Rumäniens europeisering och dess effekt på romerna i Rumänien

The essay studies Romania and the Roma in the country as a minority from an Europeanization perspective.The aim of the essay is to study EU´s impact on Romania in general through Europeanization and to illustrate this Europeanization by studying the situation of the Roma in particular.The paper focuses on Romania´s Europeanization process and the Roma as a minority. It looks at how these mechanisms have affected Romania´s efforts to prohibit discrimination and to promote Roma´s rights.Heather Grabbes´s Europeanization mechanism; models, money, gate ?keeping, benchmarking and monitoring, advice and twinning is the framework for the essay. Besides this Claudio Radaelli´s definition is used because it is broad enough to cover different areasThe conclusion is that Europeanization has affected Romania in its adaption to EU membership. Romania has been affected by a top-down Europeanization process.Regarding the Roma the conclusion is that the mechanisms have pushed Romania to focus more on the Roma.

Personer med multipel skleros erfarenheter av att utföra fritidsaktiviteter

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva personer med multipel skleros erfarenheter av att utföra fritidsaktiviteter. Totalt intervjuades sex kvinnor och tre män med olika former av multipel skleros. Data analyserades utifrån en innehållsanalys, vilket resulterade i tre kategorier: ?Begränsad energi och trötthet påverkar fritidsaktiviteterna?, ?Fritidsaktiviteter är en viktig del av livet? samt ?Hjälpmedel i utförandet av fritidsaktiviteter?. Resultatet visade att fritidsaktiviteter har en stor betydelse för informanternas välbefinnande.

En studie av samarbete i arbetslag under omorganisation

AbstractThis paper will examine the co-operation culture in teacher work teams in a primary school currently undergoing reorganization in the Stockholm region. This inquiry is based on qualita-tive interviews with teachers and work team leaders, and is aiming to answer how teachers co-operate during the reorganization process, to find the factors that affect co-operation. Our results show that the two teams practice communication, leadership and participation very differently. Currently there are clear differences in the work team?s tendency to develop and to work with the reorganization process, pedagogic methods, social and emotional awareness and ideological beliefs.

Social inequality, economic imbalances and greenhouse gas emissions are some of the greatest risks threatening society today. Society has become more aware of these risks and has started to demand firms to take more responsibility. During the last 30 years firms and mainly large firms has chosen to work with something called CSR. CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility which is the work firms engage with to take responsibility for environment and society as a whole. Scientists and business people has taken two sides towards CSR, one side argues that CSR cost more than it tastes and the other side argues that firms which engage with CSR will gain economic benefits.

Abstract This report is our bachelor thesis. Our work has taken place at a galvanising company in Sölvesborg. The company faced major changes, of which one was a computerisation process. The new system could involve changes in work practice and in specific tasks, affecting the workers. If the coming system was to support work, from the production personnel?s perspective, we felt a legitimate participation in the development and design of the future work practice, was a requirement that was not met.

Abstract:Ambulance nurses have in their everyday work a varied work environment, the pace of work can quickly shift from being calm and structured to be a severe acute situation.Objective: The aim of the study was to describe how professional nurses in the ambulance operations experience their physical and mental work environment in daily practice.Method: A qualitative interview study with semi structured questions was used. The study group consisted of two women and three men, ages between 27?42 years. The study was carried out on an ambulance station in central Sweden. Based on collected data, a qualitativecontent analysis was performed that resulted in three categories.Results: The result showed that the ambulance nurses regarded that it was a lot of heavy lifting.

Den här studien är en analys av hur den ryske författaren Lev Tolstoj, genom kanonisering och uppkomsten av vissa mönster av texter, bilder och representationer, reduceras till tecken, symbol och ikon, samt hur denna symbol och ikon behandlas i två filmadaptioner - Leo Tolstoj (Lev Tolstoj 1985) respektive The Last Station (2009). Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är i huvudsak Jurij Lotmans kultursemiotiska teori och i synnerhet hans definitioner av termerna tecken, symbol och ikon. Uppsatsen visar, utifrån denna semiotiska teori, hur adaptionerna väljer att representera en viss bild av Tolstoj som en reduktiv strategi för att kunna skapa ett narrativ som måste infoga och välja bland en komplex uppsättning av bilder och självbilder, representationer och självrepresentationer.Resultaten av analysen visar hur bilden av Lev Tolstoj i Lev Tolstoj fokuserar på bilden av författaren som å ena sidan starjets, som en vis äldre man, som människor uppsöker, och å andra sidan som författare. Hans verk ges följaktligen stort utrymme och det refereras ofta till hans verk, och då i synnerhet till den senare produktionen av filosofiskt och religiöst material. Vad gäller de ikoniska elementen är det bilden av den gamle mannen i de enkla bondekläderna från de sista åren av hans liv som dominerar.

Den försvinnande staten Tuvalu : En fallstudie om klimatflyktingars rättigheter och staters ansvar

This thesis aimed to, with the help of a case study, investigate and discuss state responsibility towards climate refugees. The state of Tuvalu was selected because of their vulnerability as a low-lying island state. This was fulfilled by on-site study how the state Tuvalu acted to climate threats, determine if the future migrants from Tuvalu can be counted as climate refugees and find out if they are by that definition included by the UN Refugee Convention. The result indicated that the state of Tuvalu is adapting to climate threats, that in the future the population can be seen as climate refugees, if they are forced from their homes due to climate change, and that they, despite that definition, can not be included by the UN Refugee Convention. The study also indicates a need for greater international protection of climate refugees by, for example, an expansion of the UN Refugee Convention so that these vulnerable people do not fall into oblivion due to a question of definition..

The work related illness has increased and instead of focusing on what?s causing it more and more efforts are put on trying to find the health factors within and outside the work environment. During the past years the term ?long-term health? has arisen; instead of focusing on the number of employees on the sick-list, the focus should be put on the number of employees that has a record of long-term health within an organization, i.e. health-presence.

This is done by studying the regulation regarding time and space factors and the psychological contracts in expectations and in violation of the psychological contract and the risks associated with this like Locked-in factors. This in turn makes the Internet a viable source for groomers to exploit, where groomers are what you call grown men and women that have the intention to contact youths for sexual purposes, the process is called grooming. In Sweden, a law has been made available to criminalize this particular activity, but it should not replace the prevention.

Socialsekreterares kompetens i arbetet med ensamkommande barn

The purpose of this study was to investigate what competence social workers have, don´t have and ask for in the work with unaccompanied children, how a lack of competence and guidelines has been compensated in the practical work and how the social workers view the future work with unaccompanied children. This has been done through eight semi-structured interviews with social workers who work with unaccompanied children. The result has been analyzed with help of the theoretical perspective globalization connected to social work and showed that none of the social workers felt not having the competence to work with the children. However, everyone mention one or more areas where they ask for competence development. The study showed that lack of education has been compensated through practical experiences, knowledge exchange with others and that guidelines now have been formed.

The method I have used in the performance of the research is the qualitative method. This study was carried through by means of interviews. The purpose of this study is to investigate what kind of idea a group of students in third grade, who attends a school in the Stockholm area, have on group work in school and how they think it affects their learning.The study is based on two questions:What opinion do the students have about group work?What opinion do the students have about how group work affects their learning?The method I have used to retrieve information has been to interview six different students, where the interviews were both individually and in groups. I started by interviewing students individually and then had a group interview. The idea with the group interview was to end it all with a brief discussion about the thoughts that came up during the individual interviews. I chose a selection of six students, four girls and two boys which they all were at the age of 9 and go to the same school.The socio-cultural and structural perspectives, is those theoretical perspectives that my study is based on.

The aim with this master's thesis is to describe the work process with the graduation film Player, by a composers perspective and given conditions.
