This treatise analysis what Functions light has in theater. This report describes the scientific work of designing and manufacturing an intelligent controller module prototype for automobile trailer connections. The Functions of the module are both to drive the lamps and detect failures. The module also contains Functions to handle other Functions of the trailer. To learn about controller modules the group does extensive feasibility study.The group receives three already existing modules, the Functions of the three modules are studied and tested in the lab, this is done too get a overview of the construction. The method used I called reversed engineering, a way of constructing by analyzing constructions already done.When the modules are analyzed, the Functions of the prototype are tested and designed without copying the analyzed modules.

The purpose of this paper has been to identify which modern search Functions user of Smartphones are using, why just these Functions are being used, and how they have affected the way users acquire information. Modern search Functions in this paper means searches that are not based on text, i.e. ways to search for information by other means than writing something into a search field. To identify this, two studies were conducted, one with a questionnaire being distributed with the help of Google Docs through social networks, and one with four interviews with users of modern search Functions for Smartphones. The study showed that even though 76 % of Smartphone users are aware of at least one modern search function, only 29% uses one on a regular basis.

The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the ideas about Functions that public libraries have in the local society. We have used the method idea analysis on four municipal library plans, to find out which ideas about library Functions that frequented each plan, and what similarities and differences there were between the ideas about Functions in each plan. As a theoretic base, we have used a theory about three dynamic spheres in modern society: the state market and civil society, and examined how these three spheres influence and control the library Functions. We have extracted six different ideas about library Functions: educational, social, economical, entertaining, serving and democratic Functions. The most dominating ideas in this study are ideas that the public library should be an educating and formative institution.

This report examines some common or otherwise interestingnon-cryptographic hash Functions with respect to the number of collisions when used in hash tables for different types of hashkeys. To compare the different hash Functions, an experiment which studies avalanche effect behaviour is carried out. The experiments also calculate the fraction of colliding hashkeys, and the distribution of hashkeys in hash tables is studied using Karl Pearson?schi-squared test.

Each of the levels have a known energy consumption in both loaded and un-loaded mode..

Arbetet grundar sig på ett arbete som Cavaretta och Chellapilla gjort, där de undersöker skillnaden i generaliseringsförmåga mellan bestraffningsmetoden ?Complexity Penalty Functions? och ingen bestraffningsmetod.I detta arbete har nya experiment gjorts med ?Complexity Penalty Functions? och ?Adaptive parsimony pressure?, som är en annan bestraffningsmetod. Dessa bestraffningsmetoder har undersökts i samma domän som Cavaretta och Chellapilla och ytterligare i en domän för att ge en bättre bild av hur de generaliserar.I arbetet visar det sig att användningen av någon av bestraffningsmetoderna ?Complexity Penalty Functions? och ?Adaptive parsimony pressure? oftast ger bättre generaliseringsförmåga hos GP-program.

The travel planner offers a wide range of Functions and services for their targeted audience to find the fastest route between their current location and their destination. These Functions are for example real time information on hold ups and malFunctions on different travel routes, and an interactive map of specific destinations so that the user can get a clear view of the area and nearby traffic stops. But how much does the average user care for these Functions, and how often are they used on an average visit? What are the users? motivations when they visit the site? The waveform of a radar signal affects the resolution in velocity and distance. The ambiguity function is used as an aid for analysing narrow band radar signals simultaneously in time and frequency. An analysing tool for wide band radar signals is missing.This thesis describes a generalised ambiguity function to be utilised for study of wide band signals. Waveforms are further synthesised with help of the developed analysing tool. The aim is to start with a certain ambiguity function and find a waveform that reproduces the same ambiguity function.Mathematical formulas are presented and implemented in Matlab to produce the wide band ambiguity function.

This report is a result of a project that been conducted on System Andersson. System Andersson sells and develops MPS-systems for small and medium sized manufacturing companies. System Andersson are today located in the central parts of Jönköping and has about 20 employees. The goal for the project is to develop a new version of Andersson Qwick mps. The project has been divided into a number of smaller projects were the authors been part of the planning module project.
