En studie omförväntningar och intern marknadsföring inom rederibranschen.Syfte: Syftet med arbetet är att identifiera vilka förväntningar blivandesjökaptener och fartygsingenjörer vid de två sjöfartskolorna iSverige har på sina framtida arbetsgivare.Frågeställning: Vilka förväntningar har blivande sjökaptener och fartygsingenjörervid Kalmar- och Chalmers sjöfartsskolor på deras framtidaarbetsplatser?Teori: Den teori som används består av sekundärdata i form av böckeroch artiklar inom ämnena förväntningar, intern marknadsföringoch marknadsundersökningar.Metod: Undersökningen är av kvalitativ karaktär men med en kvantitativinsamlingsmetod. Den datainsamlingsmetod som använts förundersökningen är strukturerade telefonintervjuer. De studentersom tillfrågats och frivilligt valt att delta i undersökningen ringdesupp och intervjuades vid en tidpunkt de själva valt.Slutsats: Undersökningen visade att studenterna hade högst förväntningarpå trivsel, sammanhållning, lön och sjöperioder. För att trivasombord förväntar sig respondenterna förmåner och faciliteter somgym, Internet och sällskapsrum.

Idag vet vi att läsandet och skrivandet av bloggar ökat markant de senaste åren, framför allt bland unga kvinnor. Vidare ser vi en ökad popularitet av modebloggar, där exponering av kläder och andra produkter, dagligen finns med bland inläggen för att inspirera läsarna. I denna uppsats har vi undersökt hur inläggen i bloggarna påverkar unga kvinnors köpintention. Med köpintention menar vi önskan om att vilja köpa något.Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av djupintervjuer och en dokumentundersökning. Vi intervjuade tio personer, och intervjuerna innehöll frågor om respondenternas bloggvanor, köpbeteende samt informationsspridning.

Syfte & Forskningsfråga:Syftet med denna studie är att förstå hur regionala flygbolag arbetar med elektronisk word-of-mouth (eWOM) genom att undersöka och analysera på vilket sätt företag kan arbeta med eWOM, vilken betydelse eWOM har för tjänster inom turismsektorns privata marknad samt vilket inflytande konsumenter har genom eWOM. Med syftet i baktanke formulerades forskningsfrågan: Vilken betydelse har eWOM för företag inom turismsektorn och hur kan de använda eWOM i sin marknadsföring? Metod:I denna studie har vi använt oss utav en kvalitativ metod för att ha möjlighet att få en djupare förståelse för det valda forskningsämnet. Redan från början av studien har vi haft ett växelspel mellan teori och empiri, varför det abduktiva synsättet har använts. Vidare har empiriska data samlats in genom sex stycken semi-strukturerade intervjuer tillsammans med användandet av en intervjuguide för att till viss del kunna styra samtalet men samtidigt få mer flexibilitet där respondenterna haft möjlighet att svara fritt.

Följande uppsats behandlar området marknadsföring på den personliga bloggen. Bloggar är ett fenomen som tar mer och mer mediautrymme och har visat sig vara en fascinerande marknadsföringskanal. Studien vänder sig främst till företag som använder sig av bloggar i sin marknadsföringsstrategi eller för de som funderar på det, då syftet med studien är att undersöka och redogöra för vilka för-respektive nackdelarna marknadsföring på en personlig blogg erbjuder. Genom uppsatsens vill jag också ge läsaren en större kunskap om bloggar och en inblick i vilka möjligheter samt fallgropar detta fenomen innebär ur ett företagsperspektiv. Uppsatsen består av en teoretisk grund, för att få en bättre insikt i ämnet och den teoretiska referensramen har fungerat som utgångspunkten för den empiriska undersökningen.

Prosody is the melody and rhythm of speech and language. Prosodic ability is of great importance for communication, and has been shown to be affected in adults with acquired brain injury. Studies have shown that Swedish children with specific language impairment have prosodic  difficulties to a greater extent than e.g. English speaking peers. It is thereby possible that prosodic ability is more vulnerable also in Swedish speaking adults with acquired brain injury.The aim of the present study was to assess prosodic ability in adults with acquired brain injury, and to evaluate the prosodic assessment procedure that was used.

AbstractThe purpose of this minor thesis is to describe and systematize the Swedish debate about Sweden?s participation in the defence community of the European Union. Should Sweden take part of this or not? My aim is to describe the debate in a structured and legible way, so that the reader can get a comprehensive picture. The questions of the study are:· Which actors join in the Swedish debate about Sweden?s military participation in the EU:s defensive community; the possible common defence of the EU and the EU:s military crisis management?· Which arguments are delivered (for and against) in the debate?To be able to fulfil the aim of this study I have done an argumentation analysis.

It also offers an alternative explanation to why the bones are handled the way they are and why they are found in such awkward contexts..

The previous research in the field of new religious movements has mostly focused on the spectacular parts where phenomena such as ?brainwashing? and the ?charismatic leader? have attracted both media and the scientific studies of religion. Professor Liselotte Frisks has done several enquiries about sects and new religious movements in Sweden. One of her main conclusions is that the relation between these new religious movements and the rest of society has changed; a relation that used to be characterized by conflicts and tension is now becoming more open as both parts are changing.This study does not focus on the spectacular parts. Instead I have studied something more common and general.

En av nyckelfaktorerna för framgångsrik affärsverksamhet är en nära anpassning mellan IT och verksamhet. Intresset för området har väckts i samband med att organisationer i stor utsträckning finner ett gap mellan IT-funktionen och verksamhetsområden. Flertalet åtgärder för att nå anpassning inom organisationer diskuteras och följande två perspektiv är mest förekommande i samband med anpassning -? formella och informella strukturer. Formella strukturer handlar om strategier, infrastrukturer och planeringsmetoder i organisationer.

The aim of this report is to give a picture of how attitudes and behaviours of owners of environment cars look like and how they can be influenced. The alignment lies on environmental cars which run on biogas and ethanol which both are renewable fuels. The starting point is to sort out if it is environmental thinking that controls the choice and use of an environmental car. The feeling is that there are many other factors that can be more controlling, for example the price and the quality of the car. The result of the questionnaire survey which is the foundation of the report shows however that those who buy an environmental car do it mostly because of environmental reasons.

Forming teacher teams is currently the standard way of organizing teachers in Swedish Compulsory Schools. This is the result of a process that started in the 1970s.Traditionally the culture of teaching has been one of isolation. Once the door to the classroom is shut, what happens behind the door is up to the teacher to decide. Over the past thirty years a lot of time has been dedicated to making fundamental changes in the way teachers interact with their colleagues. Today the idea of teachers forming teams is generally accepted but still the core of a Swedish teacher?s job is that of a lone worker.

The aim of this paper has been to examine to what extent it has been possible for Patricia Crampton, translator of Ronia, the Robber?s Daughter, to capture and cling to the very personal style in which Astrid Lindgren writes. I also wanted to find out if any adaptations of the text were made and, if any, how they have affected the tone of the book. To fulfil this purpose a thorough comparison of the original text and the translation has been made. The first chapter consists of an introduction presenting the background to my choice of topic and giving a short presentation of Astrid Lindgren and her career as an author.
