In Nuclear Family as status Dennis Wijk examines if and how the nuclear Family ideals and norms permeates Family law secretaries work with families. The aim of the study is to investigate if the nuclear Family has the status of ideals and norms in the Family law secretaries practice. In order to achieve the aim of conducted four interviews with Family law secretaries in Stockholm city. The interviews have been the main data collection. Theoretical concepts which are central in the study are: the nuclear Family, institution, ideals, standards, and established and outsiders.

Background:The new guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation states that the Family should be given the opportunity to be present at the resuscitation of a close relative. A cardiac arrest is an emotional experience for the Family. In addition to being part of the resuscitation effort, the nurse also needs to take care of the Family.Aim:The aim of this study was to describe nurses' experiences of Family presence during resuscitation.Method:A literature review has been made of 13 studies where differences and similarities were analyzed. The articles were published between the years of 2009 ? 2013Result:The nurses' experiences were divided into three categories; Factors that affect Family presence, The nurse' experience surrounding the presence of the Family, Factors affecting Family presence in the resuscitation room.

Nine articles were included. After having analyzed the results six categories were found.Result: The Family members experienced the disease as fluctuating and stressful. Some felt ashamed for their sick Family member and withdrew from the rest of the society.

In Family firms altruistic effects can arise in order to preserve the ownership of the firm within the Family. The Family firm may chose to carry or take measures against these effects. Regardless, it will lead to different agent costs. Therefore, the aims of the study were to explain how altruistic effects in Family firms exert an influence on the administrative systems and possible counter measures.In order to explain the origin of altruistic effects, we built a theory which showed that the altruistic effects were followed by agent costs. The Family can take measures to counteract these original effects.

For my advanced degree in archival science, I have organised and catalogued two Family archives; man Family Archives ("Gardtmanska släktarkivet") and the Hamnström Family Archives ("Hamnströmska säk- tarkivet"). Though both could be labelled "Family archives", there were many differences between the two. The Gardtman Family Archives contained the records of several Family members from a period of several centuries, spanning from the early 17th century, to the early 20th century. It was by far the larger of the two archives. A substantial part of the records consisted of documents regarding various agricultural estates the Family had owned or been involved with in one way or another.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the competitiveness of Family firms is affected by governance mechanisms. The thesis addresses four governance mechanisms: inefficient labor markets, inefficient capital markets, self control and altruism. We have conducted an abductive method to be able to perform a qualitative research study. In this study two Family firms have been examined, ROL and Indiska Magasinet. We conclude that the presence of inefficient labor and capital markets within the studied Family firms give rise to negative effects in terms of difficulties of hiring talented employees.

Knowledge about how nurses experience difficulties in the interaction with Family is required in order to grant good care too critically ill patients and their Family-members.Aim:To describe nurses' perceived difficulties in the interaction with Family-members of critically ill patients.Method:The study is a qualitative literature-based study based on qualitative research. Results: The analysis resulted in four main themes; difficult disunion, environmental constraints, interpersonal difficulties and communicative difficulties.

AbstractBackground: When an acute illness or trauma occurs, life becomes disorganised and shattered for the critically ill person and his/her Family members. The Family members are confronted with thoughts about life and death which can cause stress and anxiety. How the Family members cope with the crisis is individual and depending on personality and earlier experiences. Aim: The purpose of this literary review was to illustrate the Family members´ experiences when dealing with a critically ill Family member. Method: A literary review was made based on fifteen qualitative and quantitative scientific articles and a literary book.
