Denna rapport är en litteraturstudie i geometri, topologi och fysik, skri- ven med avsikten att förbereda för studier i allmän relativitetsteori. Den har karaktären av en lärobok och dess målgrupp är personer med kunskaper likvärdiga med en kandidatexamen i teknisk fysik, teknisk matematik eller liknande. Rapportens fokus ligger på matematiska metoder för allmän relativitetsteori och förkunskaper nödvändiga för att förstå detta. Texten avslutas med några inledande exempel på allmän relativitet som demonstrerar några av begreppen som avhandlas i rapporten. This is a Bachelor?s degree project withthe aim of investigating how to preventwarranty errors in apartment buildings.Our goal has been to compile the mostcommon warranty errors and the reasonbehind them.To achieve this goal, we have studiedthe warranty protocols from fiveprojects. We also performed interviewswith people who work in house productionand people who work with warranties. Thepurpose of the interviews was to findout the underlying causes of warrantyerrors and what one could do to preventthose.Cracks in walls and ceilings were themost frequent remarks on the warrantyprotocols. Remarks on the floors,windows and doors were also common, butnot to the same extent.

This thesis is ordered by Peab Sweden AB Regional Jönköping and concerns of warranty inspections.The intention is to work out a basis, which show the most common complaints is the warranty inspections, and make a small analysis on what causes them to be. The report also presents possible solutions to prevent the occurrence of defects. It also covers the issue of how the client looks at Peabs way to overcome the objections of warranty inspections. The report has the following issues:?What are the most common errors observed during the warranty inspection??What are the causes of complaints??What can be done to reduce the number of complaints??How the customer thinks that the complaints be addressed?Twenty-five Guarantee survey records from the projects Peab has done in recent years has been the starting point for the investigation.

Allt fler väljer att flytta in i städerna idag. Detta gör att vi måste bygga fler bostäder, och därmed utvidga staden för att kunna möta inflyttningen. Samtidigt blir vi idag allt mer medvetna om naturens positiva effekter på oss människor och de gröna miljöerna i städerna blir viktigare i arbetet med förtätning och exploatering. När en ny anläggning ska uppföras med bostäder, skolor och plats för näringsliv ställer det också krav på att det finns möjlighet att vistas i gröna miljöer. En välmående plantering kan vara en plats för flera generationer att uppskatta.
