This study is conducted with a focus on managers and its different forms as found in a nation wide Swedish bedroom specialist-organisation, Sängjätten. Leadership is perceived in many forms and depends on a large variety of factors within and outside the organisation. One of these factors is ownership and the characteristics these imply on the forms in which the manager works. Within the studied organisation there were two distinctive forms of ownership regarding to the stores we studied; such as franchising compared to the franchiser owned through a national headquarter, so-called ?self-proprietary stores?.

This essay shows how administrators in two different organizations are experiencing freedom of action in their work situation. The essay is made based on a qualitative method and interviews were used to implement the study. People chosen for this study are four administrators at a governmentagency - the Social Insurance agency, and four municipal officers from different Social service offices in southern Sweden. This report present the design and manufacturing of a wide-band driver amplifier placed in radar module for airborne applications. The major goals for the amplifier were a high efficiency and to deliver a predefined output power. To reach the second goal an additional preamplifier had to be constructed. The amplifiers were constructed in three steps: Design and Layout in the software Microwave Office, Mounting components and Verification. The driver amplifier was decided to be a push pull configuration consisting of two parallel transistors biased in class AB.
