The municipality of Sandviken is in a state of strong growth. This affects the need for more hotel rooms in Sandviken, in a way that it?s profitable to invest in a new hotel. Sandvikens largest company, the steal industry Sandvik AB, grows just like Sandviken, and have great influence on the need of more hotel rooms. Today there are three hotels placed in Sandviken, and these hotels aren?t enough when the pressure of hotel guests is at its top.The purpose with the project was to analyse the criteria?s that are important for localization of a new hotel in the Sandviken, and to clarify what kind of hotel Sandviken is in need of.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien var att undersöka perfektionism och prestationsångest relaterat till varandra samt till ålder och erfarenhet hos kvinnliga elitfotbollsspelare.Hur samvarierar ålder och antal år på elitnivå med typen av perfektionism och graden av prestationsångest?Hur vanligt förekommande är adaptiv och maladaptiv perfektionism samt prestationsångest hos kvinnliga elitfotbollsspelare?Samvarierar typen av perfektionism med graden av prestationsångest?MetodI studien medverkade 93 spelare från tre lag i Damallsvenskan, ett lag i Elitettan och åtta lag i Naisten Liiga.  En webbaserad enkät som innefattar egenkonstruerade bakgrundsfrågor samt två mätinstrument: Sports Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale-2 och Sports Competition Anxiety Test användes. Data analyserades med hjälp av Chi²-test samt Spearmans korrelationstest.ResultatÅlder och antal år på elitnivå visade inga signifikanta samband med perfektionism eller med prestationsångest. Det visade sig att 18 % av spelarna inte kunde definieras som perfektionister och att 82 % av spelarna kunde definieras som perfektionister. Av de spelare som kunde definieras som perfektionister, hade 81 % adaptiv perfektionism.

The aim of the essay is to explore how so called ?safe spaces? are built, and the part that creativity can play in this construction. In December 22, 2010, the hockey clubs AIK and Djurgården played against each other in front of an audience of more than 11 000 people in Ericsson Globe Arena, Stockholm. Although it was one of the biggest games of the year, afterwards no one was talking about the actual game on the ice. The reason; several times during the game, hooligans from both sides started big quarrels and the hockey dome felt more like a war scene than a place for a hockey game. From a branding point of view, and along with similar incidents from the past, the night in December did not create a good situation for AIK and their image.  Therefore, in this essay I want to investigate how AIK communicated through the crisis. I also want to evaluate whether their communication was good or bad from the perspective of different crisis communication theories.The essay?s research questions are:How did media describe the crisis and AIK´s part in it?What effect did AIK´s previous history of similar problem have on the ongoing crisis?How did AIK communicate through the crisis?How was AIK´s image affected by the crisis?What did AIK do well/what could AIK have done better?To be able to answer these questions, several news articles from the sports paper ?Hockeyexpressen? has been analyzed as well as a text from AIK itself.

På senare år har den tekniska utvecklingen bidragit till en förändring i hur sport konsumeras, avståndet mellan utövarna och åskådarna har minskat i takt med en ökad kommersialisering. Samtidigt har de ekonomiska förutsättningarna för klubbar och tävlingar blivit allt tuffare, vilket lett till sportmarknadsförarna tvingats hitta innovativa och kostnadseffektiva sätt att marknadsföra verksamheten. Ett allt populärare sätt att marknadsföra sig är via sociala medier, som existerar till följd av den tekniska utvecklingen. Med tanke på att fler och fler av den yngre generationen syns och hörs på sociala medier dagligen är det intressant att undersöka hur sociala medier påverkat fördelningen av marknadsföringsresurser inom sportindustrin.Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för hur den tekniska utvecklingen, i synnerhet sociala medier, förändrat förutsättningarna för interaktion och kommunikation med konsumenter.

The rates for teenage conception and motherhood in the UK are according to recent research, the highest in Wester Europe. The ongoing debate concerning these teenage pregnancies and teenage motherhood has therefore become political in a wide range. The government?s goal is to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies until the end of 2010 to prevent social exclusion among vulnerable young women. However, there is controversy in other research that describes teenage pregnancies more likely to be a result of social exclusion than its cause.The purpose of this study is to examine how young mothers in a borough of London, from their own point of view, experience their situation, their difficulties and possibilities in present and in future.

The purpose of this essay was to try to understand the relationship between the horse and man during the last part of the Iron Age and trough out the Medieval Age. To be able to get a result I investigated the horse's tending, work within agriculture, riding, warfare, breeding, to stable horses, oxen, sports and hunting, eating of the horse and age at slaughter and more. The results showed that the horse's position changed from the later part of the Iron Age throughout the Medieval Ages and in different ways for, respectively, the elite as for the peasant culture..

Attityder och beteende i ungdomsåren vad gäller sexualitet kan ha stor betydelse för hur den sexuella hälsan utvecklas. Ungdomsmottagningen är en betydelsefull arena för att förebygga sexuellt överförbara infektioner och oönskade graviditeter samt för att främja ungas sexuella hälsa i helhet. Undersökningen har utförts i samråd med och på uppdrag av Landstinget i Jönköpings län. Syftet med studien var att undersöka ungdomsmottagningarnas verksamhet i Jönköpings län och finna förslag till underlag för att kvalitetssäkra ungdomsmottagningarna i länet. Enkätundersökningen baserades på Socialstyrelsens förslag på indikatorer och Föreningen för Sveriges Ungdomsmottagningars (FSUM) rekommendationer för ungdomsmottagningars verksamhet.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the work with young people at home to care and accommodation (HVB) are organized in a municipality outside Karlstad and how the staff perceive emotions in the workplace. The issues that are discussed are based on the concepts of social ties, emotional labor, roles, shame and pride. The number of people who are fleeing in the world is today about 51 million. There has not been this high since World War II. The Swedish Migration Board calculated that about 7,000 of these people were unaccompanied children and came to Sweden in 2014.

This essay is a study of the various attitudes and behavioral habits for music consumption and discovery of new music amongst young people in Sweden from a receivers perspective. The aim of the study is to review and map out the current trends, habits and cultural views on music consumption. An online survey was posted and spread on Facebook with 195 respondents as a result. The analyzed result and conclusions of the survey was then to be of use for understanding how to market and spread new music more efficiently. The study showed that there are three dominating sources of music for youth in Sweden.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur den amerikanska ockupationen påverkade den japanska filmen i allmänhet, och Akira Kurosawas (1910-1998) produktion under denna tidsperiod i synnerhet. För att uppnå detta skisserar jag en översiktlig och lättillgänglig bild av den japanska filmhistorien, från dess tidigaste skede fram till 1952, vilken jag hoppas kan fungera som en historisk fond. Vad gäller ockupationstiden, ger jag inledningsvis en kortare historisk överblick, för att sedan begränsa perspektivet och fokusera på Akira Kurosawas filmproduktion under denna tid. Jag har vidare valt att begränsa valet av filmer - ur Kurosawas repertoar under åren 1945-52 - till följande alster: The Men Who Tread on the Tiger's Tail (1945), No Regrets for Our Youth (1946), One Wonderful Sunday (1947), Drunken Angel (1948) och Stray Dog (1949). Jag har valt dessa filmer, främst därför att de alla innehåller material som i mångt och mycket exemplifierar den påverkan som den amerikanska ockupationsmakten hade på Kurosawas produktioner - och japansk film - under ockupationen.

Hemmasittare is a new term for children and youths with a history of long term truancy. As the term indicates these youths spend most of their time in their homes. This often results in them being socially alienated and the loss of their earlier social network. The consequences of hemmasittande and social alienation are many and include not only a deficient social network but also psychological and physical problems. Research has shown that many of these problems follow on through into adult life.

AbstractIn this essay I am examining the representation of popmusic with particular focus on gender and identity in two youth magazines called Kamratposten and Julia. Using the method of Norman Faircloughs critical discourse analysis I have studied ten interviews with popmusicians from each magazine based on the theorys of representations, discourses within popularmusic and queer theory. The intention with this study was to examine how popularmusic is represented in youth magazines. If the magazines were reproducing femininity and masculinity in the interviews with the musicians, and in the representation of popmusic in the magazines. And also if there were any differences and similarities between the magazines regarding the representation of popmusicians.The analysis lead to the conclusions that how popmusic is represented in the magazines depends on what the magazines wan´t to represent on the basis of their target groups and ideologies.
