Background: Good communication is very important for the safety of patients in emergency situations. Few studies have been conducted regarding communication among health care staff. The aim of the present study was to investigate anesthetist nurses experience of communication among health care staff during a situation of emergency in a hospital ward.Methods: The study is explorative and based on interviews with six anesthetist nurses. A qualitative content analysis was used as an analyses model.Result: The six anesthetist nurses experienced structured communication as of great importance during an emergency situation. Three main categories appeared from the material: i) the importance of the organization ii) communication structure and communication patterns and iii) education and experience with nine subcategories.

Fysisk aktivitet kan ha positiva effekter på hälsa. Arbetsmiljölagen anger att risken för ohälsa ska undanröjas. Mot den bakgrunden skulle fysisk aktivitet på arbetstid kunna vara en legitim arbetsmiljöåtgärd för att förbättra arbetshälsan. Utifrån det förefaller det intressant att undersöka hur fysisk aktivitet på arbetstid kan implementeras så att den genererar positiva resultat. Studien beskriver en modell för implementering av fysisk aktivitet på arbetstid som är baserad på tidigare forskning och genomförbarhet.

Background: HIV is a worldwide spread disease with many deaths. People with the disease have previously been met with attitudes, stigma and discrimination in various contexts. A caring relationship should be built on empathy, respect and communication, where the patient is not seen as their illness, but as a person. Today, there are laws that are there to protect the patient, however, there is a lack of knowledge about what is current. Health care workers knowledge in the 2000s has improved, but there is still a lack of knowledge.Aim: To illustrate how patients with HIV experience health care.Method: The literature review was conducted with twelve scientific articles of which two articles were quantitative and the other qualitative.Results: The results revealed three main themes; Different expressions of fear, Perceived negative attitudes and stigmatization, as well as The wish to be lovingly treated in health care.

Introduktion: En fysiskt aktiv livsstil är förenlig med många positiva hälsoeffekter hos både vuxna och ungdomar. Dessutom är upplevelsen av fysisk aktivitet i ungdomsåren en viktig parameter för en fortsatt fysiskt aktiv livsstil i vuxen ålder. Dock finns en stor grupp ungdomar som inte når rekommendationerna för fysisk aktivitet. Samtidigt anses ökad delaktighet, tillgänglighet och möjligheter till egna val vara viktiga aspekter för att ungdomar ska bli fysiskt aktiva.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka vilka idrotts- och motionsanläggningar som ungdomar vill att det satsas på.Metod: Studiens design är en tvärsnittsstudie, där underlaget består av en enkätundersökning innehållandes 2,404 skolungdomar. Enkätunderlaget införskaffades inom projektet ?Ung livsstil? i Stockholms stad.

The western societies is characterized by a strong future concern and the members of the society are valued most of all according to their capability to produce. In our time the elder ness is representing a rapidly increasing number of relatively well kept elders. What sight of the future does the aging human have? Are one meditating of what kind of service and care one are going to need? The purpose with this study was to describe how individuals in ages between 60 and 96 sees, both the future and their coming need for care in relation to sex, age, social activities and experienced health. The material was taken from ?SNAC-Blekinge? witch is a part of a bigger national study; SNAC (The Swedish National study on Aging and Care).

Bakgrund: Tidigare forskning visar att vistelse i natur kan bidra till förbättrad hälsa och att det finns ett samband mellan människors aktivitetsnivå, psykiska hälsa och tillgång till naturmiljöer. Idag startas allt fler verksamheter både inom privat företagande och inom offentlig regi där natur används som en resurs för hälsofrämjande och förebyggande arbete. Eftersom fenomenet är ganska nytt saknas beskrivningar av området. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur natur och hälsofrämjande arbete bedrivs av olika aktörer i Sverige. Metod: Kvalitativ ansats valdes som datainsamlingsmetod.

UN is a non-governmental organization which should promote gender equality within the organization. It is an organization which is based on human rights and claims that in order to solve the problem of poverty, famine and development we need to promote women?s status. In Sweden there is a strong tradition of gender balanced representation at the governmental level and this perspective raise the question if there is a spill-over effect to the civil society as in the case of a non-governmental organization. This makes it interesting to look at if a non-governmental organization which is not under state control work for gender equality within their own organization.
