Social insatsgrupp är en strukturerad samverkan mellan i första hand polis, socialtjänst och skola med målen att förhindra nyrekrytering av ungdomar till kriminella grupperingar samt att underlätta avhopp från kriminella grupperingar. I examensarbetet har jag undersökt vad begreppetunga i riskzonen innebär för professionella från polis och socialtjänst i social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun. Södertälje kommun är en av de tolv kommuner där Rikspolisstyrelsen inrättat pilotverksamheten social insatsgrupp på uppdrag av regeringen. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur representanter från myndigheterna polisen och socialtjänsten i samverkansprojektet social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun definierar unga i riskzonen. Detta med målet att försöka förstå vilka ungdomar som blir selekterade att ingå i projektet..

According to pre-school curriculum, the children´s needs and interests from the basis for the design and planning of the educational activities. The curriculum also highlights that all children should have the opportunity to satisfy their increasing ability to influence the content and approach. The purpose of this study is to examine whether and how teachers work in involving children's influence and interest in forest excursions.The essay is based on a qualitative approach in which we have chosen to carry out unstructured observations by a team of three educationalists. The study includes children of 3-5 years of age.The results show that the educationalists take advantage of children's interests and needs foremost in conversations. The children are given the possibility of influence that of which concerns only themselves and nobody else.

Introduktion: Hemlösa har ett stort tandvårdsbehov och behöver engagerad tandvårdspersonal som är beredda att arbeta kliniskt med denna grupp. Syfte: Syftet är att studera vad som engagerar tandvårdspersonal till att arbeta med hemlösa. Metod: En kvalitativ studie och kvalitativ innehållsanalys har använts. Urval: Studien baseras på intervjuer med en tandläkare och en tandsköterska. Resultat: Resultatet presenteras i två domäner. Domänen Fängslande speglar vad informanterna upplever spännande i kliniskt arbete med hemlösa. Tre kategorier finns under denna, Intresse, Ovillighet bland kollegor och Team-work. Under domänen Medkänsla finns två kategorier Nytta och Välvilja. Där speglas känslor som informanterna upplevde i arbetet med denna grupp.

Detta examensarbete är utfört på uppdrag av Scania IT i Södertälje och utgör sista delen av civilingenjörsprogrammet Innovation, Produktion och Logistik vid Mälardalens Högskola i Eskilstuna.Scania IT genomgår i nuläget en stor förändring i arbetssätt och struktur med målet att bli en mer flödeseffektiv IT-verksamhet. För att detta ska lyckas krävs det att Management tydligt styr verksamheten mot detta mål samt att alla involverade stöder denna verksamhetsstrategi. Syftet med omorganiseringen är att man snabbare och effektivare ska möta kundens krav. Det problem som Scania IT upplever idag är för låg leveranssäkerhet eftersom rätt funktionalitet inte levereras i rätt tid till rätt kostnad. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur Management inom Scania IT ska agera i en flödeseffektiv IT-verksamhet samt hur de kan skapa förutsättningar så att team kan bidra till flödeseffektivitet.

Social inequality, economic imbalances and greenhouse gas emissions are some of the greatest risks threatening society today. Society has become more aware of these risks and has started to demand firms to take more responsibility. During the last 30 years firms and mainly large firms has chosen to work with something called CSR. CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility which is the work firms engage with to take responsibility for environment and society as a whole. Scientists and business people has taken two sides towards CSR, one side argues that CSR cost more than it tastes and the other side argues that firms which engage with CSR will gain economic benefits.

En första viktig lärdom har dock varit vår nyvunna förståelse för den komplexitet som präglar en stor internationell koncern. Kommunikation är viktig i ett företag inte minst som bärare av syfte och mål med olika aktiviteter, men även i allmänhet för att tillse att flödet av information inom organisationen tillgodoses. Vi har sett vikten av feedback för att skapa tillit och visa uppskattning. Vi har efter studier av teorier, iakttagande av andra företag, samt inte minst via vår interaktion med anställda under genomförandet av detta projektarbete uppmärksammat vikten av att moderbolaget i en koncern tydligt visar sina värderingar genom exempelvis uttalad vision samt mission. Vi har på företaget sett att chefen har en viktig roll att fylla.

Abstract This report is our bachelor thesis. Our work has taken place at a galvanising company in Sölvesborg. The company faced major changes, of which one was a computerisation process. The new system could involve changes in work practice and in specific tasks, affecting the workers. If the coming system was to support work, from the production personnel?s perspective, we felt a legitimate participation in the development and design of the future work practice, was a requirement that was not met.

Abstract:Ambulance nurses have in their everyday work a varied work environment, the pace of work can quickly shift from being calm and structured to be a severe acute situation.Objective: The aim of the study was to describe how professional nurses in the ambulance operations experience their physical and mental work environment in daily practice.Method: A qualitative interview study with semi structured questions was used. The study group consisted of two women and three men, ages between 27?42 years. The study was carried out on an ambulance station in central Sweden. Based on collected data, a qualitativecontent analysis was performed that resulted in three categories.Results: The result showed that the ambulance nurses regarded that it was a lot of heavy lifting.

The work related illness has increased and instead of focusing on what?s causing it more and more efforts are put on trying to find the health factors within and outside the work environment. During the past years the term ?long-term health? has arisen; instead of focusing on the number of employees on the sick-list, the focus should be put on the number of employees that has a record of long-term health within an organization, i.e. health-presence.

   To work and live in the same place where ones employer also is the landlord, can create a situation with many special requirements for the individual. Constrains regarding time, space and impact on social life is likely to appear. Based on theory and empirical research about the Boundaryless work and the Psychological contract the purpose of this report is to examine employees who live and work at the same place. This is done by studying the regulation regarding time and space factors and the psychological contracts in expectations and in violation of the psychological contract and the risks associated with this like Locked-in factors. The study includes interviews with managers and employees (n=9).

AbstractMy study is based on that I think there is a problem at the Handicraft program for hairdressers where I currently work as a hairdresser teacher. I believe that there are clear objectives and a wide range of courses focusing in craft knowledge, but the social competence goals are unclear and there are no courses on the subject. Since I have 13 years hairdressing experience and know roughly what it requires, I wonder where and how the teaching of social skills is performed at the Handicraft program for hairdressersThe purpose of this study is therefore to find out how some of my colleagues perceive the teaching of social skills. The issues I have focused on are what these teachers believe that social skills are, how they perceive their teaching of it and when they believe that teaching really should be. There is not much literature on this subject because it is a relatively unexplored area. I have therefore concentrated on literature dealing with social skills in general, and theses and essays dealing with the quality of hairdressing education. I have chosen to make a qualitative interview study. The objectives related to social skills can be incorporated in the teaching of many subjects; I chose to interview two core-subject teachers and four vocational teachers. The interviews have been based on respondents' own interpretations of social skills. They have been individual interviews of about 30 minutes. My results show that most teachers believe that social competence is about a good meeting between people and to coping with different situations in a good way.

The Internet has become an important communicational medium that involves the majority of the world?s population. One group in particular that uses the Internet is the youth. This in turn makes the Internet a viable source for groomers to exploit, where groomers are what you call grown men and women that have the intention to contact youths for sexual purposes, the process is called grooming. In Sweden, a law has been made available to criminalize this particular activity, but it should not replace the prevention.

Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ utvärdering av Lotsmodellen. Lotsmodellen är en samarbetsmodell som används av kommunala och regionala aktörer som behöver samverka kring barn och unga med psykisk ohälsa. Utvärderingen syftar till att beskriva och analysera Lotsmodellen utifrån både dess förtjänster och problem. Särskild stark tonvikt läggs vid lotsambassadörernas upplevelser av modellens tillämpning. Undersökningen har genomförts utifrån frågeställningarna ?Hur kan samarbete enligt Lotsmodellen karakteriseras?? samt ? Vilka svårigheter och förtjänster innebär tillämpningen av Lotsmodellen??.

The purpose of this study was to investigate what competence social workers have, don´t have and ask for in the work with unaccompanied children, how a lack of competence and guidelines has been compensated in the practical work and how the social workers view the future work with unaccompanied children. This has been done through eight semi-structured interviews with social workers who work with unaccompanied children. The result has been analyzed with help of the theoretical perspective globalization connected to social work and showed that none of the social workers felt not having the competence to work with the children. However, everyone mention one or more areas where they ask for competence development. The study showed that lack of education has been compensated through practical experiences, knowledge exchange with others and that guidelines now have been formed.

This study illustrates the task of the administrator where the main focus lies on getting understanding for the administrator?s work, showing how this is performed. The method I have used in the performance of the research is the qualitative method. This study was carried through by means of interviews. Theoretical starting points are exchange theories, friendship theories and part theories.
