Uppsatsen berör det allt vanligare begreppet CSR (Corporate Social Responsilitility), det vill säga företags samhällsansvar. Genom att uppmärksamma trender och studenters intresseområden kan företag öka sin attraktivitet i sitt arbetsgivarvarumärke, Employer Brand. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur företag kan implementera information om sitt CSR-arbete i Employer Branding-strategin för att på så vis öka sin attraktionskraft gentemot studenter.I studien studeras tre företag; EY, Accenture och Sweco. Företagens Employer Branding-strategi och CSR-arbete beskrivs och redovisas översiktligt. Vidare kartläggs hur företagen väljer att kommunicera ut det CSR-arbete de bedriver gentemot studenter och andra intressenter.

The primary purpose of this essay is to study and describe what student?s self experiences of the media coverage of social work. The theoretical perspectives applied to analyse the empirical data are social constructionism, roles, and construction. The method of this study is qualitative and based on ten personal interviews. The material has been analysed by condensed meaning units and three themes have been used, the media coverage of social work, the relationship between social workers and media and the influence media coverage has on the students.The results given from these interviews show that the majority of the interviewed group considers the media coverage of social work as negative.

Background During the child?s first year of life there is a continuous contact with the Child Health Services (CHS) and the parents feel confident and involved. After the first year, the visits to the CHS is reduced at the same time as the everyday life changes for the family as the child starts going to day-care and the parents often go back to work.Aim To examine what it is like being a parent to children aged one to five and what kind of parenting support parents of children aged one to five are in need of.Method Semi-structured interviews were used to interview 25 parents in 21 telephone interviews and one focus group with 4 parents. The recruiting of parents was done on site at one open day-care and with the help of CHS nurses in Sweden. There were 10 men and 15 women.

The purpose of the study was to examine what possibilities and obstacles, according to the personnel and patients in a methadone treatment, exist in the patient's social rehabilitation. How does the methadone treatment encourage the patient's social rehabilitation, what possibilities/obstacles are there according to personnel and patients? What does the patient see as important aspects of his/her social rehabilitation and what importance does the methadone have on the treatment? The results show that there are difficulties for patients to rebuild their life, find employment, start new social networks and get by with everyday tasks. The support from friends and family will simplify the patient's social rehabilitation, otherwise they get isolated and alone. Patients feel that they are fighting for a successful treatment so that they can have a relationship with friends and families again.

Our purpose was to investigate if Swedish University educated social workers, living as active Christians, in any way might be influenced by Christian values. The main questions; Can Christian values be a factor in the choice of career to become a social worker? How does a personal belief in Christ impact the relationship towards the clients? Is Christian belief a support in the work? In this paper we used a qualitative method and interviewed eight persons, with a background as above, four of them employed by a church organisation and the other four working in the social sector. The result we present is that the eight Christian social workers Christian belief influenced their work very individually. How much this supported them was a choice about how official and open they wanted Christian values to be.

Our main aim with this study is to shed a light over the social workers opinions about what they believe will be the consequences of introducing Housing First in the city of Stockholm. We wanted to examine the social workers perceptions about how Housing First could change their client?s autonomy and justice. Therefor we accomplished five qualitative interviews with social workers. We analyzed our empirical material with the theoretical terms; justice, autonomy and intern role-conflict.

This paper describes how files and information can be shared in organisations and workplaces. We studied and compared the traditional file sharing in Microsoft Active Directory and the Social file sharing that comes with Microsoft SharePoint Sites. We used qualitative studies based on interviews with system administrators, management and by our own observations to acquire the necessary data. Using independent research, we were able to analyze the data and show the general difference between the traditional and the social file sharing systems. Social file sharing enables the user to easily store and share files in a flexible online environment.

    The purpose of this essay is to examine trust, or lack of trust, in the social services. Previous research considering this topic is limited, which, in our point of view, implies the need of further studies. A quantative method was used, consisting of an online questionnaire containing statements about the social services. The statements were designed using a five level Likert-scale which required the respondent to rate their level of agreement. The questionnaire was published on five webcommunities directed to parents.

Min utgångspunkt är Karin Boyes Kallocain och därifrån kommer jag dra paralleller till William Shakespeares Othello och Aldous Huxleys Brave New World. The purpose of this study is from a teacher?s perspective to examine how schoolteachers experience the possibilities of learning from each other within their work team and to shed some light on how teachers believe that cooperation affects their ability to learn and improve on a daily basis. My research questions are: What is the general discussion among the teachers concerning daily capacity building from enhanced teamwork? How important is well-functioning cooperation between co-workers for learning and daily capacity building? What are the prerequisites for a well-functioning learning situation within the work team?The study is based on five qualitative interviews with teachers within the same school but from different teaching backgrounds based on what grade they teach, what subjects they teach, and they belong to different work teams within the school. The interviews are semi-structured.The results have been analysed from a perspective based on the theories of organisational pedagogy and learning organisations.The results implies that the work teams does not function as a forum for exchanging experiences and learning from each other.

This work presents the way exiled Tibetans I?ve met view gender and equality. The world is becoming increasingly global and in order to educate future world citizens it is important to make sure that they learn about gender and equality. Males and Females have different cultures and where manly is the norm female is the exception, but it is important to try and level out these differences while children are still in school. This work originates from studies of literature and several interviews with exiled Tibetans in the Indian city of Dharamsala. They are Tibetans with different roles in the exile-Tibetan society and also of different generations and gender.

De sociala nätverken på Internet blir allt fler och får allt fler användare, något som i sin tur även påverkar marknadsföringen på Internet. Genom att marknadsföringen tar allt större plats på de sociala nätverken, anar vi att det kan störa relationers sociala ordning. Därför undersöker vi i den här uppsatsen vilken roll marknadsföring har, och kan få, inom sociala nätverk på Internet, och vilken konsekvens det kan få för sociala relationer.Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med representanter från PR-byråer och användare av sociala forum på Internet, tog vi del av de förekommande strategierna och användarnas uppfattning av dessa. I intervjumaterialet hittade vi intressanta motsägelser, och det är det som uppsatsen är byggd på. Som verktyg för att reda ut intervjumaterialet har vi tittat närmre på vad nätverk egentligen är och vad det har för betydelse för både relationer och marknadsföring, eftersom det är lite av ett nyckelord båda parter.

Introduktion: Internet består idag av flertalet forum som var och en kan karaktäriseras som eninternetkultur. Dessa forum inriktar sig till att antingen anonymisera sina användare för attutnyttja yttrandefrihetens maximala potential, eller icke-anonymitet där användare kankopplas till personliga uppgifter tillgängliga till de som vistas på forumet. Allt fler svenskarväljer anonymiseringstjänster på grund av de digitala övervakningslagarna som har trätt i kraftunder 2000-talet. Syftet: syftet med studien är explorativt, det vill säga att ta reda på hur såkallade lurkers, åskådare, uppfattar anonymitet på internet. Metod: för att samla empirigenomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med sex stycken så kallade lurkers.
