cancer is a common term for cancer in the female Genitals and 2013 there were about 2800 women in Sweden that was diagnosed. This form of cancer and the treatment that is used, affects the sexuality and also the fertility of the women.Aim; The purpose with the essay was to illustrate the experience of the sexuality after the treatment of gynecological cancer.Method; The method used in the essay was a systematic translation of different literature. Of all the articles used there were eight that was qualitative, two quantitative and one was a combination of both methods. The analytic process was accomplish with the support of the Friberg (2006) analytic method.Results; The analysis resulted in two categories; Physical changes after the treatment and the treatments impact on the sexuality of the women. The physical changes that occurred because of the treatment was recurring and it showed that it was primarily surgery that hurt the woman body.

Den här studien handlar om olika diskurser kring genitala ingrepp på personer som upplever att de har en annan könsidentitet än den juridiska könstillhörigheten, och vill genomföra en juridisk könsändring. Syftet med uppsatsen var att genom analyser av dessa diskurser försöka förstå hur genitalierna är kopplade till den sociala konstruktionen av kön och genus. Intervjuer har gjorts med personer som finns med i utrednings- och beslutsprocess eller har verkställighetsfunktion som berör de genitala ingreppen. Det har inneburit psykiatriker, kirurger och jurister. Intervjuer har även gjorts med föreningsrepresentanter för transsexuella, före detta transsexuella och transpersoner.
