The current study sought to examine if post-produced semantic memory cues are a good aid for memory recall. It also focused on remembering units with a meaning, instead of just remembering lists of words. In the current study a factual text was used where the participants were tasked with recalling as much information as possible either with the aid of cues (keywords written by the participants themselfs), computer with Internet or no aids at all. The results showed that keywords are significantly better for memory recall. The results were discussed in regards to modern models describing semantic memory.

Others want her to read their texts and poems, because they wish to hear her opinion or wonder if she can put in a good word for them at some publisher. The purpose with this study has been, based on different public and private procurement conditions, to measure if there are any significant differences in the business relations between public- and private institutional kitchens. Furthermore, to observe what important influencing factors there are to maintain and develop a relationship between a producer and customer. The result of the analysis shows that there are important factors that influences on the trust in the relationship between a producer and customer. These factors are product- and service exchange, communication, strategic purchase and social exchange. In this examination we have showed that there are differences in the relationship between public- and private customers.

Syfte med vår examensarbete är att ta reda på vilka argument som lärarna har för när och hur integrering av elever som har svenska som sitt andra språk skall ske i vanlig undervisning. I litteraturgenomgången tar vi upp teorier som handlar om faktorer som kan påverka inlärningen av ett nytt språk. Vi tar även upp vikten av interaktion med andra elever och dess betydelse vid placering i segregerad eller integrerad undervisning av eleverna med svenska som andra apråk. Som metod använde vi oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet visar att de lärare som vi intervjuade har skiftande syn på klassplaceringen, men de flesta av dem anser att dessa elever först skall placeras i en förberedelseklass.

The purpose of this essay is to identify the costs of illness in different organizations, and compare the calculated result with the actual result in their annual reports.We collected information thru interviews with the personnel manager in the selected organizations, and used the annual reports to add necessary information.When we applied our model, we found that the selected organizations, in some cases, have a cost of illnes which is up to seven times higher than shown in their annual reports. It?s, in general, the costs that aren?t related to the salary (additional costs), which are much higher than shown.The absence of a model that calculates the costs of illnes can result in wrongful decisions. If a model would be applied in an organization, it should increase the awearness of the actual costs of illnes, which can lead to better decisions througout the whole organization.This report is written in Swedish..
