Denna kandidatrapport redogör för arbetet med att utveckla en webbplats, med avsaknad avtidigare erfarenheter inom området. Arbetet var kopplat till en riktig kund med tanke att användaresultatet för försäljning av modeaccessoarer i verkligheten.I dokumentet beskrivs även de metoder som använts, och vilka resultat som dessa har lett till.Det innefattar också vilka erfarenheter som har förvärvats under projektets gång, och hur dessa kan utnyttjas i senare projekt..

The study evaluated the Mutant Prevention Concentration (MPC) of Pradofloxacin on three Escherichia coli (E.coli) strains, 2 wildtypes and one first-step gyrA resistant mutant. We also measured the value of AUC (Under the Concentration)/MPC that prevents growth of resistant mutants. It is of importance to reach a concentration above MPC that prevent E.coli from developing resistance against the antibiotic.We used an in vitro kinetic model where we added bacteria? and antibiotic. The culture Flask was attached to a pump with an adjustable pump-speed.

When exposed to them, isocyanates can induce serious injuries in the respiratory tract and irritation on the skin and in the eyes. They are therefore interesting from the point of view of occupational health. The purpose of this thesis was to collect isocyanates in air with impinger-filter samplers and solvent free samplers. Furthermore the isocyanates were to be analyzed with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The solvent free sampler consists of a polypropylene tube and filter holder fitted with glass fiber filters impregnated with derivatization reagent, coupled with a pump.

Syftet med rapporten är att utvärdera och jämföra två standarder, AATCC Test method 198-2011: Horizontal Wicking of Textiles och AATCC Test method 197-2011: Vertical Wicking of Textiles. Standarderna publicerades år 2011 av American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists. Standarderna mäter wicking, det vill säga, med vilken hastighet som vätska transporteras genom textil, med en horisontell och en vertikal testmetod. Hastigheten anges i olika enheter beroende på standard, enheten för AATCC Test method 197-2011: Vertical Wicking of Textiles är mm/s och AATCC Test method 198-2011: Horizontal Wicking of Textiles anges i mm2/s.
