Man spends most part of the day at work and is therefore influenced by it?s ambience. That?s why it?s important that the environment at work is health promoting and can function as a supportive environment. The purpose of this study was to describe job satisfaction among Employees and to analyse a possible connection between job satisfaction and Employees experiences of SOC.

The study aims to increase understanding and knowledge of motivation; this by examining how the leader experiences her capability to promote Employees' work motivation. Also, how Employees perceive that the leader influence and enhance their work motivation. Interviews were conducted with a manager and two Employees of a government agency in Sweden. The results demonstrate different opinions between manager and Employees in the manager's ability to foster motivation in the everyday work. The leader thinks that she promotes her Employees work positively and believes that she is giving her Employees attention and appreciation.

The construction business is one of the most accident prone businesses in Sweden. In order to make it safer it?s vital that all Employees of a company report all accidents and incidents that occur. This report intends through qualitative interviews, to analyze the knowledge and attitude towards incident reporting among the Employees of the Swedish construction contractor JM.The goal of the thesis work is to hopefully contribute to an increase of Employees? awareness on those issues.

To achieve this four questions were formulated: (1) What experiences does the empolyees have of meeting girls that self-harm? Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine if companies? incentive programs for Employees is designed in such a way that it makes it possible for managers to reach their goals. Method: Qualitative with a semi standardised questionnaire Results: Our results is that the incentive programs for Employees in their present form don?t give the companies a good possibility to effect the Employees to perform towards the goals of the system. The performance measures in the incentive programs for Employees is suitable in comparison with the goals of the program but the construction and the use of the systems doesn?t give a satisfied result in comprising with the goals.

En reklambyrås utveckling. En studie av anställdas attityd och motivation på arbetsplatsen

This thesis emphasizes the importance of understanding the Employees? attitude and motivation towards their workplace at a company that works in the advertising business. An example company; thcommunication agency PS Communication in Stockholm, was used for the empirical part to investigate the purpose. The topic is interesting since the company works in a fast changing environment with new techniques,tools and professionals and the company is also going through an expansion that include many new recruitments.The purpose in this thesis is as follows: ?the purpose of this study is to elucidate the fate of attitude and motivation of Employees in relation to the workplace during business expansion, if performance is reduced and competition increases.?The analysis and results shows that attitudes andmotivation among the Employees in the workplace has deteriorated, the Employees agree that it is due to expansion the company is undergoing.
